Vince and the others laughed as Madlyn fell to the ground. They kicked her repeatedly, but Madlyn couldn't do anything. "You're just a weakling." Vince laughed. Madlyn hadn't been herself since she found out about Cliffjumper. Then she realized something. Cliffjumper wouldn't want her to just give up on life. He would want her to keep going. Madlyn stood up, and punched Vince in the Solar plexus(the soft spot above your stomach between your ribs). Vince stumbled back, and his friends stepped closer to her. She punched the closest one to her in the nose. His nose began bleeding, and him and the Others ran off. Vince was the only left. "Listen Vince. Stop picking on people.stop picking on my friends. Stop picking on me." With that, she ran off to her class.

After school, Raf walked up to Madlyn. "Hey Maddie- er Moonshadow?"

"whichever you prefer Raf, but If you are calling me by my Cybertronian name, I'd prefer Moon."

"well, I wanted to tell you that Bee is sorry for what he said at base. Can you come today?"

"Maybe tomorrow, Raf. I.... Just don't want to today. Need to practice my flying. Haven't been out for a while."

"O-Okay Maddie." Raf said, then walked away. Truth be told, Maddie just came up with an excuse not to go to base. She didn't feel up to going to her usual place, so  Maddie decided to go to her old hangout in the forest. There she could soar above trees, and the beauty of the forest, not the dry desert.

Once there, Maddie deactivated her holoform, but stopped when she saw a jet above her. One she recognized. The jet flew lower and lower, finally transforming in front of her. Moonshadow's eyes uncontrollably changed red. She flared her wings, shaking them, and growling, trying to scare the silver Mech. "well, well, well. If it isn't the little pet. "

Moon growled and transformed. "Starscream. If you  showed your face to me, you must have a death wish."   

"how funny. Won't Megatron be proud when I bring him a cyber wolf?"

"Won't Megatron be proud if I Bring him a Cyberwolf?" Moonshadow mocked his voice, making it as high pitched as she could. Starscream scowled at her. Moonshadow transformed agian, flared her wings, and crouched, ready for Starscream to attack. He lunged at her, and Moonshadow instinctively touched the tip of her tail to his arm. "H-how did you zap me?" Starscream shrieked. Moon could feel the electricity flowing through her. 'I'll do it agian if you don't back off. ' she growled in his mind. "Stay out of my head!"

'i'm just speaking to you. It's not like I can read your mind'

Moon couldn't read   his mind, but she wished she could so she could hear his reaction.

Starscream was completely freaked out now. He transformed and flew off, hopefully never to be seen agian, although Moonshadow knew this wasn't true. She was technically a rogue. Neither decepticon, nor autobot. Moon knew that someday, she would have to choose a side. She was for the autobots, but who knows, it's the future. She had no idea what was in store for her.
