***Sahana's P.O.V***

Could the Earth please split open right now and just swallow me in?! Why?! WHY WHY WHY OH GOD WHY?!

Why do such things keep happening to me?! Did I ever wish to get embarrassed like this?! NO!!!!

Then why?! You know the old saying 'Between rock and a hard place'?!  Well, did I ever say I wanted to experience it?! NOPE!!

I could neither look up at Arush, nor turn to the other side to look at Raj and Riya who'd be smirking like crap by now!! So I did the only plausible thing - trying to act nonchalant, I turned my back on Arush and started moving away from the scene.

"Hey Sahana wait where are you going?!" I heard Raj's gleeful voice from somewhere behind me.

"I uh need to pack up... I and Riya are leaving early today right..." I trailed off, still keeping my back to all of them.

"Well Riya is here and she actually came here to talk to you" came Riya's gleeful voice, and I inwardly cursed myself for the nth time - I could have avoided all this crap if I'd just informed about leaving early to Arush via the intercom!! 

But no!!! I had to come here and make a fool out of myself!! Not to mention the flutters of my heart whenever I recalled how Arush had held onto me!!

Oh God let's not open that door now shall we?! God blood is even now rushing to my cheeks as I remembered the way I felt when he touched me......damn his perfume and his warm hands!!

"I didn't know you guys had a thing going on" Raj said in a gleeful voice and I heard Riya's chuckles and yet I didn't turn back.

"So Raj will come with me and Sahana today evening....Arush can stay back and entertain Kabir?" I heard Riya asked in a sudden serious tone.

"Yes ma'am...Raj Malhotra at your service" I heard Raj's voice too.

They gave up on teasing me so easily?! What the hell how's that even possible?!

"Hey why Raj?! Why am I to deal with Kabir?! He knows you're going out with Sahana right?!" I heard Arush's shocked voice.

"Yeah he does...well he wants to timepass till I'm done with shopping....so Raj offered to chauffeur me and Sahana, and that left you to give Kabir company" Riya said in an offhanded tone.

Slowly, I turned at my spot to face those three people - a shocked and slightly pissed-off looking Arush, a smirking and very proud-looking Raj, and a smug-looking Riya.

"Yeah so how about Raj stay here and I'll help out my best mate and my bhabhi?" Arush said in a very kind voice, with this radiating smile on his face that made my jaw touch the ground!!

Arush and warm smile?! Hello?! That's like.....like.... A dog with a straight tail.... or Ranveer Singh and being serious or Ranveer Singh and not adorable - HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE!!

My eyes almost popped out of their sockets as Arush....THE ARUSH... smiled showing off all his teeth, and made a tiny-little bow to Riya as he added "Your chauffeur at your service...madam"

Well it was a shock to Riya and Raj too by the looks of it because both of them too looked like they'd just seen ghosts!!

Arush turned to look at me and raised his eyebrow slightly, and that's when I realized that my mouth was still hanging wide open so I quickly closed it and cleared my throat to cover-up my embarrassment - I've had enough embarrassment for the day!

"What?!" Arush asked, sounding slightly hurt, as he looked from me to Riya.

"Or all of us could go....All five of us" Arush said, shrugging, his hands deep inside his pocket - damn he's hot!!

"Huh!? Oh uh... "Riya trailed off, looking from Arush to me to finally Raj, who finally closed his mouth, only for a smirk to appear on his face - okay now what?!

"Ask Kabir to come along with us?! You do realize right that if Kabir joins us, then you and Sahana would have to act like a couple.....do all those couple-y stuff....ya' know?! Like holding hands and ahem.....hugging and.....well, from what I've just seen I dare say it'd be a problem to either one of you?!" Raj said in an innocent tone, though that smirk on his face was faaaaaaar from innocent!!

"Oh so you guys were actually practicing the couple stuff just moments ago were you?!" Riya asked, trying but failing to look confused because her twinkling eyes and smirk gave her away!!

"I just saw even a few minutes ago....both were a little....busy" Raj said casually, stressing on the word busy - oh fuck don't tell me he saw what happened between me and Arush inside his office a few minutes ago?!

Oh holy fuck what would bhai say when he gets to know of all this?! He's gonna tease me so freaking badly!!! All the revenge for what I'd said and teased when he couldn't ask-out his junior....oh gawd why me??!!!

"Oh?! What had happened?!" Riya asked gleefully and I shot my horror-filled gaze to her and Raj - please Raj please pretty please say anything except what'd happened between me and Arush please!!!!!!

"You know what?! Fine I'll keep Kabir busy but please stop this discussion.....this was an accident....Miss...I mean...Sahana...lost her balance and she was about to fall... I just held her to stop the fall that's all.....isn't it how you helped her out yesterday in the cafeteria Raj?!" Arush said in a heated voice.

"There's no need to get offended.... I was just...casually....teasing" Raj said, sounding apologetic.

"Well, when the teasing hurts someone's feelings, isn't it best not to tease at all?!" Arush asked in a very soft tone which made me look up at him, and to my surprise, he was looking right at me, questioningly.

Smiling slightly at him, I gave him a small nod to which he smiled back at me. I mouthed him thanks, to which his smile deepened - damn he has dimples?!

How come I've never noticed that he has dimples?! Oh God he looks so much more cuter when he's smiling!!! He should always smile like this - ah one of the most prettiest sights ever - Arush smiling of course!

