Can someone help me?

Im not receiving notifactions (push notifications) on my phone like i usually do. This includes comments, votes, messages, posts or updates. I did everything the general Wattpad page said to do (reinstall, turn off notifactions for a little and turn back on, log out close app and log back) but nothing is working. I contacted Wattpad via email about 24-30 hours ago and still are waiting on a reply. If any of you have had a similar situation and fixed it, please tell me how to.
