Apology tea
"Not when it comes to you I don't." Bella's eyes widen, and so does Hermione's at the boldness of her words.
Bellatrix blinked, finding herself speechless at the girls words.
Hermione's heart was on the verge of exploding, she couldn't believe she'd said that, out loud, to the woman's face. She quickly drew her hand away, And judging by the woman's shocked expression she definitely heard it, and was just as surprised. Hermione began to panic, had she upset the woman or made her feel uncomfortable? What if the witch never speaks to her again? What if she tells her family? What if they don't believe her? That'll make everything a thousand times worse.
"Well do try to contain yourself, I have a reputation to uphold." Hermione's heart stopped at those words, she looked at the woman who merely arched her brow.
The ravenette sensed the girl's panic and realised making the situation worse wasn't going to help anybody. Besides it could've been worse.
A smile broke out on Hermione's face as she began to laugh.
"For a moment there I thought you'd hex me." The witch admits, Bella arches eyes the girl over.
"As if I could possibly hex you. Besides Draco doesn't have many friends, I couldn't possibly deprive him of you." The ravenette responds, a smile gracing her delectable red lips.
"How kind of you to allow my existence to continue." Hermione smiles leaning closer to the woman.
"It is rather kind of me isn't it?" Bella said, meeting Hermione's gaze. Their eyes locked, and Bella began to feel the knot in her gut tightening, her anxiety grew when she caught the brunette's eyes flicker a moment to her lips before returning to Bella's eyes. Out of sheer panic Bella leans forward rubbed her nose against Hermione's then disappeared before her. Hermione blinked, utterly confused as to what just happened. She glanced at the little racoon who she hadn't even noticed until now, the little bandit shrugged his shoulders, he didn't know what was going on either.
A pop behind Hermione caught her attention
"You really shouldn't be left alone in this forest, I mean who knows what could possibly happen. I fear my brain wasn't functioning properly when I abandoned you like that." The woman blurted out, a smile grew on Hermione's face as she noticed the obvious affect that had on the woman. Bella was nervous, very, very nervous. And she straight up admitted her mind was affected.
"Oh I wouldn't worry about me, I can take care of myself." Hermione winks, without hesitation she hooked her arm through the woman's.
"Oh I'm sure you can, though were things to go terribly wrong I don't fancy explaining to my sister or Draco that I abandoned you in the middle of the woods." The dark witch said, glancing down at their entwined arms.
Hermione wasn't entirely sure what to expect, because she'd come to learn that Bella was quite unpredictable, one minute she was all over you and you simply could not get rid of her, then the next minute she was an anxious mess who stressed out over the slightest touch.
Not to mention the mothering side that came out now and then, it was as if the woman had multiple different people inside her. Thankfully though, she hadn't met the short tempered explosive Bella, Draco Mentioned.
Apollo climbed up onto Bella's shoulder before the woman apparated them home, and without another word she went straight to her room.
"Hey, what's wrong with her?" Draco came to stand beside Hermione.
"I think I might of upset her." Hermione admits, feeling slightly guilty at the woman's behaviour. Narcissa had warned her that Bellatrix could often be like a lamb, she needed to slow down.
"What did you do?"
"Doesn't matter, but I do need to fix it. If you'll excuse me." Hermione nods to her friend before chasing after the woman.
"What did you say to her?" Narcissa barged in, slapping her son with a tea towel on his shoulder.
"Hey, I didn't say anything to her." Draco frowned stepping away from his mother.
"If you must know, she thinks she upset auntie Bella and went to fix it."
"Upset her how?"
"I don't know, she left then you came in and began abusing me."
Narcissa rolled her eyes at her son, " you are so dramatic Draco."

Bella just sat down at her dressing table when someone knocked on her door. The woman sighed, glancing at the little racoon who darted towards the door.
He eventually managed to open it and there in the doorway stood Hermione Granger with a tray in her hands. Bella turned around to face her, and arched her brow wanting an explanation.
"It's an apology tea." Hermione smiles hoping the woman would grant her entry.
The woman got up from her seat and walked to the door, a puzzled look on her face.
"What's the apology for?" She stepped aside granting an overly happy Hermione entry.
Hermione placed the tray down on the bed, smiling as the woman closed the door then sat on the bed beside the tray.
"For my behaviour in the forestry." She met the woman's gaze, though felt relieved when the witch began to laugh.
"There was no need to go all through this trouble for that dove."
"I over stepped and made you uncomfortable." Hermione shrugged, her head hanging down.
"I upset you." She added.
"Oh don't talk such nonsense. You didn't upset me love, I was just having one of my moments." The woman reached for Hermione's hands and pulled the brunette closer.
"Look at me." Bella smiles and Hermione complies, how could she not? She'd die for this woman.
"I'm not upset with you love, as a matter of fact I had thought you'd be upset with me."
"Why would I be upset with you?"
"Because of the way I reacted." Bella sighs as a cloud of sadness and uncertainty settles in her eyes.
"Sometimes...sometimes I don't quite know how to-" Bella didn't have chance to finish as Hermione engulfed her into a hug. She could see the woman struggling to talk about it and decided that she wouldn't make her. When Bellatrix really wanted to talk she would.
Bella's back hit the bed as Hermione came crashing down on top of her in a bear hug.
"Just so you know, I don't think I could ever be angry with you." Hermione said, she smiled when she felt the woman hug her back, and her husky chuckle filled the room.
"That's good to hear. Now about this tea..."
"I'm hugging you and you're thinking about tea." Hermione pulls back slightly, staring down at the woman beneath her.
"Well naturally, I wouldn't want it going to waste after the effort you put into it." Bellatrix responds with a smile.
