Levy's POV

"I CANT BELIEVE IT!" Lucy screamed.
"Lucy! I wasn't meant to tell you at all so please, hush!" The whole place had heard about my false engagement ever since I accidentally told Mira.
/FLASHBACK/
"Levy! I heard that you're on holiday leave for six months due to family problems!" Mira scurried towards me from behind the counter and hugged me tightly. "It was so sudden but it was official and I had to respect it and you weren't answering your phone and Lucy didn't know where you were!"
"Calm down Mira! I've got caught up in something unimaginable. Don't worry, in six months I'll be back and I'll work extra time!"
"What did you get caught up in?"
"Don't tell anyone okay?"
"Sure sweetie."
"I'm engaged, well kinda married..."
"WHAT?!"
"LEVY WHAT?!"
"Huh?!"
Lucy ran towards me from the back room after hearing what I just said.
"GRAY! LISANNA! LEVY HAS A HUSBAND!"
"WHAT?!"
/FLASHBACK END/
"Look, six months isn't that long..."
"But you'll be married over the summer! And we won't be able to go around Earthland like we planned!"
"We could! I could ask Mr Redfox to let me have a couple of weeks off!" I smiled, planning ways to get Redfox to let me have a couple of weeks off.
"Why don't you just not go back to his mansion?" Gray asked.
"I sighed a contract, plus he can make my identity non-existent if he wants." I shuddered as I remembered what he had threatened.
"It's so bad how you've gotten in such a mess." Lisanna sighed, hugging me.
"Hey, it won't be all bad. I'll have a huge library to check out! I visited it last night, well this morning and I fell asleep there!" Grinning I told them all how big the library was and how excited I was to go on my midnight adventure again.
"So you fell asleep in the library, but woke up in your room?"
"Uh huh. I was too scared to tell Redfox since I didn't want him knowing that I was snooping around again..."
"If hate to be in your position right now." Lucy admitted. "Oh shoot is that the time?!" She pointed to the clock which read 02:00pm.
"Oh right, Lucy you've got that boiler guy coming to check your central heating!" Mira realised. "Levy you should go with her, the regulars will be here in minutes and Lucy needs your help with sorting her life out."
"I do not! But actually, Levy if you came along that would be perfect!"
"Why? Is it the same guy as last time?" The last time Lucy had needed her central heating checked out, a douche came to fix it but he charged her more than the normal price, tried flirting with her when at the time she had a boyfriend and was an absolute pain in the ass.
"Yeah, and Erza is out today protecting Jellal."
"It's amazing how as soon as she starts her bodyguard career she gets chosen to be one of the council men's bodyguard!" Mira said, making little hand gestures to get across her point.
"Well, come on Lucy. If we get there now then we'll see him if he tries to do anything." I said before standing up and putting on my coat.
"Eh?! What do you think he would do?!" Lucy stared at me wide eyed.
"He could try to break in, steal stuff, or just be a pervert and try and see if you're taking a shower." I shrugged, listing off any sort of possibilities.
"Let's go. I don't want that creep anywhere near my house again!" She wailed. "He is really creepy though!! I don't want him go stalk me oh gosh no!" Lucy shook her head as we walked out and made our way to her house.

Lucy's house was a small bungalow which was very sweet. Isolated from the rest of town, it sat near the abandoned observatory on the hill.
"We still need to go exploring there don't we?" Lucy giggled.
"Yeah, wait isn't that the guys-,"
"Shhhh. I don't wanna know. Let's just go to the door and get this over with...." Lucy shuddered.
"Miss Heartfilia! Good to see you!"
"H-Hi Derek...."
"I've checked the outside of the house and all seems well." He grinned, I gently shook my head. He obviously hadn't checked the outside because Lucy had told me of problems the night before concerning the outside of the house.
"Let's continue inside then Derek." I said, takin Lucy's key and opening her front door.

"Bye Miss Heartfilia! Oh and bye Miss McGarden!" Derek finally left Lucy's house, three hours after we met him.
"I'm never hiring him again."
"Why did you hire him today if you knew he was such a creep?"
Lucy's eyes widened for a moment, then she crumpled to the floor.
"H-He's the cheapest guy and the easiest to afford." She looked at me and wailed, "I'm not lucky enough to be chosen by a rich guy to be his wife! I'm poor and lonely, and hungry, and cold and and and-!"
"Calm down Lucy, do you want to want a movie or something then?"
"I can't!" She moaned. "I have to go back to work, well not Fairy Tail. I'm going for a job interview and if I get it then all my financial problems will be sorted."
"Okay okay, I'll be going then. I think I should head back to the mansion, Redfox likes to know where I am at all times."
I began to walk off when Lucy called out.
"Why don't you call him by his first name?"
"... I don't know, but I just can't trust him yet. Calling him by his surname feels safer in a way."
She nodded as if she understood, then strolled back into her house and waved goodbye from the front window.

