Xal-Ax grew up into a respectable man that his father was proud of. Cal was training his son on how to be a part of the Intergalactic Defense Corp. Cal-Ax was going hard in him, and Xal knew it was for the better, and knew his dad was just trying to make him better soldier. Xal got a handle on his abilities as he was put through training to use his abilities.

Cal was happy he was taking his training seriously and one day he walked up to his son and says "Hi, Son." Xal smiles and says "Hello, Father." Cal says "I'm proud of you for taking you're training seriously. You're Mother would be proud of you too." Xal says "Thanks, Dad." Cal says "The Intergalactic Defense Corp., Is putting together a team to protect certain Planets like Earth, Mars, Pluto, Jupiter, and the other Planets in that Sector. The leaders have asked that You be the Captain of the Team known as the Mega Guards short for the Mega Guardians."

Cal smiles and says "Really? They want me to be the Captain of the group?" Cal nods, and Xal says "I'll do it." Cal says "Good. 'Cause they even brought some of you're friends on board." Xal smiles hoping it's his best friends that he knows. Cal took Xal to the floor where they are introducing the Team to each other. One of them says "Xal?! Is that you?" Xal says "Hey, Jay-Vox. Good to see you, man." Jay hugged Xal. Then 2 other hugged as well and Xal says "Good to see you too, Jor-Xe and Nyssa-El." Nyssa smiled and says "It's good to see you, Handsome." Xal says "You too, Beautiful." Nyssa blushed and Jay says "You two still flirting?"

Xal and Nyssa turned red at that comment and look down in embarrassment. Cal clears his throat and says "You all are here under the leaders' command and they want you 6 to be the group known as the Mega Guardians or Mega Guards." Xal, Nyssa, Jay, Jor, and two others that Xal doesn't know. The other two come up to Xal and the male says "Nice to meet you, Xal-Ax, I'm Andre-Lyo." Xal says "Nice to meet you, Andre-Lyo. You can call me Xal." Andre says "You can call me Andre." The female says "Nice to meet you Xal-Ax, I'm Lor-El the sister of Nyssa-El." Nyssa nodded at that and he says "You can call me Xal." She says "You can call me Lor." He nods at that

Cal says "Good. Now that all of you have met each other Xal will be your Captain of this group, Understand?" They all yell "Sir, Yes, Sir!" Cal says "Now, we need you all to get going and protect your Sector. Now may the power protect you all." They all salute and leave for their ship. Nyssa says "I can't believe you're the Captain of this group." Xal says "A group of Misfits." Jay says "Hey!" Xal says "What!? It's true." They all nod at his comment, and they get on the ship and leave to their sector where they protect.
