In my headcannon, Central Java/JaTeng is the one of the oldest siblings (every state/province are siblings), Jakarta, West Java and East Java are the 2nd, and so on so on

KalTeng is one of the youngest (but not the youngest, just young), so ye

Penang is a state in Malaysia
