Stuffing earphones into my ear to calm my anger and not murder my boss, I resume my report making work.

Only music can calm me now!!

My hands were shaking with rage as I recalled the way my asshole boss had shouted at me for reasons best known for him, and then stormed out!!

But I still couldn't point out why Raj was bent on getting Arush sir all riled up!!

"I'm sorry if I came off a big too....flirty... and...um... Cheap or anything...it's just...well... I get a kick out of getting Arush all pissed off!! He'd make a great angry bird" Raj had said with a sheepish grin once Arush sir had stormed out of the cafeteria.

Though I had giggled and brushed off the thought at the time, now that I think about it, I wonder why Arush sir would get pissed with Raj's flirting?

It's not like Raj was flirting with him now, was it??

Or did Arush sir generally hated flirting?!

Well seeing that Arush sir is Sheldon Cooper from The big bang theory, sans the obsession with Physics or Star Wars...wait.. I don't know anything about his personal life so I cannot comment on it!!

Right...so where was I?

Oh yeah... comparing Arush sir to Sheldon Cooper..

Okay so... except for the fact that their professional lives we're like poles apart, and not to mention the irresistibly sexy body of Arush sir, and his dazzling smile, oh his voice...

What was I even thinking about??

Okay why am I admiring Arush sir's physical beauty and his sexy voice so much?

Why can't I seem to forget Arush sir's smile?!

But I scowled remembering what Kinjal had told about Arush sir as to how he scares everyone, specially girls whom he seems to hate a lot!!

Kinjal had said that the girl who worked here till like 2 months, the one who used to occupy this same cubical in which I'm seated now, had cried several times thanks to sir's intimidating behavior, and also his rude remarks on her work.

2-3 girls from this team have quit itseams since Arush sir became the manager!

Maybe it was coincidental for my playlist to play 'Come N Go' by Enrique, at the same time -

I chuckled to myself as at how nicely the song fit Arush sir, but I felt my blood boil at the thought of Arush sir sleeping around with random girls, or even so many girls!

But a smile automatically traced my lips as I recalled what Raj had said about Arush sir earlier - he had called him a humanoid... Devoid of human emotions... someone who's never even had a girlfriend...like Sheldon Cooper.

But Sheldon has Amy - a small within me told.

Yeah but...even Arush sir watching porn seemed to be a sort of a shocking revelation to Raj!! So he's definitely not the one to bat an eye for women.

This thought somehow soothed me, though the thought that Arush sir found pornstar Mia Khalifa extremely sexy made me scowl.

I shook my head to push these thoughts about Arush sir away and swiped 'next' on my playlist - Arush sir is a horrible human being and any thought about him isn't going to help me in any possible way!!

A sweet flute started playing and I instantly knew which song it was - My heart will go on!!

Though I've never been in love, or even had anything remotely close to a crush, I so love this song!!

I felt my breathing go slow as Celine Dion started singing the evergreen romantic song.

I closed my eyes, forgetting that I have a report to complete, and about my surroundings and let myself go with the song.

'Cool wind whipping my hair, I looked around to find myself standing on dew kissed grass that tickled my feet. I frowned to find myself in a flowing black maxi off-shoulder gown.

I continued to frown as I looked around - there was greenery everywhere! Those mountains at a distance, the ground below me!! A small gasp escaped my lips as I found a huge waterfall behind me. Was this a hill-station like Ooty or Koorg?!

Breaking the serene silence of the place {excluding for the waterfall behind me} came a man's voice....a very familiar voice, calling my name. I turned around but heard only his music-like-laughter.

Frowning, I looked all around me, but the place was completely deserted. Who was calling my name?!

All of a sudden, I felt something hard and warm around my waist, and I looked down to find a pair of masculine hands on my waist, while a minty warm breath was fanning my neck. 

The butterflies in my stomach fluttered - I am supposed to get furious at whoever this person is, touching me in such an intimate way, that too without my permission - nobody has ever done anything like this before.

