***Sahana's P.O.V***

"Hey! This is not flirting...this is...wooing" Raj said, grinning sheepishly and winking at me, while I still continued to look at him in shock.

Raj was seriously asking me out?!

"So tell me Sahana, you wouldn't mind going out for dinner with someone at this very table, right?" Raj prodded again, winking at me.

"Okay this is seriously out of the topic of work and I forbid you to discuss this topic" Arush sir barked, making me almost jump.

"Well asshole, I am not asking this question to you, and also, I am an Indian citizen and our constitution gives me every right to talk whatever the fuck I want.....so you can shag off. Do you want some Mia Khalifa porn to shag?? Weren't you the one who told me just a few minutes ago that you find her extremely sexy?" Raj said, looking straight into Arush sir's eyes, a smirk playing on his lips.

Blood rushed to my cheeks faster than the speed of light, and my eyes grew wider than saucers. I put my head down, looking very interested in my plate rather than the two dudes at my table or their conversation about porn - not that I was interested in this conversation anyway!

Could the Earth just open up right now beneath me and just swallow me in?! Is this the conversation that I want to be a part of?! NO!!! Talking about porn, really?! What the fuck is wrong with these two guys?! Okay discussing such stuff between friends is all laughs 'n jokes okay?! But why the fuck do these two have to discuss this in front of me?! It's my boss for God's sake!! And I don't even know anything about this Raj dude!!

I didn't dare look at any of them but continued shoveling food into my mouth and down my throat - to run away from here ASAP!! 

And c'mon Mia Khalifa really?! She looks all...artificial!! Yeah that is the thing to think, and not why my bosses are talking about porn in front of me!

There was pin drop silence and my curiosity got the better of me, so I stopped shoveling food into my mouth like I hadn't eaten for days at end, and looked up to find Raj looking like it's taking every bit of his will power to not break down laughing. I followed his gaze to find him staring at someone who looked like their face was literally painted red - ARUSH SIR!!

I had to literally bite my lip to stop myself from giggling because Arush sir looked extremely comical, with his face fully red, lips pursed, and eyes shooting daggers at Raj.

I looked away before I could started laughing and cleared my throat - the wish to forget everything and just break down laughing was growing strong with every passing second!

"So Sahana, getting back to you, what's your dream guy?" Raj asked all of a sudden, making me whip my head to him - I thought I was out of the question zone now and it was Arush sir's time to get humiliated?!

"I...um....I'm done with lunch. I should be getting back to my work" I said, getting up from my place.

"Hey not fair! Arush won't ask for any projects today, so please sit down and talk to me" Raj said, smirking.

"You may leave Miss Agarwal.... Raj here has boundary issues and doesn't really know what to talk and when" Arush sir spat through gritted teeth and for some reason, Raj's smirk grew wider.

"Yeah my friend Arush here is right... I really don't know what I might say and when.... what if I end up telling Kabir the truth about....everything?! Who knows?" Raj said in a silky voice, still smirking.

"Okay whom are you blackmailing?" I asked Raj seriously.

"I'm not blackmailing anyone Sahana... I just said that Arush is right... and that I'm still waiting for your answers... for both of my questions" Raj answered, smiling.

I looked at Raj through narrowed eyes, who continued to look expectantly at me. Finally, sighing in defeat, I sat down at my earlier seat next to Arush sir and looked up to find Raj grinning victoriously.

"I am currently concentrating on my career, hence haven't thought about guys or dating....and this is the answer to both of your questions" I said seriously, whilst beads of sweat formed on my forehead - its hardly a secret that an introvert like me is uncomfortable with situations like this!

"You have time, think about it. You don't plan on spending your whole life alone now, do you?" Raj asked in a serious tone, all playfulness long gone from his voice.

"I.." I said, not knowing what to say next. Truth be told, I haven't ever thought of my future except that I'll have like some 10-15 golden retrievers who'd wake me up every day and that I'd be spending my evenings with 'em too! Or this too that I and bhai's wife {my bhabhi} whoever she'd be, I and she would be like best buds! This is all that I have thought of the future! NOTHING MORE!

"Maybe it's time that you start to think about it.... life's too short to just sit and wait around for things to happen! Who knows that the person whom you've never thought about might be having lunch at this very cafeteria, probably at this very table?! Or maybe that dude over there" Raj said, pointing to a tall and sexy looking guy at a couple of tables to our right.

"You can't be all alone...surely you want a life partner?!" Raj added, pouting a little.

"I...I've never really thought about it actually.... I've never thought of a future aside from my career... well that is if you exclude the fact that I've wanted to have few dogs, preferably golden retrievers, to whom I'd wake up every morning" I said, smiling at how silly I sounded.

