JAE RA : (-smiles-) I am glad you did.

Taehyung unerringly captured every little angel he could of the view, standing Jaehyung as his model for the night.

Although, Ji hae and Taehyung were far apart individually cherishing their moments, it didn't seem to bother JaeRa anymore. A little tardy however, she matured around that topic and decided to respect their privacy and particulars- making it easier both for the family and her as well.

Soon after dinner, they headed back to the five star hotel marking the closure of the day, and of the package following by. JaeRa tried her finest to make them taste the best of New York, and hoped it was so for them indeed.

It was past ten in the morning, the company drove the family to the airport as a complimentary ride.
They had already headed inside the airport away from the few Armys that Taehyung gained attention on reaching.

JaeRa felt empty and dreadful coming to the utter realization of final part-ways stage of the tour with them. She couldn't counter her feelings picking out on their relationship which was nothing but of total strangers.

She had grown fonder of Jae hyung in mere three days, that she obviously didn't expect. Missing him was trivializing to her heart's current state.
She sealed the petty unruly feelings putting her work mask on as she proceeded with her final words.

JAE RA : Thank you so much for choosing Bon Voyage Tourism Agency. I hope you had a great experience with us and if we lacked in any sort, we sincerely apologize for the same.

TH : Ah, No no. We did have a great time. Thank you, Kim Jae Ra-ssi.

Ji hae - very likely of her, not budging from her classy aura and elegance - smiled standing next to him.

JAE RA : (-smiles-) We would be waiting for your feedbacks. Wish you a safe flight. (-bowing-)

Trying to surpass her involuntary tears, she looked down to avoid Taehyung's dismally blue eyes. Jaehyung next bought her attention as he pulled the hem of her beige summer coat.

She knelt down to him with a bright natural smile, she always had with Jaehyung. A sudden gloom took over it ruthlessly as she looked into the younger's characteristic round orbs.

JAE HYUNG : (-hugging me by my neck-) Don't be sad. I'll come again.

JaeRa's heart let out a small inaudible cry at his angelic gesture and selfless consoling words as she wasted no seconds to return his hug.
The peace and enamor that the little soul's hug brought her was in one word, ineffable.

With closed eyes, she lived every bits of the brief moment arbitrating it as the last time she was ever gifted of the opportunity.

JAE RA : Okay, I'll wait for you. (-releasing the hug-)

He passed on a sweet smile which was infectious to her. An enigmatic string attached them with its viciousness, knitting in intricacies to their twisted fate.

JI HAE : We'll get late, Jae hyung-ah. Bid Emo, a goodbye. Fast!

JAE HYUNG : (-going to her-) Bye emo.

He waved at her with his left palm, hardly visible due to his extra large denim jacket.

JAE RA : (-still on her knees-) Onh. Be safe. (-waving-)

She kept watching them drift far from her only to be struck with a sudden hope as Jaehyung retreated towards her in a small run.

JAE HYUNG : Emo~

She opened her arms for him to reach safely and wrapped it around when he did. He placed a kiss on her left cheek with a shy smile before she could register it entirely.

JAE HYUNG : I will miss you. Take care, Emo.

JAE RA : (-nodding heavily with a smile-) Jaehyung-ie too and don't forget the promise we made. Okay?

JAE HYUNG : (-nodding-) I will keep my promise.

JAE RA : Go now, Eomma, Appa must be waiting for you.

JAE HYUNG : You will come to visit me in Korea, right?

JAE RA : (-smiles-) Yes, I will.

Hating to dispirit Jaehyung, she didn't wound a second thought before replying. She was certain about her never getting to breath Korean air again and believed he would eventually forget about her empty words.

She stood back up waving at him leave till the family was no more visible to her.

On her way back, she let pass the tears filling her heart to edge.
All the memories of the few days spent with them, to her, were a lifelong treasure.

Guides were given a holiday on the see offs although depending on the rush. It was, luckily, one of the formers and likewise, she headed home driving her car.

At home, lying on the bed, a heavy sigh left her mouth as she caressed Jaehyung's side of the wallpaper in her cellphone.

With almost teary eyes, she tossed her phone far away in the bed and crawled her figure half, tightening her grips on the bedsheets.

She squeezed out the fat tears that blurred her vision of the beautiful nature outside the opened window.

A sudden knock at her door, snapped her mind right back to her room from flying around the flowers.

She sat up straight wiping the corners of her wet eyes as she heard her Uncle's voice from the other side.

Mr. JANG : Jae Ra-ya, are you inside?

JAE RA : Yes Uncle, the door is open.

He came in pushing a food trolley along. It had fruits and juices in it.

JAE RA : Uncle, you didn't go to the company yet?

Mr.JANG : Onh. My niece had been having a hard time lately. So, thought to bring her some eatables.

JAE RA : Ouh~ (-touched-) You are the best Uncle! (-arm heart-)

Mr.JANG : Aigoo~ (-spikes a fruit cube and feeds her-) Look at you, you became so skinny by skipping your breakfast everyday.

