You guys wanted this story to be longer, so how better to make something longer than to add a bit of drama? *evil laugh* I'm sorry... (Not really XD)
Also in case you didn't remember this book will have NO lemon! Sorry.

I had finally found an apartment I liked in magnolia. It was the perfect size for me and was close to the guild hall so I wouldn't have to walk very far. Not to mention it had a gourmet oven. I can't wait till I can bake all of my favourite sweets! Lyon was helping me move my stuff in.
He came in carrying the last box. "Damn (y/n) what do you even have in these boxes?"
"Normal stuff." I replied. "Mostly books."
"You're turning into levy." He sighed placing the box with the others.
I just gave a small laugh. I then looked around the place. It was empty except for furniture. "It's going to be so weird living on my own again. The last time I did that was before I met anyone in Fairy Tail. I had never really liked living alone it kind of scares me."
"Well." He walked over to me taking my waist and pulled me into an embrace. He took my chin and gently tilted it up to meet his gaze. "I'll come over anytime you want me to." He then leaned in super close I could feel his breath in my lips. It still sent shivers down my spine. A smirk tugged at his lips. "Maybe I could even spend the night?"
I felt my face once again flush red, but didn't say anything.
"There's that cute blush." He smiled brushing the back of his hand across my cheek before connecting our lips in a short but loving kiss.
When he pulled away I shook my head an stepped away from him. "Don't distract me. We still need to unpack these boxes." I turned around but he grabbed me from behind, picked me off my feet, and pulled me down with him onto the couch. I was sat in his lap his arms securely around my middle.
"Lyon!" I couldn't help but laugh as I tried to struggle free. "Let me go."
"No." He refuse almost sounding like a child. "I want to cuddle."
I eventually settled down and leaned back into his warmth. It was probably the most comfortable I had ever felt.
"Don't feel scared (y/n). There's no need for it." He whispered calmingly into my hair.
"That's easy for you to say." I rolled my eyes jokingly. "You're Lyon Vastia, you aren't afraid of anything."
"That's completely absurd." He said in disbelief. "Of course I'm afraid of something."
"Really, what?" I asked curiously.
"Well I thought it was pretty obvious." He sighed. "But if you really don't know then you'll just have to figure it out."
"Well fine if you won't tell me then no more cuddling for you." I tried to get up but he only tightened his grip. "Lyon, come on! We have work to do. Why are you being so clingy right now?"
He stayed silent for a few minutes but then answered. "I have to go back home."
"What?" I felt myself frowning. "How long?"
"Just a few days, no longer than a week, I promise." He explained.
Even if it was just a few days I knew I would miss him a lot. I didn't really want him to leave. I turned in his lap so I was sideways and wrapped my arms around him, resting my head on his chest. "When do you leave?"
"Tonight." He replied.
I wrapped my arms around him tighter. "Don't take too long okay?"
"Alright." He replied kissing the top of my head.

Lyon hadn't come back yet and I was really missing his company. I never knew how much I'd hate not having him around till he actually wasn't there. I was wandering through the shops in town that evening trying to distract myself.
"(Y/n)!" A familiar voice called me on the street.
"Hm? Oh hi Sean." I greeted him politely as he walked up to me.
"I'm glad I ran into you. I wanted to take you up on that drink I offered before." He gestured to the nearby pub that was bustling with people.
"Oh well I don't know..." I trailed off awkwardly.
"Please tonight's the only night I'm free for a while. And it doesn't seem like you have plans. Just come and keep me company." He pushed.
It was a public place and there were plenty of people around so it's not like it would be dangerous. besides I am feeling a little lonely. "Well alright I guess."

