??? POV

We started to make our way out of their secret place. Once we were all out we left to find a place to burn down all the shale from the portal. After that as done we started to head back to their village. "Phoenix Drop" I think that was the name of their village. We were walking to their village until I heard a strange sound. I know that no one else heard that because they continued to walk and talk. I acted like I didn't hear anything but just focused on that one sound it sounds like... someone needs help.

"Hey I'll be right back..." I said

"Where are you going?" The girl with white hair asked

"That- That's not important right now." I replied and grabbed a dagger from my boot.

"U-Um... why are you taking out your dagger?" The girl with (H/C) asked

"I hear someone calling for help! Stay here!" I said and ran into the forest towards the call for help.

"HELP PLEASE! SOMEONE ANYONE!" A female voice screamed

"Oh... sweetie no one can help you... not out here deep deep in the forest." A male voice said

I climbed a near by tree to get a better look at the people's faces. The man had crystal blue eyes, and jet black hair that covered one of his eyes. The woman I couldn't get a good look at all I could tell is that she had dark purple hair and her clothes were all torn up. She had cuts and bruises all over her body. She was bleeding... a lot. The man was holding a dagger over here, it looked like he was going to strike at any moment.

"Z-Zane... I beg of you... PLEASE DON'T KILL ME!" The woman pleaded

"The sweet, sweet sound of begging. Oh how it pleases me that those words are always the last words I hear before I kill the person..." The man said I quickly got my bow out and pulled it back, a fire arrow started to form and I was ready to let go at the exact moment. Just before he stabbed her in the chest. I fired the arrow at the dagger.

Just as Zane was a about to stab me an arrow knocked the dagger out of his hand. I looked at where the arrow came from but saw that no one was there.

Who shot that arrow?

I knew they would start to look for me so I moved from the tree and put the my bow back on my back and started to move. I made my way behind the man and pulled out one of my potions of sleep. I threw it at the man's head and as it made contact he started to slowly go to sleep. He turned around to face me.

"W-What did you *yawns* do to me?" He asked his eyes slowly closing

"Let's just say it's time for you to go to bed..." I replied as he fell asleep.