Raj smiled broadly at me and said "You're not the only one who's wanted to have plenty of dogs, that too golden retrievers, to wake them up every morning"

"You love dogs?" I asked, looking at Raj in disbelief.

A bark like laughter issued from the seat to my left, and I turned to see Arush sir clutching his stomach and laughing like he'd just heard the most hilarious joke of his life. This was probably the first time that I've seen Arush sir laughing at all and he looked so.....so careless and cool, and I couldn't help but notice how exceptionally handsome and alluring he looked!!

Shaking my head to stop finding my boss attractive, I frowned and turned my head to Raj, who was had now turned to the exact shade of Arush sir's face from a few moments ago.

"Raj and dogs?! He's scared of dogs" Arush sir said, looking straight at me, still smiling. I felt something within me that I've never felt before when Arush sir's eyes clashed with mine, and I had this sudden feeling as though heat was rising to my cheeks.

I quickly looked away and faced Raj, who was pouting and that made me giggle.

"I'm not afraid of dogs" Raj mumbled, making Arush sir chortle.

"Yeah right, so who was that guy who stayed over at my place for the night a few months ago because there were street dogs howling outside my house and he was too afraid to get out of the house?" Arush sir asked, still chuckling.

"Dogs are scary!!" Raj whined, making me chuckle.

"Oh yeah? You're laughing huh?! Let's see who's laughing when a cockroach makes it's appearance" Raj said, scowling. 

"I'm not afraid of cockroaches" I said, smirking at Raj who looked at me in disbelief.

"Oh fuck cockroach there..." Raj said, pointing at my shoulder. 

I didn't even bat an eye at that, but continued to look at Raj with a poker expression on my face whilst Arush sir chuckled.

"She's more man than you'll ever be Raj" Arush sir said and I thought I heard a sense of pride in his tone. But why would he be proud of that?! I mean nothing to him!

"Now that I have answered all your illogical questions and have finished my lunch, I think I'll take your leave... I have work to do" I said, looking at Raj.

"Hey...wha....no!! But I'm not done talking to you yet" Raj whined and I thought I felt Arush sir stiffen next to me.

"What else is left to talk about?! We could talk some other time... I really have work to do you know?" I said, raising my eyebrow.

"Fine, we can talk some other time...but for now, I have one last question for you" Raj said, making me look at him with a frown - hasn't he embarrassed me enough for one day?!

"No wait.... I have two questions actually" Raj said as an afterthought.

"What?" I asked.

"Firstly, may I pretty please have your phone number?! Not the desk phone or your home number... I want your phone number... I am your friend right?!" Raj said, looking at me with puppy-dog eyes.

"What?! Why do you want her number?" Arush sir asked even before I'd had time to ponder over Raj's question.

"It's none of your business asshole...she's your employee only inside this building, and she's free to give her phone number to anyone she wants" Raj said stubbornly, whilst looking expectantly at me.

"And also, Kabir and I were actually discussing that it's good to have Arush's girlfriend's number, you know, in case he is so busy romancing her that he forgets us?!" Raj said innocently, looking at me and indicating Arush sir, but his eyes were twinkling maliciously.

What fucking shit have I landed myself into?! Cursing my brain and myself for ever calling Arush sir as my boyfriend and wondering what the fuck had even gone wrong with me at the moment I'd self proclaimed Arush sir as my boyfriend, I passed my phone number to Raj, who was looking like he was very much enjoying himself.

"That's like a good girl. Right...okay, so the next question... I would be honored if you'd accompany me for coffee today evening.... nowhere fancy....just to the coffee shop on ground floor" Raj said, smiling in a very friendly way at me.

"She has work to do today" Arush sir barked at Raj before I'd even opened my mouth to reject Raj's offer!

"Working hours are from 9 to 5. And I'm asking Sahana to join me for coffee after 5pm in the evening, that is, after office hours, when she's entitled to do whatever she wants to do" Raj said in a silky voice.

It looked like Arush sir had no counter argument for this, and the expression on Arush sir's face told that he was planning Raj's murder in his head!

"I..uh" I said, wondering how to politely reject Raj's offer.

"Just as friends Sahana... surely you wouldn't reject your friend's offer to have coffee with you?" Raj asked, pouting a little.

"I...fine... but just one coffee and only for half an hour" I said, getting up from my seat.

"Excellent... I'll see you at 5pm today then" Raj said, beaming at me as he and Arush sir too stood up.

"Miss Agarwal, I expect that report today evening before 5pm. I hope you'll not waste time musing about your date later today with his asshole and will finish the given work on time" Arush sir barked before storming out of the place.

Why was he so angry?! And how can he just judge me like that for agreeing to have a cup of coffee with Raj?! 

I was right - the name Asshole and hot-head suit him rather than Arush!!