But heat rose to my cheeks and my heart was doing a sort of somersault for reasons best known to it. My lips twitched into a smile instead of a scowl!

Clutching the masculine hands in my own, I slowly turned around to find a chest facing me. Chest?!

I frowned when I realized that whoever it was, this dude was way too tall!! Biting my lower lip in anticipation, I slowly tilted my head upwards, taking in the man's face.

Finally, when my eyes met his, I couldn't help but let a gasp of surprise escape my lips - Arush sir?!

He smiled looking at the shock on my face, but removed his one hand from my waist and tucked a strand of my stray hair behind my ear and cupped my face.

Words failed me as I suddenly realized that he was inching his face closer to mine, his eyes set on my lips.

No!! I can't let this happen!! NO!!!'

I opened my eyes with a jolt and realized that I was at my office, and all that happened so long was just my mind hallucinating - why the fuck was I even thinking of Arush sir in this way?!

I shook my head to brush off all the thoughts and immediately swiped the next on my playlist - no more love songs now!! I NEED TO WORK!!

But my mind had it's own mind of course!! While the Backstreet Boys sang 'I want it that way',  I was typing in the report but blood rushed to the cheeks every time the scene from the so-called fantasy that my mind had cooked up.

With great difficulty, I finished the said report by 4:30pm but my heart hammered against my rib cage as I realized I have to send in this report to Arush sir and inform him.

Blood rushed to my cheeks as I drafted an email to Arush sir, the scenario from the fantasy earlier flashing every time I read Arush sir's name in the TO address of the email.

Proof-reading the e-mail 3 more times so that I don't give my asshole boss another chance to humiliate me, I clicked the 'send' on the email and off it went!

Clutching my head in my hands, I closed my eyes and wondered why I had this sudden...sort of a fantasy regarding Arush sir?!

"Asshole giving you a hard time huh?" came Raj's voice out of the blue, making me jump - quite literally!!

I looked up to find Raj sitting on my desk and looking at me with a very curious expression on his face, though his eyes were twinkling with a light that could only mean one thing - MISCHIEF!

"What...how...when did you come?" I asked, looking around - it's not going to give a nice impression on me if the manager of another team comes and sits on my desk like this!

"I came some..." he trailed, looking at his watch and then added "...some 10 minutes ago...damn you look like exhausted!! Too tired?!"

"I..no.. I'm okay" I said, giving him a small smile.

"So, shall we?" he asked, getting off my desk.

For a moment there, I forgot what Raj meant, but then the events of the afternoon flashed before my eyes, reminding me that I am to have a cup of coffee with Raj!

"Right...Just one moment" I said, and turned to my laptop to shut it and then later pack it in my bag.

But all the color drained from my face seeing the email notification on my laptop screen - it was from Arush sir.

With a subject line of 'URGENT', the email notification blinked at me, and fear gripped my heart - surely he has some shit to make me stay till late at night and work overtime today?!

Nervously, I opened the email with trembling hands, completely forgetting that Raj was just standing there, watching me.

'Miss. Agarwal, the report you sent in is fine, but they require a presentation to go with the report. So, I expect you to prepare a decent powerpoint presentation for the same and mail it to me by tomorrow morning. 

No exceptions. The meeting is due in a week and I'd like to go-through your presentation before-hand, seeing how it'd need retouching by an expert like me!

The email was sent 20 minutes ago. Rage coursed through my veins as I read the email again - retouching by an expert like him?! 

He thinks way too highly of himself and he really needs help to get his huge head out of his tiny asshole!!

"What's wrong?" came Raj's concern-filled voice, making me jump. I had completely forgotten that he was here!!

"I..uh...can't come...I have work" I said as calmly as possible while my hands ached to go and slap my stupid idiot big-headed boss right across his handsome face.

"Work?" Raj asked in a puzzled tone and I turned my laptop screen to him to show him the email.

Raj's concerned expression soon changed to that of shock, and finally a to smug.

Why's he so smug if Arush sir is making me work overtime?!

