Nora's POV
I step out of my silver car and walk into Seattle grace hospital where I know Alex works and where I'll soon be working. I walk up to the front desk handing the lady some papers I needed to fill out.

"Nora?" I hear a shocked Alex say, I turn around to face him and see him standing there in his light blue scrubs, he looks just like he did when he left, I give him a small smile.

"Hey, Alex. Did you miss me?" I ask looking at him taking in his appearance, he looks quite shocked that I'm here standing in front of him.

"What are you doing here, Nora?" Alec asks walking towards me so he's standing a few centimetres away from me, I bite my lip nervously before answering.

"I work here now, one of the interns here quit and they offered me the job." I say looking in his eyes.

"Oh!" He says starring at me.
