*Jason breath got caught in his throat as she saw her wearing a scarf and a short sweater Marinette seeing him smiled at him the baby bumb being a lot more noticeable which made unintentional tears of joy to fall from his face*

Present

Bruce"i remember that day, only he never want to jail dick was the one who shot him the tranquilizer darts and we carried him to the Batcave hm...., guess I can understand why he just lost it out of nowhere on scarecrow but still what he did was uncalled for and way over the line"

*Bruce thought with his arm crossed not moving an inch from his viewpoint but not dumb enough to say it out loud and start another fight with his son*

Tim:I remember that day, the old man came back home furious even more so when Alfred told him what he did, one of the few times I've seen Alfred and Bruce have a shouting match

*Jason snorted, while Marinette rubbed his arm knowing that memory affected him so much until the twins were borned, she did give Bruce a stare*

Marinette: while it's not my place to judge

Selina:oh honey like that's stopped anybody in this family from calling out our emotionally stunted daddy Warbucks over here

*Selina said in a teasing tone making Bruce roll his eyes and moved his hand signaling to Marinette to say her peace*

Marinette:but I believe you had no place to scream let alone judge Jason, like he said you knew how that toxin affects the mind and yet you made it seem like Jason attacked him without reason

Bruce:I saw the footage Marinette, scarecrow was disarmed, arrested and on the ground. The man is basically a vegetable at this point from all the damage Jason caused to his brain

Marinette:.  .  . I fail to see the problem with that. Just mean another asshole is off the streets, what was Jason supposed to do? Honestly tell me what was the correct choice other then shooting him in the face since that's what I would've done since not everyone can be saved Not everyone should be saved some people as too far gone and need to be taken out

*Marinette said in a serious tone, Jason had a small smile on his face like so many times feeling just glad that someone sees things his way and doesn't judge him for it, the opposite she defends him for it*

Bruce:killing is not the answer, is the easy choice....

Marinette:easy? You think making the conscience effort of taking of life is easy? You think living with the fact that you have blood on your hands is easy? Man if that's true every single cop, soldier, superhéroe, etc are all faking there PTSD since killing is such a easy thing to do

*Marinette said sarcasm thick in her tone knowing just how hard was it to make the decision to kill hawkmoth aka Adrien's father*

Bruce: Marinette i understand you want to defend your husband believe me I do, I love my son even if we have different viewpoints but there has to be rules, there has to be a code

Marinette:oh sure that's fine, then how about we go to a gravesite for veterans or superheroes and ask them how important was there code before they died. Do me a favor Bruce and Stand amongst the ashes of a trillion dead souls, and ask the ghosts if honor matters. The silence is your answer.

Bárbara: isn't that from mass affect?

Marinette: doesn't mean the words aren't true at the end honor, code, whatever in the end it won't matter

Bruce:alright enough, please I would rather not get in to this at the moment can we please move past this and continue with the story?

Marinette:fine but believe me Bruce we will go deep with this discussion on a later date since I refuse to allow any of you insult my husband when none of you have any room to talk since last i check he's the only one that risked his life at his previous job

*Jason did something that took Marinette by surprised he kissed her*

* Jason let go of her lips softly giving her a small smile already feeling more relax as Marinette shyly wrapped her arms around his neck*

Jason:you have no idea how happy I am to be back

Marinette:I take it your boss had an affect on you? I can see the stress lines from here

*Jason just sighed putting his hand on her belly with a soft growing smile*

Jason:yeah but that doesn't matter I'm here and I don't have to go back until at least month 5 of the pregnancy

Marinette:I can accept that, come on let's get you home, the father of my child must be tired from dealing from all the garbage that good for nothing boss gave him

*Jason gave a booming laugh since Marinette actually said a lot of actual swear words but since they're children present those words will stay hidden. Jason grabbed her hand and followed her out, both not noticing that someone caught them someone that will bring trouble for out newly married couple*

Scene change

*We see Jasonette driving back to Marinette's home when Jason who couldn't stop glancing Marinette's belly got a thought in his head*

Jason:mari, we're on month 3 right?

Marinette: like 3 months and almost 2 weeks I think why?

Jason:well uh, and don't take this the wrong way, but don't you think your a little big for just 3 months?

Marinette:i Don't think so? My friends haven't seen anything wrong in the books we've read about pregnancy

Jason:quick side conversation do you still have those books?

*Marinette gave a small giggle as jason parked her car, something told him this was going to be a conversation to have not driving*

Marinette:yes you can borrow the books o swear Chloe must've bought every book in the store about pregnancy, children's, etc. Sometimes I think she's more exited on being an aunt then I am on being a mother and that's saying something

Jason:ha, alright back to the original conversation. All I'm saying maybe we should go to the doctor to make sure everything is fine

Marinette:fine drive to the hospital but after that we're getting something to eat I'm getting a little peckish

*As if this was some sort of comedic cartoon, Marinette's stomach rumbled loud enough to hear when she said that. Marinette blushed feeling mortified whole Jason. Snorted loudly hitting the steering while while he tried and failed not to laugh*

Present

Marinette:my stomach did no such thing!

*Marinette said with a blush feeling just as mortified as that day years ago where it did actually happened. Jason just looked at her smugly*

Jason:then why did I laugh so hard?

