don't put all caps in your dialogue for the love of all that's holy, it just shows a very immature style of writing and that you don't know how to use adjectives

all caps are useful in any other scenario, just not when you're writing a legitimate fanfic or novel

and, using more than one exclamation mark in dialogue or in the rest of your prose (if it's not a text convo you're writing out) is just rlly weird to read.

authors use adjectives and verbs either before or after the dialogue to give the reader a description of how the character is saying something.

and don't forget your italics if the character is stressing a certain word or phrase

ex:

instead of writing, "HOLY FUCK!!!!" I said, walking into the room.

you could write, "Holy fuck!" I yelped in surprise as I entered the room.

there's tons of lists out there to describe someone's voice or how they say something so i highly recommend looking them up and using some.
