*Jason felt Marinette flinch, he frowned and squeezed her hand for support. She looked at him and gave him a small smile. They turned around and looked at Marinette's ex boyfriend Adrien agreste*

Marinette:Adrien. As you can see I'm with someone so if you'll excuse us

Adrien:hey, come on i just want to talk

*Adrien tried to grab Marinette's wrist but Jason grabbed adrien's wrist first squeezing it hard enough to cause some damage. Adrien winced as he tried to let go*

Jason: don't you dare touch her

*Jason said through gritted teeth as he pushed him away. Adrien grabbed his wrist that was rapidly growing red and gave a small chuckle*

Adrien:quite the violent person you have next to you Mari, first he attacked alya and nino and now me?

Marinette:adrien if your only here to be an ass please leave us alone. I want to enjoy my date with my husband

*Marinette said hugging Jason's arm, more to make sure he didn't do anything stupid, in broad daylight anyways. Adrien eyes widen and looked at the rings. Again some asshole spotted the ring in minutes while Jason's family took them years to figure out and all because of Dick's dumb luck*

Dick:hey that's not really fair, you left Gotham for years when you and Bruce had your little spat

Jason:just saying that a family with your abilities couldn't figure out that the black sheep was the first to get married

*Jason said with a small grin doing John Cena's you can't see me move with his ring hand. They all looked at Marinette to control her husband only to be disappointed that she was doing the same move with her ring hand. Tim rolled his eyes *

*Jason freed himself from Marinette's grasp and kissed her forehead. He looked at Adrian and scowled at him walking closer to him*

Jason:If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have the best woman in the world as my beloved. Now I'm gonna be nice, go back where you came from or else I'm gonna go to jail over what I'll do to you

Adrien:that first one, the one with my wrist? That was a freebie I'll give you that

*Adrien said with a chuckled as he started to unbuttoned his suit and blazer*

Adrien:but you hit me again and I can promise you you'll go to jail battered and bruised

Jason:then I better make sure you that you end up dead huh asshole?

*Jason growled his eyes flashing green as his pit was taking over and his mind only had one thing in mind "protect Marinette"*

Damian:my apologies for making you stop telling the story marinette, but I have a question

Marinette:oh that's fine, what's your question?

Damian:Todd's pit problem has it gotten better over time?

*Marinette looked at Jason so he can answer. Jason sighed and shrugged*

Jason: I'm definitely a lot better then when I was in Gotham, I still get flares of anger but there rare,

Marinette:since Jason is so far away from the place that caused him so much pain and anger, the pit has become smaller and more concentrated now, since it morphed in to some sense of responsibility to protect me and our children

*The group nodded accepting that answer, Alfred and Marinette shared a look knowing the real answer*

Alfred"hm, and adequate lie ladybug, if I had to guess she's using her powers to calm the pit chat created with a sneeze, down. pity there's no permanent solution but this is probably the best he'll ever get"

*Alfred thought as she rubbed his chin in thought, Kori raised her hand making Marinette giggle*

Marinette:you can just ask your questions Kori. you don't need to raise your hand, we're not in school

Kori:right I apology, but since you've studied magic can't you healed him?

*Marinette grabbed a crayon that was hidden in the sofa, she grabbed a piece of paper and started drawing on it, she showed the drawing to the wayne family, it was some kind of magical symbols*

Marinette:sadly no. I haven't studied magic in a very long time I hardly remember anything. But I do remember one thing that you can ask any magic user and they'll tell you the same thing.

*Marinette touched the symbols and they came to life turning in to white balls that quickly turned tar black and looked as if they were dying*

Marinette:Magic always comes with a cost. Jason was brought back to life, the consequences for cheating death was having what's basically severe anger problems to put it nicely. There's simply no way to fix that, even if you were to find the thing that made whatever that pit was, even that thing couldn't fix it, since magic is all about give and take.

Tim:like full metal alchemist?

Marinette: exactly like full metal alchemist. if you want something you better be prepare to trade something for it, that's kinda why I stopped learning magic I was getting to the point where the magic I needed to learn cost me trading things for them

*Bruce blinked taking a photo from his bat-contact lenses*

Bruce"note to self, ask help from zatanna or Constantine. I need to see if there's a way I can help Jason"

*Bruce said with a slight frown, Jason on the other hand just shrugged. Since Jason did something almost unheard of from the batfamily, he learned to let go and accept the cards life handed him*

Jason:eh, I can live with that. At least I know I'll never harm you or the children. My family is fair game especially the little gremlin

Damian:I shall eviscerate you Todd

*Jason looked at his younger brother with a smirk flexing his muscles a little*

Jason:you say that and yet more often then not I've won like 97% of the time when you annoy me enough to stop holding back

Marinette:oh Jason, you fight him? Look at him he's a baby!

*Jason looked at Marinette outraged that he was taking that little thing side*

Jason; he's the one that always starts it!

Marinette;i don't care, your the older brother you have to be better then that and set the example

*Marinette said with a boop to his nose that as much as he hates it, calmed him down over how adorable it was. Damian on the other hand had a big smug smile on his face looking at Jason. Jason took an annoying breath and waved his hand dismissively*

Jason:anyways!

Marinette:Jason calm down, and adrien I've said it before leave us alone. We're just trying to enjoy our day out. I don't want to start anything right now

Adrien:oh, it's a bit too late for that, since I don't care what the police report say I know you two are guilty of what happened to Nino and alya, you think I'm just gonna let you two get away with that?

*Jason's pit was getting worse as Adrien was implying of hurting Marinette, hurting the baby that was in her stomach, he was ready to choke this man with his own intestines.Sadly someone interrupted Jason beating Adrien in to an inch of his life, ladybug wrapped her yo-yo around adrien and pulled him back*

Ladybug:whoa good thing I was in the neighborhood, I don't know what's going on here but you two better break it up

Jason:if that little man keeps running his mouth not even you will be able to save him.

*Marinette walked up to Jason and grabbed his hand, she gave it a small squeeze to calm him down. Jason took a hot breath and walked away with her, they could hear Adrien still running his mouth*

Adrien:ha! Please you have no idea who your messing with, I have connections that can make life very difficult for you

Jason: Jason Todd J-A-S-O-N T-O-D-D. Go ahead use those connections it won't matter in the end after I'm through with you

*Jason said as he walked away with marinette next to her*

Jason:I could've shut his filthy mouth

Marinette:yes, but to you want to see your children behind bars? I don't mind when you protect me Jayjay, quite the opposite It makes me feel all giddy inside. But never in daylight where people can see you, now I'm your beloved? Where did that name come from?

*Marinette said with a teasing grin, Jason grew a tiny blush as he looked the other way scratching his cheek*

Jason:j..just something that came to mind, do...do you like it?

Marinette:hm... yeah I kinda to, makes me feel like some kind of lady in waiting

*Jason lowered his hand and wrapped it around Marinette's waist as they walked*

Jason:well, your no longer in waiting, now your a Todd, Marinette Todd just rolls off the tongue

Marinette:well, Mr. Todd as your Mrs I ask you to if your gonna punch the cheater do it at night at least easier to have deniability
