She was created by Dr. Archer, but was "adopted" by Brendan Shepherd a few months ago. She was abused by Brendan as a service robot, making her leave, She was found by Dr. Archer on a rainy night, almost about to fall apart. After that event, she was given the element chip from Archer, giving her the power to turn into a tornado at will.
