Things I am thankful for today...
1. I got a new upgrade on my phone
2. Mom and I went out to lunch at the Not Your Average Joe's at the North Shore Mall.
3. I submitted a short story to four different literary journals.
Describe 3 triggers in my life that lead to emotional eating.
1. Boredom- when I'm having a dull day, I at least want a good (fattening) meal to look forward to. A good time with friends usually involves going out for pizza or fast food or having it delivered.
2. Stress- Like when I'm feeling bored, when I'm feeling stressed, I might take a break and grab a snack and watch a movie, or go out to get something to eat with a friend.
3. Disappointment- when I face a major disappointment, I might react by comfort eating. Back in middle school, when I did school plays, I would have my mom get me McDonalds or order pizza whenever I didn't get a part I want.
