You woke up with a yawn and shifted closer to the warm person next you. The event of last night flashed through your mind, " I should check on him but he's soo warm" you thought " screw it". You got up slowly and walked to Melvin's side of the bed, you were about to lift the covers when you lovely cat jumped onto the bed" Ra get off" you told the cat who surprisingly listened to you " good boy, go play with slifier and obelisk " you told Ra who was now walking his fat tail out the door," you spoil Ra too much Melvin" you said lifting the covers" AHHHHHH" you screamed( well no I wouldn't have guessed it)

You were now staring at Melvin freaked out" Y/n what's wrong" Melvin said looking around, " you legs are gone" you said in minor detail( good job XD) " WHAT" Melvin said falling out of bed, his dark blackish purplish tail spotted with flecks of gold, noodled around him" help" Melvin said in confusion" I don't know what's going on here" he said as you tried your best to move him his snake tail kept trying to coil around you" stop tail" you said as you were quickly pulled down and coiled around," hi" you heard Melvin say as his tail did what ever snake tails do.

Time skip 1 hour

" Y/n THE CATS kEEP TRYING TO EAT Me " Melvin said panicking as he crawled/ slithered away from the attacking god card cats," Ra, slifier and obelisk, here Now" you said seeing two of the three cats moving to you," RA" you say the golden colored cat walk to you and sat next to his gold spotted ginger sister( slifer) and silvery blue with dark gray paws ( obelisk ) " leave Melvin alone for now until he...finds out how to......slither...." You said to the cats as you processed how wired that sentence was" awww your cute when your flustered " Melvin said looking at you with soft instantly filled eyes,you ignored Melvin and continued to make breakfast( breakfast seems like a chapter 2 deal with me doesn't it).

You had made breakfast and Melvin was getting used to slithering, it was funny seeing the proud psychotic male flopping around trying to get to point A to B," so have you gotten used to slithering around?" You said teasing him, at that's moment you felt his tail wrap around your leg"for the most part" Melvin said eating his food and smirking.
