So recently I visited a bookstore at the nearby mall.
For some reason I felt really since I have not read a novel in such a long time (lol online manga coff coff) so totally went all out and stacked a cartload of books for reading.

So there I was tucked in a corner with my bro and a bunch of kids reading (yas it's about time you got off your games.) and I wAS HAVING THE TIME OF MY LYFE.

Unfortunately there were no seats so we had to sit on the floor so we did.
But then suddenly this guard came up to us and told us to get up because we are so-called 'blocking the way.'

wELL OF COURSE MADAM we are blocking the way but what do you expect when you don't have chairs and you are suffering having to stand up hm? Go airbender and levitate myself up like genie? Hahah no.

What's frustrating is this always happens when we go to that bookstore and it always makes everyone lose their appetite in reading but then they probably got good intentions so we dont mind.

BUT THEN SHT STARTED HAPPENING IN THIS VISIT

This time I was just enjoying myself reading and holy moly did they have a lot of open books (most of their books were covered) so I was really okay with that
bUT THEN this guard spotted me, took my book, and told me

"Excuse me, you're not allowed to read."

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFHHHHHHH
wELL OF COURSE MADAM WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?

THIS IS A FRIKING BOOKSTORE.

THATS JUST LIKE TELLING SOMEONE IN A RESTAURANT TO STOP EATING

WTH

And then she told me it was because "you cannot read page-for-page, you have to buy the book."

WHAT

LOOK, THE CORRECT TERM IS WORD-FOR-WORD, AND LOOK

ITS NOT LIKE YOU CAN FINISH A WHOLE NOVEL IN A SINGLE SHORT BOOKSTORE VISIT

AND LOOK CAN YOU SEE THE CHILDREN READING?

THAT'S NOT SOMETHING YOU SEE EVERYDAY IN THIS AGE AND YOU SHOULD BE PROUD

YOU STEP IN AND TELL EVERYONE TO STOP READING AND THEY ALL JUST GO AWAY BACK TO PLAYING THEIR IPADS WHOOPEE.

And look, I found the book opened and figured, what does that mean?

Book: READ ME BEEOTCH

Well then if that's the case ma'am, I'm sorry I found the book unopened and my bookworm senses that I cannot control took over me.

I AM SO DONE WITH THIS.
