1 what is your favorite holiday and why? 

Favorite holiday is Halloween. I love the decorations, the costumes, the magic of it all.

2 what inspired you to write? 

I've recently become a stay at home mom and finding my creative outlet was important for me. I decided to try my hand at writing down all my daydreams and fantasies and finally make then come alive.

3 if you could hang out with your favorite celeb for a day, who would you choose and what would you do? 

I'd probably say Benedict Cumberbatch. He's an amazing actor and honestly seems hilarious and down to earth. I could see us grabbing coffee somewhere and chatting. I'm sure we'd be laughing in no time.

4 what's your schedule regarding your writing? 

My writing schedule consists of finding time between my twins' naps and late at night when everyone is sleeping. I usually try to write every day.

5 Are you still surprised when you get a new vote, follow or comment?

Very much so. It's very exciting to see people's response to something you've created and it's a good feeling when they can get a chance to get in your head and see what you've envisioned the story to be.

 6 what's your favorite movie?

Favorite movie is so hard for me. I watch movies that match my emotions. Sometimes I want something deep, sometimes romantic, sometimes adventurous. Some of my top ones would include Interstellar, Atonement, and The Pianist.

 7 what's a good piece of advice for a newcomer? 

I definitely don't feel like I'm qualified to give advice, but I guess I would say to keep going. If you come across a block, give it time but keep pushing your passion.

8 what's a song you enjoy? Who is the artist? 

"The Lighthouse" by Nickel Creek

9 what's the best way to handle a bully?

Never let what anyone says or thinks of you affect the person that you were born to be. Brush that right off.

 10 how would you celebrate a publishing deal? 

I'd have all my family over for a huge cookout with many celebratory drinks!

11 how would you spend a rainy day? 

Cleaning my house, then lighting candles and reading a book, cuddled in blankets.
