Both Nazar and Kaya were now officially members of fairy tail!

Kaya had gotten a red emblem on her hand, and Nazar had a black one on his shoulder. They suited them well. Kaya was talking about how fun it was going to be to go on adventures with the guild.

I smiled at her, and then nudged Nazar when I noticed he was staring at her. I gave him a smirk, and he shot me a glare that said, 'shut up!' I just laughed and went back to listening to team Natsu and her swap stories. I couldn't help but feel that something was missing though. I didn't quite know what it was, but whatever it was it hurt that it wasn't here. Man, am I weird. I placed my head on the table with a sigh.

"I can't believe Lyon forgot to grab his stuff out of the wagon before he left." Gray grumbled. "He's such an idiot."

My head shot up at the name. "Is he coming to get it?" I asked trying to sound composed. Wait why the hell should I care? I should be angry with him. The way he's been acting around me. Why is he avoiding me anyways?

"Yeah he came in a few minutes ago didn't you notice?" Lucy asked.

"Speak of the devil." Gray muttered, and Lyon walked up to are table.

For some reason that made the anger inside me grow even more. I just crossed my arms and pretended to ignore him.

"Hey Gray, Juvia." Lyon greeted. Then he turned to me. He looked at me strangely for a second and then muttered a, "hey (y/n)."

"Ugh!" I got up from the table angrily, pored my drink onto him, and then stomped out of the guild, not even bothering to see anyone's reaction.

/Lyon's p.o.v./

I blinked twice surprised by (y/n)'s sudden outburst. I stood there slightly shocked for a second. Nazar started to laugh, whilst the others were just as surprised as I was.

"What the hell was that for?" I asked more to myself.

"As crazy as it sounds," Nazar started sarcasm laced in his voice. "I'd say she pretty mad at you."

"Why?" I asked trying to wipe away some of the liquid.

"Oh I don't know, maybe it's because you've been avoiding her, and then yesterday you left without even saying goodbye." Nazar grumbled.

"Why would that upset her?" I asked, to which Lucy responded with a face palm.

"I don't know." Nazar shrugged. "I don't understand the mindset of people, let alone women."

"What's that supposed to mean, Nazar?" Kaya asked putting her hands on her hips.

Nazar flinched slightly at her harsh tone. "Er... Um... Nothing I just- you know what don't turn the attention onto me. Lyon you need to go talk to (y/n)."

"Wouldn't that make things worse?" I asked.

"No you Dimwit!" Gray snapped. "If ignoring her is what caused the problem, then ignoring the problem is what would make it worse." He sighed resting his head in his hands. "I swear you are even stupider than the pyro sometimes."

"What's that supposed to mean popsicle!?" Natsu asked angrily banging his hands on the table.

"It mean that you've got more fire in your head then brain cells!"  Gray retaliated.

As you can guess a fight soon started after that. And Gray calls me an idiot. I sighed "alright I'll go talk to her." I walked out of the guild, leaving the chaos of the, now fighting, guild hall behind.

/your p.o.v./

I stomped out of the guild hall and into the streets of Magnolia. Stupid Lyon! I can't believe he just walked up so care free, acting like everything was ok! I took a deep breath, and stopped walking despite the people bustling around me. I hung my head. Damn it, why am I getting so angry? I'm just so confused... All these new feelings are coming up, and I don't know how to handle them. What do they even mean?

"Now how come every time I see you you're always so down in the dumps?" I heard a familiar voice. "Come on you're prettier when you smile."

I looked up at him with questioning eyes. "Jackson?"

"Hiya (y/n)!" He replied with a happy little wave. "Why are you so down? Is it that friend of yours again?"

"Is it that obvious?" I asked with a pathetic little smile. God why am I feeling so down about this? It shouldn't hurt this bad. He's just a guy.

"Well what happened?" Jackson asked.

"Well I don't know." I replied and we started to walk together. "We were fine one moment, and then the next he started acting weird. He's been avoiding me."

"Hm..." Jackson said. "That is weird. How about I try to get your mind off of it. Would you like to spend some time with me today?"

"Umm..." I said skeptically.

"Don't worry I'm just looking around magnolia. Maybe you can show me all the cool places. Give me a tour?"

"Yeah sure I guess." I replied.

"Cool!" He chirped happily. "Let's go!"

/time skip(cause I'm feeling lazy)/

"It was fun hanging out with you today." Jackson said to me. We were in the town square, the sun just beginning to set, so it was still light.

"Yeah it was, thank you for trying to cheer me up." I smiled.

"No problem-" he stopped talking seeming to see something, or someone, in the distance behind me.

