TWO; DR.KIMBLE

Carrie gently brushed her fingers across his forehead while saying, "I'm-I'm your wife Harry..." she said startled.

"I don't have a wife." He whispered looking at Carrie's blank expression.

"Well Well look who woke up." Doctor Kimble said walking into the baby blue room.

"Doc, could I talk with you for a sec?" She said stepping out of the room with the doctor at her feet.

Carrie rubbed her forehead as the doctor said, "Look I know he doesn't remember you but you have to give him time your lucky he isn't dead!"

"I know I'm thankful but I'm not ready for this I have 3 children! How will they take this?" She  shouted as low as she could trying to contain herself.

"Mrs.Ford I'm sure you can get through this and he will remember all of you. Just give him time." He said laying his hand on her shoulder.

"And how long will that take." She questioned him crossing her arms.

"I don't know Miss as long as it takes for him to remember you guys."

"Right." She said heading back in the room sitting across from him in the navy hospital chair.

"Hi Mr.Ford, welcome to Manhattan hospital your going to be here for a couple more days." He said grabbing a pair of gloves and continued by saying "And then we'll check you out and put you in rehab." Dr.Kimble said.

"But I don't know why I'm even here!" Harrison bursted out tired of people not answering his question.

"Well Harrison you had an incident leaving you with a bullet in your head so we took it out and your alright." He said placing his palm of his hand on his forehead checking his temperature. "Things could've gone way worse.. you know how bad things are here in New York." He said with a laugh.

"Actually I don't." He said looking down embarrassed.

"It's okay pal, we're going to become great friends in your last five days here and you'll regain your memory."

"And that's Kathleen." Carrie said pointing to the picture they had taken last Christmas by a fireplace.

Harrison smiled pointing to the young girl who was dressed in a burgundy dress smiling ear to ear. Carrie nodded once he looked up at her making sure he wasn't seeing things.

"We named her after Kathleen Kennedy you said she was the second best after Steven." Carrie said with a chuckle.

"Who's Steven." He asked with raised eyebrows.

"He's the director that made most of the movies your in." She said smiling while putting a piece of her chestnut hair behind her ear.

God she's beautiful how did I get a wife like this? Harrison thought in his brain full of questions.

"W-When can I see the kids?" He asked Carrie who laughed at him seeing his serious expression.

"Well first you have to rest." She said pulling the covers over him and kissing him on the forehead.

"But I wanna see them." He said looking at her grabbing her purse from the chair that was covered in magazines and books that Carrie had been reading to him.

"You will honey but please rest first you have to be better by Christmas, you know?" She said smirking at him while walking back to him combing her fingers through his hair.

"Deal?" He said holding out his pinky fingers with a smirk playing across his lips.

"Deal." She said wrapping her finger with his.
"I'll see you tomorrow morning sweetheart." She said heading out the door watching him begin to drift off the sleep.

Standing in the doorway of his room she whispered, "Please fully remember me Harry." Before slowly closing the door behind her.

"Momma momma momma! Kathleen said giggling as she made her way to Carrie's awaiting arms.

"Hi Baby, were you and your brothers good for grandma and grandpa?" She asked the 4 year old bubbling with excitement.

"Yes mama! We watched E.T and had popcorn. And Justin spilt a little popcorn but he didn't get in trouble." She said with a giggle

"Is that so?" She said smirking at Kathleen before Zac came running in holding up a picture he had drawn.

"Look what I drew!" Zac exclaimed holding the picture right in front of her face.

"That's really good Zac!" She said hugging him while he was in a fit of giggles.

"Now shouldn't you two be in bed." She said grabbing their hands and walking them towards their bedrooms where she found Dorothy folding their clothes.

"I'm sorry honey, I would've had put them in bed by now but I thought I would do your laundry and they just couldn't wait for you to come home and ask you about Harry." She said and began to look down when she came to Harrison's name.

"Where is daddy?" Kathleen asked Carrie while Carrie lifted her in her arms putting her in her twin bed.

"He's at the hospital sweetie we'll maybe see him tomorrow." She said pulling the covers over her like she remembered she had done to Harrison at the hospital.

"But I wanna see daddy!" She said sitting up while protesting.

"I'll think about it baby." She said settling her down and setting a kiss on her forehead.

"Goodnight momma." Kathleen said sweetly.

"Goodnight baby." She said now turning off the lights and taking Zac's hand while Dorothy walked out with them.

"I'll go check if Justin's asleep." Dorothy said smiling.

"Alright thank you." She said with a yawn.

"I want to see dad too." Zac began.

"I know Zac we'll probably see him tomorrow." She reassured him walking him into his Star Wars themed room. Zac then went into his bed and sat on it not laying down.

"What's wrong Zac?" Carrie asked the 6 year old with a sad look on his face.

"I can't go to bed without Daddy's story." He whimpered looking up at her.

"What if I told you one?" She asked him receiving a "no".

"Alright, if you sleep with me tonight will that make you feel better?" She asked him as he smiled brightly at her.

"Okay but don't tell your brother and sister." She told him with a laugh knowing the other two would feel left out.

"I won't momma." He said as Carrie lifted him into her arms going down the hall stopping at Zac's room checking if he was truly asleep which he was.

As she turned off the lights and crawled into bed next to Zac she kissed his forehead whispering, "goodnight sweetie."

"And goodnight Harrison." She said looking out the window wishing she was in his arms cuddling with him watching a Christmas movies. I'll see him soon. She told herself.
