Jack's POV
What was this my..... fifth time in America? I got off the plane and went to baggage claim. I grab my bag and text Mark telling him where I was. "Be there in a minute" he says. Mark was letting me stay at his house since I was here for a PAX event and told me to stay and relax for longer so we could hang out. I saw him and walked over. "Hey man how was the flight?" He asks giving me a bro hug. "Crappy and long as usual" I laugh and he laughs too. We get in the car and when we're half way there Mark turns down the radio to speak. "Oh I almost forgot, another one of my friends is over too, and Matt and Ryan are away so you can take one of their rooms" I nod in response. Which friend? Was it Wade maybe Bob? He parks in his driveway and we go inside. I've been here before so I didn't need a tour or anything. "Y/N!" Mark yells.
"Coming" someone yells back. Who's Y/N? My question was soon answered when a lovely lady comes down the stairs. She looks about my age and is downright adorable. Is this Mark's friend or girlfriend? "Hey Y/N this is Jack, Jack this is Y/N she's an old friend and basically my sister" so they aren't dating is what I heard. She walks over waving "hello Jack I'm a big fan of your work" I  smile knowing she likes what I do "why thank you and I love the shirt by the why" she blushes a little bit which adds on to her cuteness. "Haha yea Y/N's a single pringle" Mark chuckles. "Very funny but so are you doofus" She playfully punches his shoulder. "You two really are like siblings" I laugh. I go to the room Mark showed me and start to unpack.
After we ate pizza, Mark and I went into town to buy somethings. "So how's life" Mark asks randomly. "Hm oh it's okay" I can't stop thinking about Y/N. "Dating anyone" he continues. "N-no just being single"
"Do you like anyone" I look at him confused by the sudden burst of questions. "Yea I guess but I don't think she likes me back plus we kinda just met" I say quietly. Mark looks up excited "just recently huh" he wiggles his eyebrows "does said girl have (hair length, hair color)" I feel my checks redden. "Maybe" I look at the ground. "You like Y/N don't you" Mark smiles nudging my shoulder. "She's cute" I say awkwardly. "Wow my best friend likes my 'sister' that's so cool" he grins so he's not mad. "If you break her heart I'll break you....sorry she's basically my sibling so I have to protect her......but I'm sure you'll be fine" Mark stares at me menacingly then smiles. "Okay got it"
When we get back we hear my voice? We quietly go upstairs following the noise to Y/N's room. Mark peeks in then motions me to come look. Y/N is on her bed with her laptop watching one of my happy wheels videos. Mark starts chuckling as I blush and smile laughing a little too. She finally notices us and gets up. "Oh get a life you guys" she says before slamming the door and the noise stops. Oops. "I hope she isn't angry" I say worried. "Nah she'll be fine" Mark states reassuringly. I nod and go off to my room. Falling asleep the last thing I'm thinking about is Y/N's laugh and smile as she watched my videos.
