/Lyon's p.o.v./

"You sure you're gonna be ok?" I asked (y/n) who now sat on a park bench.

"Yes I just need a little time alone." She replied looking off into the distance.

"You sure?" I asked again.

"Leave." She glared at me.

"Alright fine." I sighed. At least the old her is coming back. I turned and started to walk away.

"Thank you." she whispered. It was so quiet that I barely heard it.

"What?" I asked stopped and turned my head.

"I won't say it again." She mumbled crossing her arms.

"That's alright." I smirked and continued walking. "I heard you the first time just wanted to make sure I wasn't hearing things." I walked to the FairyTail guild and opened the doors.

And there she stood my beloved Juvia. She seemed to glow in the light of her beauty. Her blue hair shone with such magnificence that I was overwhelmed with my feelings.

"Juvia my darling I have returned." I said taking her hand in mine.

"L-Lyon? I thought you left." She shivered.

"How could I leave such a beautiful woman like yourself?" I asked.

"Um... Well thank you for the compliment but uh..." She blushed slightly.

Someone brushed my hand away from her's. "Lyon would you stop pestering my guild-mate?" Gray asked sounding more like a demand that a question.

"Of course you would come along and ruin things Gray." I said in annoyance. "By the way what did you do to (y/n)?"

"What did I do? What do you mean by that?" Gray asked suddenly becoming intrigued.

"I just saw her by the big tree in town, and she was balling her eyes out about how much it hurt to remember something." I explained.

"She was crying?" Natsu asked.

"Yeah I did my best to comfort her but then she told me she wanted to be left alone for a while." I replied.

"Guys I'm starting to feel really bad now." Lucy said looking down.

"Yes maybe we shouldn't have looked into her so much." Juvia added.

"I didn't know it would upset her." Master Makarov admitted.

"We should go and apologize to her." Happy suggested.

"I think that would be for the best come on let's go." Erza replied and the group followed her out the door.

/your p.o.v./

I still sat on the bench in town. It was starting to get really cold. Dang I'm half ice wizard I shouldn't be getting this cold. I closed my eyes and hugged my arms close to me. The bad memories replayed behind my eyelids, and I flicked my eyes open. Will these memories ever stop torturing me?

"(Y/n)?" I heard a familiar voice say behind me.

I turned around to see Gray, and the other FairyTail members standing there.

"(Y/n) we're sorry for making you cry." Happy said sadly.

"We should have respected your privacy more, and you're right friends are supposed to trust each other." Gray added.

"We came to ask for your forgiveness." Erza said bowing her head.

I was slightly surprised at first, but then I smiled slightly. "It's fine I did kind of overreact, I forgive you."

Suddenly all of their moods switched, and they cheered out happily. I was engulfed into a huge hug by Levy. I stiffened not used to the physical contact. She pulled away shortly sensing my awkwardness. She flashed me a smile.

"So (y/n) I've been thinking." Lucy said causally strolling up to us.

"Oh no that's never good." Happy teased.

"Shut up stupid cat!" She snapped, fire in her eyes.

"I'm sorry Lucy would you like to share some of my fish?" He asked

"No one wants to eat your raw fish Happy." Lucy sighed.

I laughed quietly at the two of them.

"So what were you thinking Lu-Lu?" Levy asked.

"Oh yeah. I was gonna ask if you wanted to join the guild. That way you can go on adventures with us, and you never have to be away from your friends." Lucy asked giving me an encouraging smile.

I widened my eyes shocked by the sudden offer. "Really? You want me to be part of FairyTail?"

"Well yeah!" She gushed. "You're totally amazing, and it would be fun having you as part of the family."

Family? I felt tears sting in the corners of my eyes, but they weren't tears I had ever felt before.  It this what pure joy feels like? It's been so long I forgot how happy family can make someone. I felt the tears escape my eyes. "I'm sorry I don't mean to cry." I said covering my face with my hands.

"It's ok as long as they're tears of joy." Lucy smiled. "So will you join us?"

"Of course I will!" I relied with a bright smile. I have a family again.

When we got back to the guild Mira put the official FairyTail emblem on. I chose to do it in light blue, and had it on my shoulder blade like Levy. I was overjoyed to be part of FairyTail. The smile never left my face. That is until he started speaking again.

"Juvia my love I can't bare to leave you. Please come back with me." Lyon said as he took her into his arms.

I rolled my eyes. Gee I don't know what it is about this guy, but he's always so annoying. Even when he's not talking to me. And it bothers me when he flirts with Juvia all the time. I don't know why but it makes me angry, and apparently I'm not the only one.

"Lyon how many times have I told you not to touch her!" Gray yelled at him as he shoved Lyon and grabbed Juvia, protectively putting her behind him. "And stop trying to get her to leave with you. She's a FairyTail wizard, and plus I think she's made it pretty obvious that she doesn't like you in that way."

"Jealousy is a monster you know." Lyon smirked crossing his arms.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Gray asked. "What do I have to be jealous of?"

"Wow you really are an idiot." Lyon muttered rolling his eyes. He then grabbed Gray's arm, and dragged him to the side. He made his voice quiet, but from where I was sitting I could still here them. "Look Gray if you want Juvia, and she is happy being with you than that's fine, but don't play with her emotions. Tell her how you really feel, or you might just loose her to someone else. I suggest you make up your mind quickly." Lyon then walked away from him.

Gray stood there with his arms crossed. His cheeks were a slight pink. I decided to go to to him.

"So?" I asked.

"So what?" He asked turning away from me.

I rolled my eyes. "Do you want to be with Juvia?"

"W-what would make you think something like that?" He asked nervously.

"I don't know just the way you act around her." I shrugged. "So do you? It's ok you can trust me."

He looked at me for a moment and there was a short silence. Then he sighed. "I don't know... maybe."

"Oh my gosh I knew it!" I squealed loudly. "I ship it! You guys are gonna-!"

He slapped his hand over my mouth, and I noticed everyone was staring.

He laughed nervously. "She's just speaking nonsense I better take her out for some fresh air." He dragged me out o the guild.

"Dude what the heck?" He asked me angrily once we were outside, and out of earshot.

"Sorry I just got really excited." I apologized. "I guess I'm not used to keeping secrets."

He sighed. "It's fine just don't tell anyone."

"I promise." I said putting my hand on my chest and raising the other.  I then smirked at him.

"What?" He asked.

"Oh nothing." I replied teasingly. "Gray and Juvia sitting in a tree. K.i.s.s.i.n.g. First comes love them comes marriage then comes baby in a baby carriage!"

He blushed again. "You're never gonna let me hear the end of this are you?"

"Nope." I giggled popping the p. "You liiiiike her."

"Oh great now you're turning into happy." He grumbled.

"You liiiiiiiiike her." I continued to tease.

"Oh gods help me." He muttered before walking back into the guild.

I followed him and laughed.