Marinette:how should I know? You laughed at a funeral once

Barbara:oh Jason again?

Marinette:what do you mean again?

Bruce:let's just say there's a reason why he's banned from going to funerals in Gotham

Jason:.  .  .anyway!

Jason:pfff hahahaha oh God that was just perfect.

Marinette:just drive to the hospital!!

*Jason did whenever he would glance at Marinette another snort would escape his lips making Marinette look at him furiously*

Scene change

*We see Marinette in a hospital gown, Jason by her side playing with the model of the woman body until the pieces fell, Jason panicked and placed them all back by just jamming them in there, Marinette looked at him with a roll of her eyes as a small smirk appeared on her face*

Marinette:pretty sure that's not how you place the female organs

Jason:your a designer not a doctor it could totally look like this

Marinette: with the liver in the heart?

Jason:.  .  .yes.

*Marinette snorted as the doctor walked in*

Maria:so sorry I'm late we're just ver swamped right now I'm doctor maria de la cruz how can I help you?

Marinette:uh yes sorry for the interruption but as you can see I'm pregnant. I'm 3 months in but my uh...my...my husband

*Both Marinette and Jason blushed slightly still being new at this whole marriage thing*

Marinette:is worried that I'm just too fat for 3 months

Jason:I didn't say fat

Marinette:yes you did, you said it all fancy like but the meaning was still you think I'm fat

*Marinette said huffing, maria chuckled looking at the defeated look on Jason's face she must've seen it on god's know how many husbands*

Maria:alrighty then let's see what I can find

*Maria stood next to Marinette putting the jelly on her stomach and started using the ultrasound to check on the baby*

Maria:hm....nope I don't see anything, everything is fine see there he is

*Jason and Marinette looked and smiled seeing there 3 month old baby*

Maria:I think what happened is a case of F.T.P. syndrome

Jason:what's that is it bad?

*Jason said extremely worried Marinette rolled her eyes since she was diagnosed with F.T.P syndrome while Jason was in Gotham*

Maria:oh yes, and sadly it has no cure F.T.P first time parents syndrome your terrified of every little thing that can go wrong

*Jason felt insulted until she heard Marinette's giggles that like always just had a way to calm him down*

Marinette:my god we have the same infection

Maria:oh?

Marinette:was paranoid around 2 in the morning my friend took me to the hospital only to find out it was for nothing wrong with me except that I had a slighter highly high amount of mercury in my body

Maria:pescatarian?

Marinette: yes, already got a list of what foods will be best as I'm pregnant and when I'm breastfeeding

Maria:good, let me write you both some sleeping pills something tells me you'll need it

Jason:yes, thank you

Marinette:thank you doctor now mr. Calling me fat you owe me lunch and I want something nice and heavy

Present

Selina:so nothing was wrong? Honestly Jason calling a woman fat is so wrong why it should be illegal

*Jason groaned as he had this conversation with different people mostly Kagami over a thousand times*

Jason:I did not call her fat!. And no nothing was wrong persay it was something else

Damian:and that would be?

Jason: you'll find out later, it was a complete surprise to use so it should be the same for you all

Tim:boo, come on Marinette as siblings of the nectar of the gods or as peasants call it coffee why don't you tell us?

Marinette;because I have the same flare for the dramatics as my husband so you'll all wait, but as my brother of the coffee bean I'll just say you'll find out when I gave birth of my Angels

Marinette's home

*Jason took a deep breath as he sat down with a smile on his face finally being in Marinette's home, "Marinette's home" calling it like that brought a slight frown on Jason's face*

Marinette: something wrong?

*Marinette said walking back with a plate of cookies, a cup of milked coffee for Jason and a smaller cup of peppermint tea for Marinette and her morning sickness*

Jason:no nothing I'm just thinking

*Jason said as he took some of Marinette amazing homemade cookies while she sat next to him drinking her tea*

Jason: how's the tea?

Marinette;it's disgusting and I miss my caffeine, but I just have to swallow this for a few more days my first trimester is almost done so no more morning sickness. But I'm not accepting you deflecting your concerns now talk

Jason:well it's just....I kinda noticed that this place only has 1 spare room that being the one I sleep in, what are um well, what are we gonna do when the baby arrives?

*Jason said as he felt his cheek start to burn, he's the head of security, he's fought along side the ridiculously dressed batfamily and yet Jason Todd was blushing embarrassed of asking such a thing. And for Marinette it was just adorable*

Marinette:well... it's still early, but maybe in a month or two we can consider....sleeping in the same bed I mean we are married eventually we'll have to sleep together like a normal couple. But for now we still need a little space to get to know each other

Jason:how come you know just what do say?

Marinette;because I had the same fears as you only I had them while you were away so my friends had to deal with that instead of you

Jason:ha, I should probably meet them and thank them for that

*Marinette hummed grabbed a cookie and ate it as she looked at her phone with a small frown but she forced a smile*

Marinette:how about tomorrow? They're already gonna come for...reasons

Jason:reasons?

*Jason flinched when Marinette cuddled closer to him*

Marinette:yes reasons that can wait after my nap....

*Marinette said as she fell asleep while Jason smiled kissing her forehead deciding that he might as well joined her except for one problem*

Jason"I do not have to pee...I am a master of my bladder"