JAE RA : (-goofy smile-) I'll eat well. Thanks Uncle!

She was running with an empty stomach since the morning and stuffed in an amount her mouth could hardly accommodate at a time. Struggling to chew now, she noticed her Uncle's tensed and spaced out visage.

JAE RA : (-after a while-) Uncle. Is everything okay?

Mr.JANG : Onh? (-nervous smile-) Yes, everything is good.

JAE RA : (-sips the juice-) It doesn't seem so. Tell me, what is it.

Mr.JANG : It's really nothing, my daughter. (-smile and feeds another fruit cube-)

JAE RA : If you think of me as a daughter, then shouldn't you rightfully share your concerns with me? (-slight pause-) Is everything fine with the company?

Mr.JANG : (-sighs in defeat-) No. We've lost many of our stocks in the last week. Now, we have an important investment to make in two days but have nothing to put up. And this deal is very important for the company right now.

JAE RA : (-worried-) Can I do anything to help you with the money? (-slight pause-) Don't worry, we will figure it out. I have some in my bank account that I can lend you.

Mr.JANG : No no. It's fine. I don't need it. I will figure it out somehow. I will just sell my side of our house in Korea.

JAE RA : Uncle! No, you cannot do that. That's our house. SungYeol and SeoIn might live there later. It's the only heirloom.

Mr.JANG : Still, Jae Ra, I wouldn't take your savings.

JAE RA : (-thinking-) Then, How about I sell some of my properties in Gangnam?

Mr.JANG : I know you are worried about the company, but selling Gangnam ones-.. No, your father had gifted you those. How can we just sell them off? (-strong denial-) That's not happening.

JAE RA : Uncle, I don't live in Korea anymore and moreover, I can always buy new plots later. If they come to your help now, that would be more worthy, than keeping them in no practical use.

Mr.JANG : (-sighs-) Are you really going to do this?

JAE RA : (-nodding-) Of course! We have to save the company.

Mr.JANG : (-placing his hand on mine-) Thank you so much, Jae Ra-ya. Actually, I don't know how to thank you enough.

JAE RA : You really don't have to. We are family, afterall.

Mr.JANG : (-smiles with a nod-) I will prepare the papers by tonight.

Jae Ra nodded him an approval as she smiled to come in her Uncle's use. The Uncle whom she have been looking up to no less than a father since childhood. Finally being at a state to help him was a fulfillment she have always been trying to achieve.

At night~

Seo-Yeol were back from their France vacation that very evening and were having a peaceful dinner with the other two.

The dinner, the conversation- everything was great and just about to conclude when SungYeol's father decided to bring out the papers. Maybe to regret the same.

Mr.JANG : Jae Ra-ya. Here. (-places a file near her-)

JAE RA : Oh yes. (-smiles-) I will sign it. (-taking the pen-)

SEO-IN : What is that?

JAE RA : Nothing, just property papers.

SUNG YEOL : Wait. What are you signing them for?

JAE RA : (-reading the terms and conditions-) Because, I have decided to sell these.

SUNG YEOL : But why? Jae Ra, is everything okay? Like, do you need money?

JAE RA : (-looking at him-) Oh? No, actually the Company has some issues and I am helping Uncle, by selling my patrimony in Korea.

SUNG YEOL : What? (-looking at Uncle-) Abeoji? If you needed money, you could have asked me. Why are you letting her sign off her patrimony?

JAE RA : It's okay. I am doing it on my own. Uncle did deny, but I wanted to help him.

SUNG YEOL : And who says that I will let you do that?

Mr.JANG : Sung yeol-ah-

SUNG YEOL : (-cutting him off-) Abeoji, I will help you with whatever is needed now that I am back. And (-taking the file from Jae ra-) You better not sign these. These are your dad's last present to you. How can you be so insensitive to them?

JAE RA : And you are being too sensitive right now.

SEO-IN : He is right, Jae Ra. You shouldn't do this when we can afford company's loss. Don't worry, Abeonim. We will figure it out.

In these many debates between the young ones, the elder stomped up quieting them all and left the table right after.
Sung yeol, mouthing JaeRa that he would see the matter with his father, followed the elder leaving the two females back.

Jae Ra was seen in deep concern for her Uncle. She believed to understand his mental status and pride that didn't allow him to spread his palms to his son for money. His seeking for her help, according to her, was reasonable enough against that. Oblivious JaeRa, didn't know of her Uncle's venomous intentions.

Seo In pulled her out from her pooling thoughts as she knowledged her about, their yet another vacation.

SEO-IN : Oh right! Jae Ra. We are going to Korea next week.

JAE RA : Is it? Onh. (-not paying much heed-)

SEO-IN : "Onh."? What is with that constipated reaction? I said, "WE are going to Korea."

JAE RA : (-looking up at her-) And that includes? (-still unable to comprehend-)

SEO-IN : We- I, Sungyeol Oppa, You and Abeonim. We are ALL going to KOREA!

JAE RA : (-eyes wide-) WHAT!?
