Chapter 08: New Student

It was once again Monday it was a day for hell for some while for others it was heaven. Most of the students are now gone from the hallways of the school. But there was a particular shoulder length black haired girl walking around the hallway. The black haired girl was seemingly lost in the school.

The black haired girl was looking around the hallway looking for other students. The black haired girl then saw a black haired guy walking in the hallways with his hands full. The black haired girl then approached the black haired guy and took some of the things he was holding.

"Ah! No it's fine I can do it on my own. No need to help me." The black haired guy said to the black haired girl.

"It's fine sir. I think helping you would be a good chance to see all the rooms in this whole school and maybe actually get to my class." The black haired girl said to the black haired guy as they continued to stroll down the hallway.

"Oh so you're the new student? Oh right come with me I'm your adviser for this year." The black haired guy said to the black haired girl.

"Yes sir. I just moved in days ago so I'm not that familiar with the place." The black haired girl said to the black haired guy.

"Can you please say what your name is?" The black haired said to the black haired girl as they walked faster than earlier.

"Ah I'm sorry sir. It's Kim Minjoo but please address me as Minju." Minju said to the black haired guy as she introduced herself.

"Ah okay we're here already Minju." The black haired guy said to Minju as he opened the door to a classroom.

The black haired guy then entered the room and put all the papers on top of the desk. Soon after Minju followed him and put the papers on the desk the fixed herself up before looking in front of the class. Minju then frowned at the sight of the class well particularly a sight of a certain black haired guy sitting all alone looking at her.

'Why is he here?' Minju thought as she zoned out.

Minju then looked around the class and saw another familiar face. The person was just looking at her directly at the eyes.

'Now why is she here?!' Minju thought exclaiming it inside her head.

"Minju can you please introduce yourself?" The teacher said to Minju as he looked at her.

Minju was suddenly called out from her own thoughts. "Yes sir I'm sorry for zoning out." Minju said to the teacher.

"Hi I'm Kim Minjoo you guys can call me Minju. I hope you will treat me well." Minju said to the class as she bowed down.

"Okay Minju you can sit next to Beomgyu. It's the guy who is currently sitting all alone without anybody to be his seatmate. Beomgyu can you please raise your hand so that Minju can see you?" The teacher said to Beomgyu as he lazily raised his hand.

Minju then flinched after she saw Beomgyu raising his hand. Minju knew that Beomgyu would be the one that the teacher would be pertaining to since he's the only one who's sitting all alone. The teacher noticed it and looked at Beomgyu before looking back at Minju.

"Minju are you okay? Is there something wrong? Do you by any chance know Beomgyu? Have you met him somewhere before? Do you feel uncomfortable with him?" The teacher said to Minju asking her.

Minju then quickly shook her head as a signal. "No it's not that. He just looks like somebody I know..." Minju said to the teacher as she walks towards the place that she was assigned to.

Minju then quickly reached the place and bowed to Beomgyu. "Good morning I'm Minju. I hope to be friends with you in the future." Minju said to Beomgyu as she smiled at him.

"Good morning to you Minju! I'm Choi Beomgyu but you can call me Beomgyu." Beomgyu said to Minju greeting her as he smiled back at her and gestured her to sit down right next to him.

On the other hand Ryujin was just busy stealing glances at Minju. Sometimes Ryujin forgets to look away from Minju. So it looks like Ryujin was looking at her.

'Weird why do I feel like I knew her before?' Ryujin thought as she stole another glance at Minju who was now laughing with Beomgyu.

Ryujin then shrugs it off as it doesn't matter and it isn't one of her priorities. Ryujin then let out a little laugh before looking back in front of the class. "Whatever I don't care." Ryujin said as she mumbled it underneath her breath.

Umm... So hey I know I haven't updated this book in like months already? So this is a update for both the book and for you guys to know what situation I am currently in right now. I have multiple reasons to why I couldn't update my book, and yes I still read whatever you guys comment down in my books. I was personally busy with school life, personal life & my Wattpad life. School life I was one of the honor students at our class and grade, the last update was when we were in 3rd grading/quarter(?), and naturally since my school year was almost over during that time I would and will be busy with my grades and requirements. I was torn between writing this book and focusing on my studies during that time, but since I could do it during the first two (and yes I already wrote this book back then) I decided I could do it as well. Anyways school related update: we no longer have school, meaning this school year is now done. Now my Wattpad life, personally I know you guys don't care about this but hey my life only revolves in a couple of things tbh and this is one of them. I literally spend my time here reading books (I write on my computer), I am active by reading and voting on random books, and every now and then I try to update often (in my drafts) but sometimes I just need a break from all of those, especially in my current situation. And now for the heaviest subject out of the three of them the personal life (if you follow me on Instagram you would know this by now, if not then here it is) my last update should've been march 4 or 13, if you don't know what those days stand for march 4 is TXT's debut day and march 13 is Beomgyu's birthday. But then a week before that something happened, my father was hospitalized and stayed there for about three weeks or so(?), he had to get a surgery done and now he's home and he has troubles doing stuff nowadays and needs help every time he does something. During the time he was hospitalized it was just me and my siblings, one time my siblings fought each other and it caused such a big commotion within our family, we often stay up late and wake up late, I often got up around 11am while the other two are more like earlier, in short our life was a big mess. And because of that I could only focus on 1-2 things at a time, I had to make a difficult choice it was either school, personal, and Wattpad. Obviously I chose school & personal life, since those two are much more important than Wattpad. Yes I still do and have read books during that time, but if you noticed it would night time (if you live in my country), I could only read books at night time since that's the only time when I'm not that busy. I started writing a chapter but stopped midway because I felt so pressured because of it, I had school to juggle alongside my personal life, and not to mention people asking me to update my book. I had to stay up multiple nights just for me to finish my school works and understand my lessons and personally, I was so exhausted to the point that I always had a mental breakdown and cried myself to sleep. I often looked for comfort from my best friend and some online friends, they all said that it will soon be better and told me to take my time to recover from everything. That's why even if you asked me to update this book I didn't because if I did I will feel more pressured to keep up with all three of those stuff. So please do understand that I couldn't update my book during those time, I honestly felt bad that you guys had no idea when I was going to update next, initially this book has scheduled updates and it will go back to that FOR NOW. Because I still have no idea what the future will hold for me and my family. I started writing once again and expect more updates from me in the future, but keep in my mind I won't update that often since I still have my personal life to fix. I hope you guys will finally understand what I'm trying to say here.