Oh his eyes - am I ever gonna get tired looking into those eyes?! Probably not!! Those eyes.....that smile....oh God that hair.....and don't even get me started on his great bod - how come he's still single?! 

A slight clearing of throat brought me to reality, and I jumped, looking around - to find Raj and Riya smirking - AGAIN?!!!!!

And looks like even Arush got a little shock because he too looked slightly irritated and slightly... embarrassed?!

"Well you're right aren't you Arush?! We shouldn't tease when it hurts the other person's feelings.... we shouldn't disturb others when they're busy holding one another, or when the other person has their hands around another person.....or this another person has their hand on this first person's belt....na baba na...we  shouldn't tease when it hurts others, and neither should we disturb them with phone calls, making them spring apart" Raj said in an innocent tone, looking from me to Arush.

Fuck he's seen....fuck he saw us....what happened inside Arush's cabin.....fuck he's the one who had called!!!!

"Okay we'll do one thing....lets send the girls alone and let us guys hand out for a while. Is that okay ladies....and Arush?!" Raj asked all of a sudden.

"Huh?! Oh...um...is it....it's going to get late with their shopping...and isn't....safe...alone.... Sahana.... I mean... Riya and Sahana both stay a little far away from one another....so... it's not safe...her... I mean....them...alone" Arush mumbled incoherently, but I got the gist nevertheless!

"Oh um yeah you're right" Raj said seriously, looking from Arush to me to Riya.

"It's fine... I'll just go ahead with Kabir.... anyways I'm spending the night with him, might as well go shopping with him... I'll send the dress pics to Sahana and she can help me decide, what say Sahana?!" Riya asked, sounding like her usual self and a lot less smirking and teasing and I found it safe to look at her.

"Uh but... I can come along.... bhai would come pick me up" I said, shrugging but feeling slightly uncomfortable with three pairs of eyes all gawking at me!

"Actually Reyansh has plans later this evening with us so he wouldn't be able to pick you up" Arush said, making me choke on my own saliva.

Why am I so shocked?! Well for starters, I didn't know bhai and Arush had gotten along so well as to make plans for a Friday evening, and secondly, well, I didn't know that bhai had plans for this evening!!!

"Oh um... well then okay I guess... but you really don't want my help?! Not that I'm great at shopping" I said, smiling at Riya.

"Ah no hon....you can rest and spend time with your beloved books and laptop and I'll spend some more time with my honey-boo" Riya said, winking at me.

I chuckled at her and shook my head - kuch nahi ho sakta is ladki ka!

"But I'm sorry for any inconvenience I've caused by you know....asking you to leave early.." Riya broke off, giving me a knowing look.

Ah I know what she means - she means that it'd have been very intimidating to talk to Arush regarding leaving early, seeing how big of a pain in the ass he could be!

Though she doesn't have to know, nothing of that sort had happened today, except for of course me and Arush becoming very close....oh God my hand on his belt!! WHY DID I HAVE TO PUT MY HAND ON HIS BELT?!

"Ah I highly doubt that it would have been inconvenient to Sahana!! I'm sure she didn't mind that, right Sahana?!" came Raj's voice, breaking my trail of thoughts.

I jerked my head towards Raj to find him too giving me a knowing look, and of course, winking, indicating how he knew what was going on in my mind - the events in Arush's cabin this afternoon!!

"I..uh...right okay then... I'll be online and helping you out Riya" I said, acting as though I'd not heard Raj at all, but shooting him a dark look nevertheless.

Raj didn't look abashed, on the contrary, he looked slightly happy and proud - weirdo!

"Uh okay so I'll leave then" Riya said, hugging me and dashing off.

"So um okay I'll get back to my work" I said, wanting to get away from the place as soon as possible.

"But you're done with the work for the day right?! Why not leave early?" Raj asked politely.

Rather than answering him, I first shot Arush a glance, who nodded at me, as though telling me I actually could leave early.

"Uh yeah... I'll leave early" I mumbled, fidgeting with my fingers again.

"Well, I didn't know you had to take your boss's permission subtly before leaving early" Raj said, smirking slightly.

"So I'll tell Reyansh to come early then!? Let's all leave early today" Arush said calmly, looking at Raj.

"Yeah, so I'll drop Sahana by the time Reyansh comes here, and then the three of us could go together" Raj chirped, looking very innocently at Arush, who looked pissed off again.

"And how are you going to drop Sahana?" Arush asked through gritted teeth.

"By driving your car of course" Raj said, smirking.

"Uhu....so who said I'd be letting you drive it?!" Arush asked seriously, raising one of his perfect eyebrow.

"Well then unless you want Sahana to go alone in an auto or a cab..." Raj trailed off, looking very smug.

"No really I'll manage..." I began but shut my mouth quickly seeing those two men glaring at me.

"Why....will she be going alone, when I will be dropping her?!" Arush asked through gritted teeth.

WHAT?!

What did he just say?! Were my ears just lying or did Arush actually say he'll be dropping me?!

I looked in shock at Arush, unable to fathom the situation, unable to even blink my eyes or shut my mouth close!

"What?" Raj asked, sounding thoroughly un-confused!

"I'll...drop her... and be back, by the time Reyansh comes here" Arush said, a little less sternly, looking at me.
