Sky's pov

Jason stayed home from work today, probably not feeling well, cause he seems to be doing much better since the Skybrine thing. I was just about finished with work, I only had one more video to make and that was it.

???'s pov

I smirked, lighting several matches, ready to place them on the small puddle of gasoline I had just poured. He'll pay for not wanting me. I then dropped the matches and ran off as the fire started to lick at the side of the house.

Sky's pov

"And that was do not laugh for you guys. So slap that like button with your face and I'll see ya later recrui---" I was interrupted by the loud sirens of a fire truck. I looked out the window and saw right where they were headed. My house. I stopped the recording and rushed out of the office. I swear that I left tire tracks on that parking spot. I soon got to my house, well, what was left of it. I could only hope that Jason was ok. I watched as they put the fire out. And then I saw something that made me happy and sad at the same time. Jason was wheeled into an ambulance. I got into my car and drove to the hospital. I could only hope that he'll make it.

I got out of my car and rushed into the hospital, worried sick about poor Jason. I went up to the counter and asked if he was alright, the woman said, "He's in room 283." I nodded and walked into the room, sighing in relief as I saw that he didn't have any burns, it was only the smoke that had gotten to him. He was asleep though. I sat in the chair next to the hospital bed, holding his hand.

He lived through that?! Dammit! I have to find a way to get rid of Jason so that Sky can be all mine. But how?
