As a child, I was blessed with chocolates

To give, to receive---the feeling was great!

Feeling I pass, by giving chocolates to children

One day, certain adult convinced the parents

For their child not to ask and accept from me

Manipulative, mind-controlling was the story

Why it pushed the parent to beat its child

Until the lips burst, weeping so wild

"Hurt me, instead," to the parent I said.

Encourage.

There's wisdom in chocolates

That cannot be learned naturally as you age

Better late.