"What are you looking a- woah!" He suddenly threw his arms around me, stopping me from looking back.

"I really love spending time with you." He said quietly. "Can we do it again?"

"Um..." I felt myself blush slightly. "Yeah of course."

"That makes me so happy." He said pulling away, only to kiss my hand just like the first time we met. "There's one place I was to show you. Come on let's go." He didn't let go of my hand and dragged me off somewhere. I can't help but have a bad feeling about this... He's a nice guy, but something feels off... I ignored my thoughts, and hurriedly tried to keep up with him.

/Lyon's p.o.v./

Damn it where is she. I've been looking for her all day. It's not like she could have gone far. Finally I saw her in the town square, and she was with that guy. Who is he? Why is he with her again?

He looked over and saw me. He seemed surprised for a second and then suddenly pulled (y/n) into a loving embrace. He said somthing into her ear, and her face turned red. When he pulled away he once again kissed her hand. I felt that same strange emotion from before except now it wasn't a spark, it was a full blown blaze. I. Felt. Furious, but I still didn't understand why. Fine! I thought, turned around roughly, and walked away. Who needs her? I sure don't need all these confusing emotions. But still... I stopped walking. That whole thing was strange. He doesn't know who I am and yet he acted like he did. He couldn't have possibly been looking at anyone else. This whole thing gives me a bad feeling. I should probably go make sure she's ok... I sighed and turned back around.

/your p.o.v./

Jackson dragged me off somewhere. "Where are we going?" I asked him.

"It's a surprise." He replied, but not in his usual fun loving tone, so I became even more skeptical.

He stopped when we reached an old building.

"What is this place?" I asked.

"It's a really old hotel. It's full of a ton of history, and some people even think it's haunted." He explained.

"Oh that's cool." I replied. "I like old buildings."

"Wanna go in?" He asked stepping forward.

"Uh, are we aloud?" I asked.

"Sure, as long as we don't get caught." He smirked.

"I don't know..." I replied.

"Come on (y/n) your not scared are you?" He challenged.

"No way!" I replied.

"Then come on." He walked into the building.

I sighed and followed in after him. "Jackson?" I called.

"I'm upstairs!" He shouted back.

I made my way up the old creaky staircase. It really was a cool building. I found him standing in a room that was empty of anything but a few small support pillars, and a stained glass window he was admiring.

"It's pretty cool." I said.

"Yeah it's ok..." He sighed.

"Hey you're the one who wanted to come in here, don't sound so down." I chuckled.

"That's true..." He replied. "But I only said that to trick you."

"What?" I asked, but then he suddenly grabbed me hand cuffing me to one of the poles. "What are you doing?!" I shouted. The cuffs were blocking my magic.

"Oh (y/n) I told you when we met not to trust a stranger." He sighed with a sly smile.

"Why are you doing this?" I asked him angrily.

"Well originally I was hired to learn what I could about the guild members the old man hired for the Esteven mission, but now my orders are to kill you." He replied chuckling slightly.

"Damn you!" I snapped.

"It is quite a shame though." He replied leaning down to me. He took my chin in his hand forcing me to look up at him. He admired my features. "You really are beautiful." He let his hand run through my hair as he kissed my cheek. "Goodbye (y/n)." He flashed in last smile before setting fire to the room, and running out.

The fire only got bigger, and created a huge cloud of smoke. Geez what a fine mess I've gotten myself into... I coughed roughly as I felt the smoke fill my lungs. I desperately tried to yank my hand free, but there was no use. One of the other support poled collapsed, causing some of the roof to cave in. The debris sending me into an even worse coughing fit. I started to get dizzy...

/Lyon's p.o.v./

I walked back to where they were, only for him to drag her off again. When I finally caught up with them. He was running out of a building.

He ran past me too fast for me to do anything.

Then where's (y/n)? I looked back to see a tunnel of smoke coming from the building. Flames growing out across it. "Damn it no!" I curse and ran in. I found (y/n) locked to a pole in one of the top rooms. she was coughing and struggling to keep conscious. I started to cough too before breaking her free, and carrying her out of the burning building.

When we were out I carried her a distance away and a crowd formed around the building.

Her eyes were shut, but she stopped coughing, and took a few minutes to  catch her breath. Then she shifted in my arms slightly and her eyes fluttered open. "Lyon?" She asked weakly.

"Don't try to talk, just breath." I told her. "You're ok now." 

She continued to take deep breaths. Her eyes closed again and she cuddled closer to me, causing me to blush. "Thank you..." She muttered before falling asleep in my arms.
