"Ahh... Okay then," Luna said, only half listening. "So, one more thing, I might've
accidentally burned the roof of this cavern down... So we do have an escape." Luna said, the sadness thick behind her voice. I really don't want to leave them, we might not ever see eachother again after this... Luna heard a voice respond in her head, it was Echo.

I don't want to leave either, but we have our own lives to go back to. And I'm almost positive this won't be the last time we see each other. We were both picked by the Creators to meet up here today. I think that our paths are going to be permanently intertwined now.

Luna felt something compelling her up. She gave a sad look at Echo. One look said it all, I have to go...

Out loud, Echo replied, "I'll miss you, Luna, but I think that, no, scratch that, I know that we will meet again, no matter how long it is."
Luna glanced down, refusing to look at them.
She felt someone wrap their arm around her, Luna recognized the honey tinted scent of Echo. She couldn't hold it in any longer, she felt the tears spill over and out. Although she knew they would meet again, It was still hard to say goodbye.
Karry walked over to them, and joined in the hug goodbye.
The lure Luna felt in her internal compass was yanking her mentaly upwards, she knew she had to go.
"I'll see you soon right?" Luna said smiling, letting go of Echo.
Echo rolled her eyes and said, "Of course, whenever you need me, I'll be there... Even when you're sleeping!" She joked.
"That was a terrible joke Echo...." Luna said through her tears.
"The next time you see me, I promise they will be better!" Echo responded.

Luna backed up and let her magnificent wings unfold, and carry her up. At the last second before she hit the air out of the cavern, she looked back down, "Don't be a stranger guys!" She laughed. And she shot up like a rocket into the moonlit sky.
