Heheh... hi, again. So, this time I'm writing about my Friend, Bold. Her Wattpad account boldwriter4 . Go check it out! So, I'm writing this because it was Bold's birthday and I couldn't write this story for her on her birthday because of exams. And also, Happy late birthday, Bold!

Bold smiled, 'New school. New life. Everything will be perfect!'

Bold had moved from America to Japan. (I know you don't live in America but pretend you do in this story.)

Bold got ready. She hummed as she tied her hair into twin tails. She wore a white top with some flower patterns on it, a pair of skinny jeans and a grey jacket.

'Bold! Come down and eat!' Hibiya cried.

'Ugh! Coming! Coming!' Bold called down, tripping over her school bag. 'Ahhh! I'm okay! I'm okay!'

Bold came down and fell down the last few steps. 'Wahhhh! Okay! I'm fine!'

Bold picked herself up and walked into the kitchen. On the table was a stack o' blue pancakes standing straight and tall on a plate.

'If only Percy was not fictional...' Bold sighed, shoving the food down her mouth. Percy Jackson For Life!

'Your going to be late.' Kido shooed her out of the house.

'Right! Thanks for reminding me!' She cried, running out.

Bold stared at the huge school in front of her. It was damn HUGE!

She walked into the school, got her schedule and found her way to class without tripping. She opened the sliding door and the teacher looked up.

The teacher was a redhead with glasses. She wore a serious expression. Her clothes were kinda erm... let's say very office-like.

Bold swore she saw the teacher's glasses glinting. She was someone you do not wanna mess with.

'Hello, new student? Of course you are!' She smiled warmly. She may seem strict but she is very good-natured. 'You can call me Mrs Akamine. Why don't you go to the front of the class and introduce yourself?'

'Okay!' Bold said and walked to the front of the class.

'Hi! My names is Ayakashi Bold! I am from America and I really like it here in Japan. I am also pleased to make your acquaintence.' She smiled cutely. At this point you would have thought all the guys in the class would swoon at her cuteness but noooo... It was the girls. Not a surprise.

'Okay, Bold. You can go sit next to Yuko.' Mrs Akamine said. 'Yuko, raise your hand.'

A girl sitting somewhere in the back raised her hand. Bold walked towards her and gave her a sweet smile. She sat down next to the girl and said, 'Hi! I'm Bold!' She held out her hand for the girl to take.

She took it hesitantly and said quietly, 'Why are you talking to me? No one does. Well, except for Jade and Cheryl. We all have terrifying pasts. We scare everyone because of our pasts.'

A wave of pity hit Bold. She took the girl's hand in her's. 'It's okay, Yuko. I'm willing to make friends with you!'

Yuko looked at Bold then took her hand away from Bold's. 'No. You don't understand what we've been through...'

'Bu-' Bold was cut off by Mrs Akamine.

'Bold! I'm having a lesson right now! If you want to interrupt my class, you can very well go stand outside the class!'

Ouch! That's a bit harsh to talk to the new student when she is trying to make friends.

Bold got up and smiled, 'Alright, Mrs Akamine.' She walked out of the classroom, shocking everyone in there, even Mrs Akamine. Mrs Akamine recovered from her shocked state and cleared her throat.

'Alright, then. Let's get back to work.'

Soon, the class ended. Yuko walked out with two girls. Bold guessed they were Cheryl and Jade. They headed towards the canteen. Bold followed them. They sat down at a table in the very corner of the canteen. Bold walked up to them.

'Hi.'

The girls jumped. Yuko turned and saw Bold. Her expression hardened. 'Oh. It's you.'

'Yup! It's me!' She said. 'May I sit with you guys?'

'Yuko... Who is she?' Cheryl asked. Yuko narrowed her eyes.

'A new girl.' Yuko simply said.

'Oh! Yeah, sure... I guess, you could sit with us. But I'll warn you first. If you sit here with us, you will just ruin your reputation here even quicker.' Jade said, opening her lunchbox.

'Okay, then!' Bold slid into a seat next to Cheryl. 'Hi! I'm Ayakashi Bold. What's your name?'

'Cheryl.'

'Okay. I'm guessing your Jade then.' She pointed at the silver haired girl. Jade nodded.

All around them, the students whispered here and there. Once in awhile, some would cast a few glances at them. Others would ignore them. The students look almost... scared-like. Bold caught a few words, like: New girl, hanging out, must be, same past and a bunch of other stuff.

Guess Yuko was right. Jade was right too. I'm just going to ruin my reputation here even quicker.

'Hey, I'm going to the bathroom.' Cheryl said, getting up. The others nodded. Bold noticed how the other students crept away from her like she was some demon that spat venom as she passed by.

'I'm gonna follow her.' Jade said, getting up as well. 'Yuko, we'll be right back.'

Yuko nodded and finished eating her sushi. Bold looked at her half-eaten bowl of noodles and said, 'You were right. Sitting with you guys here is just going to ruin my reputation here even quicker.'

Yuko gave her the 'I told you so' look. Bold looked up at her. Yuko thought, there goes another one... betraying us in the end...

But Bold's eyes were filled with determination which kinda shocked Yuko. 'I'm just gonna have to ruin my reputation then. It's not like I care about it anyways. As long as the teacher thinks I'm a good student, I'm fine. No matter what, I'm sticking with you guys. You guys may have a horrible past. But I assure you, my past is just like yours. Besides, you can't stay unhappy forever. Has anyone ever told you? Laughter is the best medicine! You guys should smile more! You guys may seem like others are actually terrified of you. But you are actually terrified of them! You all have been betrayed and abandoned in the past. You are scared it will happen again!'

Yuko's eyes widened then she smirked. 'Woah, you sure are good at observing.' Then she scowled. 'Not a word. Or I will make your death very painful.'