"Right...well you pack your office bag and come with me" Raj said, looking as though he was trying hard not to smirk.

"But.." I began but Raj cut me off "No listen to me...just follow what I ask you to do" in a stubborn voice.

Cursing Arush sir and his stubborn friend, I packed my office bag and followed Raj - where was he taking me to?!

But all the anger faded and blood drained from my face seeing where Raj was taking me to - Arush sir's cabin. Is he going to tell on me?! Not that I fear any of them, but still.

Without even knocking on the door, Raj barged into Arush sir's cabin, indicating me to follow him.

Arush sir was not working, which was actually surprising because according to Kinjal he's a workaholic asshole.

The smirk on Arush sir's face soon turned into a frown and then his facial expressions soon turned to that of anger as his eyes traveled from a smirking Raj, to a shocked and angry looking me, and then to the bag I was carrying.

"I thought I had made your work perfectly clear Miss Aggarwal" Arush sir said through gritted teeth.

"Even I am involved in the said project Arush and my team and your team is presenting for it, don't forget?! And in anycase, Sahana has her laptop with her, she can do her work from home and send it to you!! Plus, from what I know of her work experience and educational qualification, I daresay her presentation would require any tweaking!!" Raj said, smirking.

Why was Arush sir so bent on making me work over time!? Though I couldn't help but beam and flush at how Raj had praised me, the anger against Arush sir didn't allow me to beam around for long!!

"And, a little birdie told me that she solved a certain problem in one day....the same problem that took you 2 weeks to solve" Raj added, winking at Arush sir, who was actually looking like he'd jump on Raj any moment now and break all his bones!! 

Which problem were they talking about?! 

"I..how...you" Arush sir said through gritted teeth, looking like a cartoon from whose ears steam would start emitting any second now!!

Maybe it was Arush sir's anger, or maybe it was Raj's smirk, I don't know which or why I found this whole scene...amusing!

"So, Sahana would prepare the presentation and show it to both of us in 2-3 days time, and as of now, she's joining me for a cup of coffee" Raj said, smirking, and emphasizing on the word 'both'

For a moment there, there was pin drop silence, with an angry Arush sir glaring at a smirking Raj, who returned the glare.

"Well Sahana, off we go...a coffee date...for friends" Raj said to me after a moment, smirking at some reason best known to him.

"You know what?! Even I fancy a cup of coffee, since you're my friend, Raj" came Arush sir's voice, making both me and Raj turn to him.

It wouldn't have had been a surprise if my eyes had popped out of my head with this shock - shock in finding THE WORKAHOLIC ARUSH SHARMA packing his bag and leaving office at 5pm!!

Blinking my eyes at my workaholic boss, I openly gaped at him as he carefully placed his laptop in his office bag, took his phone, wore his blazer and made his way towards me and Raj who were standing near the door.

I don't know what was so...mesmerizing in the way he walked, but I didn't seem to be able to take my eyes off of Arush sir, the handsome hunk with a smirk on his face as usual.

"Okay sure" Raj said, bringing me back to reality. 

I gulped and looked away from Arush sir to find Raj smirking - did he see me gaping at Arush sir?!

"We'll be going by asshole's car because I came by taxi today" Raj said to me as the three of us set off from Arush sir's office and made way to the elevator.

"My car? I thought we were going to have coffee at the cafeteria here" Arush sir said, raising his eyebrow.

"Well since we all are going to hang out as friends, why not have coffee at a nice place?" Raj asked, shrugging, as the three of us entered into the elevator.

Suddenly, my phone buzzed, and I looked at the screen to find Reyansh bhai calling me. Shit I forgot to inform bhai!!

As soon as the elevator landed, I called back bhai but his phone was not reachable.

"You know what Arush, you go and get your car whilst I and Sahana wait for you at the entrance of the building" Raj said, and without waiting for a reply from Arush sir, he indicated me to follow him, which I obliged - yeah like I wanted to be alone with Arush sir?!

Or do I?!