The next morning I decided to make my way to the guild hall. Last night ended up being pretty fun. We just talked and caught up with each other. He had told me all about how my hometown was getting along and I was glad to hear it was still a nice place.
"Good morning (y/n)!" Kaya waved at me from across the guild as I walked in.
I smiled and waved in return.
"You aren't with Lyon?" Gray asked walking up beside me, Juvia trailing at his side as usual.
"No he went home, remember?" I answered.
"He got back last night, didn't he tell you?" Gray asked with a confused expression.
"What? No." I replied just as confused.
"Well I just saw him by the cherry tree in town, maybe you should ask him." He suggested.
"Right, thanks Gray." I nodded and left the guild. That's strange why didn't Lyon tell me he was back. I made my way to the cherry tree and sure enough there he was.
"Lyon!" I said excitedly and ran up, grabbing his hand. "I'm so glad you're back."
He pulled his hand away from mine and took a step back. The whole time not meeting my eyes. He was frowning.
"What's wrong?" I asked feeling worry start to build in the pit of my stomach.
"(Y/n)..." He started off gently but then his voice took a slightly angry tone to it. "I'm sorry but I don't think we should see each other anymore." Then he walked away, not even looking back at me.
I was speechless. I just stood there with my eyes wide open. When what just happened finally dawned on me I felt hot tears form and roll down my face. My heart shattered. D-did he just break up with me? B-but why? What did I do? I suddenly started to feel kind of angry so I wiped away my tears and ran after him.

I caught up with him just outside the east forest. "Lyon!" I called his name angrily.
He looked back for a split second and started walking faster.
"Don't walk away from me!" I scolded. I walked faster to so I was only a few steps behind him. "Why the hell did you just break up with me?!"
"I don't have to explain myself to you." He scoffed.
This only made me angrier. "Don't give me that Shit. Tell me why!"
"Fine." He sighed. "I saw you and Sean last night."
"What?" I asked. "Lyon nothing happened. We were just talking to each other. Is that seriously the reason? Don't you trust me?"
"You aren't the one I don't trust." He replied.
"Than what the hell is the problem?!" I shouted in annoyance. He didn't reply and just kept walking. I could feel the anger building up inside me. "Lyon Vastia stop walking right now!" I sounded so serious and angry that I even surprised myself.
He stopped and turned around.
As soon as he did I drew my hand back and slapped him across the face. It made a loud smack and left a propionate red mark on his pale cheek. I once again had to hold back tears. "So you're really going to break up with me because of some misunderstanding?Without even trying to fix the problem?! The problem that if you had just asked me about would have been resolved?! What the actual fuck Lyon?! That isn't how a relationship should work! Why are you suddenly acting so selfi-" I was cut off mid rant when I looked at him.
He still looked down seemingly ashamed. But the shocking part was that there were tears streaming down his cheeks.
He's crying?! I don't think I've ever seen him cry before. My anger slowly started to fade. I was once again left completely speechless.
"I-I'm sorry." He fell to his knees desperately trying to wipe away the tears, but they were just replace by new ones. He sniffled a few times before continuing. "I didn't mean to not trust you, or break up with you I just... When I saw you two my emotions went crazy, a-and I didn't know what to do... I'm just... I-I'm just so afraid of losing you." He seemed to be choking back sobs.
His fear... is losing me? "Lyon..." I trailed off gently after getting over the shock of seeing him in his current emotional state. I kneeled down and hugged him as tightly as I possibly could. "I'm right here... I promise that you'll never loose me."
I felt him hug back desperately. "I'm sorry..." He said again and his crying began to calm.
"It okay just don't do it again. It broke my heart when you said those words." I pulled away to look at his face. I wiped away some of his tears, and caressed his cheek. "I'm sorry I slapped you, it didn't hurt to bad did it?"
"No I deserved it." He replied and I finally got to meet his amazing eyes. "(Y/n) will you take me back?"
I kissed him deeply, taking the initiative. He kissed back immediately. Although we had shared so many kisses before, this one felt as though it had the most love. The most longing. It had the usual sweetness to it, but also the slightly salty taste of tears. The world seemed to just fade away and all that was left was Lyon and me. Together in each others arms, our lips moving in perfect sync.
It almost saddened me to pull away. I smiled. "Of course I will take you back. I love you."
He smiled to and pulled me back into a tight hug. "I love you to."
Hey guys, hope you liked it. Don't hate me too much. After all every couple fights. It just means that you really unconditionally love each other! Anyway I'll stop preaching about love. Vote and comment, bye!