'Yeah, yeah. I promise.' Bold said, lazily then sat upright again. 'But right now, the question is, Are you going to open up or stay in that tiny shell of yours and not come out to see how beautiful the world is.'

Yuko stood up and banged the table, making everyone look their way. 'The world is not beautiful. People think the world is amazing! Fantastic! Superb! Yes, to you all yes. But to Cheryl, Jade and I, it's just boring. Cruel! Heartless! Don't you see? We are different from you! We will never be the same as you! You can hide your emotions away behind a smile but we can't! We don't know that technique!'

'Akiyama Yuko. Please sit down and hear me out.' Bold said, quietly and softly, but firmly. Yuko felt a sense of admiration for the girl. She obeyed.

However, before Bold could even utter a word, someone came running into the canteen crying, 'Help! Someone is being bullied in the girl's bathroom!'

The students got up with a panic look on their faces. But when they saw who it was, they sat back down and continued chattering happily like nothing ever happened. Bold turned and saw that it was Cheryl.

'Cheryl! What's wrong?' Yuko asked, getting up.

'Jade! She's being bullied just outside the girl's bathroom. We need to help her!' Cheryl panted. Yuko scrambled to her feet.

Cheryl brought them to where the scene was taking place.

'P-please... s-stop...' Jade pleaded as one of the girls kicked her in the stomach. She fell to the ground, coughing out blood.

'Tch! Brats like you never learn!' Another girl said, slapping her.

'What did I ever do to you?' Jade screamed, tears streaming down her face. The blood and tears fell on the ground, mixing together, creating an ugly colour.

'What did you do? WHAT DID YOU DO? You stole the love of my life! Shuuya Kano! He should've been mine! UGH! Why did he fall for an ugly brat like you? Not me?' the girl who slapped her said.

'Because of your heartless and cruel personality.' Cheryl and Yuko said together. 'No one hurts our friend and gets away with it!'

The girl who kicked her laughed. 'Oooh! Isabel! Look! They're about to shoot the venom at us!'

Isabel cackled. 'Your right, Anna! They're venom is about to shoot and I'm so worried that the venom will burn us!' She said that with obvious mock.

Something hit Bold like a bullet. These girls are friends worth having! Actually worth! Friends are always loyal to each other! They stick together as one! They care for one another. Maybe there is more to them than what they were in Bold's eyes. They will support each other no matter the case. These are friends worth having, unlike all the other friends she made. In the end, they would have to leave. They didn't stay in contact. Unlike these girls, they stick together through thick and thin.

'Yes! Let Jade go! Now!' Bold's eyes met the bullies. They started to glow a bright red. 'Never. Ever. Hurt my friends!'

Anna widened her eyes in mock surprise but deep down Bold knew she was shaking with anger? NO! Yes, you guessed right! Fear! 'What you gonna do? Shoot lasers at me with those glowing eyes of yours?'

Cheryl showed so much anger that she burst. She walked up to Isabel and punched her. Right in the nose. Blood started dripping down from it. She dropped Isabel who scrambled to hide behind her friend and turned to Anna, her bangs covering her eyes.

'I'll let you slide on this one. But, if you and your ugly little b*tches come back again, I promise you a very painful death. More painful than you can imagine.' Cheryl said, lowly. 'Understood?'

Anna nodded shakily and ran towards Isabel. Isabel was nursing her nose. 'How dare you!'

'How dare she what? You are the bullies! And do you know what bullies are? Cowards! You may look tough but you are actually scared.' Yuko growled.

'Yuko is right. You let her go now or we will rip your limbs to shreds.' Bold warned, her tone extremely scary.

Isabel and Anna nodded. They didn't need extra lecturing anymore. They left. Cheryl and Yuko ran to Jade's side.

'Your bleeding.' Cheryl said, her voice filled with concern.

'We need to get you to the nurse.' Yuko said, looking around for Bold. She was gone. Huh... This is what I expected. Betrayal.

But soon, Bold came back running with the nurse behind her. 'Jade! The nurse is here to help you!'

'But, I thought...' Yuko trailed off. Bold smiled softly and hugged her.

'You thought I was going to betray you guys huh? It's okay. I'm never gonna leave you guys. We are friends. And friends don't leave each other to suffer.' Bold said, kindly. 'I have learned something from you guys.'

'What did you learn?' Cheryl asked as she watched the nurse tend with Jade's wounds.

'I learned what true friendship is. Friends are loyal to you no matter what. Friends help you. They don't drag you into trouble unless they are bad friends. Friends are kind to each other. Before I came here, I thought that getting good grades is the most important reason why I'm at school. But you guys showed me that Friendship wins no matter what. For friendship, we need love, happiness, kindness, loyalty, generosity and all the other values. I'm so glad you guys taught me something!'

Yuko, Cheryl and Jade didn't say a word after her long speech. Bold pulled away from the hug and saw that they were crying. Jade partly because of the wounds.

'E-eh?! Why are you all crying?' Bold asked, worriedly.

'Ayakashi Bold. That was... I don't even know how to express it. I'm so touched!' Cheryl smiled through her tears.

'Jade!' A voice called out. 'I was so worried about you!' It was Kano. He hugged Jade and kissed her forehead.

'I'm fine, Kano.' Jade managed a small laugh.

'Yuko!' Another voice called out.

'Hey, Shintaro!' Yuko greeted. Shintaro kissed Yuko's cheek after muting Ene. Poor Ene...

Cheryl nudged Bold. 'We'll find our lovers pretty soon. I'm sure of it!' Bold nodded.

Cheryl held out her fist.

'Friends?'

They looked at each other and fist-bumped each other.

'Friends!'
