We all know she was struck by lightning but there is a crazy story behind that . So a lightning deity , Zeus more specificlly , he thought she was worthy enough to have his lightning powers , so he grants her his powers , and Zeus' Mark is on her neck ,  a single ink black lightning bolt  as Mark of the powers he gave her. Lynn didn't get super strength unfortunately or any super senses , but she made use of the powers Zeus gave her