Since Lucy's house was so far away from the main part of Magnolia, I assumed it would take me at least thirty minutes to get to Fairy Tail if I walked.
Since it was summer it was still sunny and on the way into Magnolia, I decided to buy myself a ice-cream, because why not?
Luckily for me, one of the first shops was a nice looking ice-cream shop. Cautiously I entered and was relieved to see no sort of queue.
"Welcome miss, do you want a ice-cream?" The guy behind the counter asked. He had brown hair with strands covering his eyes and tanned skin, he was wearing a mint coloured t-shirt and an apron.
On the apron was a name tag reading, "Hi! My name is Owen."
"So, what do you want miss?"
"Do you have cookie dough ice-cream?"
His eyes sparkled, "We literally just got a new batch earlier! You are one lucky woman!" He hurried off into the back room and came out with a large tub of cookie dough ice-cream.
"That looks so nice!" I smiled.
"It is, it sells well and usually after the first customer there's hardly any left! They always ask for 9 scoops, I don't understand how people can afford that day after day!" Owen sighed, "I can't even pay my rent this month and the money they pay could help me with my apartment... But this place comes first."
"Is it in the family or something this business?"
"I guess you could say that, I was an orphan so the family who took me in opened up this place to try and make up for the fact that they weren't my parents..."
Owen and I continued to chat for a while until I decided that Redfox needed to know where I was and made my way back to the mansion.
"Come back here again miss! It was lovely seeing you!"
"I will! Thank you Owen!" He looked startled that I knew his name, but he laughed it off and waved goodbye.
I didn't make it ten steps before I was approached by a guy in a silver suit.
"Miss McGarden?"
"Y-yes..."
"Please come this way." He opened the door of a black limo, "Mr Gajeel is waiting for you."
"He sent a limo to get me?! Ugh, it's nice but why this. Why not trust me to get back on my own?" I moaned, then I turned to face the guy and studied his face.
Then that's when I realised.
Redfox's servants call him Sir Redfox. Never ever by his first name.
And so far, the servants I'd seen didn't wear silver.
"You're not-!"
The man grabbed me and threw me inside the limo. Shutting the door with as much force as he could, he ran to the front seat and yelled at his partner to drive.
"S-stop!" Screaming at the man I whacked my hands against the car window. "Someone help!"
"The windows are sound proof and you may be able to look out, but no one is able to look in." The man growled from the front seat.
Taking out my phone I desperately dialled Erza's number, she'll help! She's a bodyguard for goodness sake!
But I couldn't even get a signal.
"The metal in the roof of the car stops cellular devices from getting any signals, so Miss McGarden..." He turned and smiled, "You're our possession now."
"Is she?" The mans partner finally spoke, that's when I recognised the voice.
But the thing was, his partner who I assumed to be a man, was actually a woman.
"Juvia thinks much differently Mr Berto."
"Lockser! How did you-?"
"Juvia!" I breathed a sigh of relief.
"Juvia was following Miss McGarden all day, so when Juvia spotted Mr Berto she knew something was wrong. So she took out his accomplice and spied on Levy with him."
"You're just one maid! You can't do anything--"
The limo stopped and suddenly, two other limos stopped in front of the limo we were in, and two figures stepped out.
"Shit." Mr Berto cursed.
"Oi, when Gajeel says that his wife has been kidnapped I think that's when we intervene."
"U-um, yes that's right."
No way...
"Juvia believes that Mr Dragneel and Miss Marvell have you easily outnumbered, Mr Berto."
She smirked at him and turned to face me. "Miss McGarden, if you would please exit the limo and hop into Miss Marvell's."
Nodding, I got out of the limo and approached Miss Wendy Marvell, the young CEO of Marvell Beauty.
"Pleasure to meet you Miss Marvell." I bowed slightly.
"Oh no, it's a pleasure to meet Gajeel's wife!" She smiled sweetly.
"Hey, if you get to talk to her then I do too!" Mr Dragneel wandered up to me and kissed my hand. "Natsu Dragneel, head of Dragneel and co."
"N-nice to meet you both."
"Come on Miss Redfox, Gajeel's been worried about you ever since Juvia told him you were being followed." Wendy beckoned for me to join her in her limo.
"Thank you."
"Don't worry about it, it's nice to finally meet another girl caught up in the big businesses!" She grinned and once we'd both gotten into the limo, she clicked her fingers. "Romeo, to the Redfox mansion please."
And so we made out way back to the mansion.

"Levy!" Redfox said as I entered the mansion. "Oh honey I was so worried!"
"Um, I was okay, don't worry about me too much." I said quietly. Redfox ran towards me and hugging me he whispered.
"Make it seem like we're married. Or I won't let you out again."
I hugged him back and once the hug ended, I stayed close to him and smiled at Wendy and Mr Dragneel.
"You're such a lucky bastard Gajeel." Dragneel grinned.
"Natsu! Manners please! I'm sure Levy doesn't appreciate your use of language there!" Wendy elbowed Natsu who just clutched his stomach and squeaked.
"Okay, I won't say stuff like that anymore. Sorry."
"Let's go to the main hall for some dinner, I assume you two haven't eaten yet." Redfox laughed.
"Dinner sounds amazing, do you have the steaks?" Natsu suddenly recovered and looked up at Redfox, his eyes sparkling.
"What else would I eat with my Dragon Slayer business partners?"
"Dragon slayers?" I asked.
"It was just a nickname since we took out the largest companies almost straight away, so since they were compared to dragons, we became the dragon slayers!" Wendy replied. "Very nice isn't it?"
"It is yes..."
"Let's not waste any more time. Juvia, please bring the steaks through to the main hall." Redfox called out.
"Right away Sir." Juvia suddenly appeared, only to disappear moments later.

"So how did you two meet then?" Wendy asked, "it's highly unusual that you've married someone not in the industry Gajeel."
I began to panick inside, I ate a potato and looked at Redfox, silently telling him to make it up.
"Well, she was just leaving the Magnolia library and she tripped up and all of the books she was carrying went flying. I was on my way to a small business meeting when one of the books hit me on the head. She apologised and we started talking. I was late to the meeting, but I had a better meeting instead." He said it so confidently, that even I was hooked to the story.
Wait...
But....
That actually happened!
/FLASHBACKS BECAUSE YOU GOTTA LOVE FLASHBACKS/
I was leaving the library with some language books I needed to study from for my finals. People were walking around me, but because of the large pile of books I was carrying I couldn't see in front of me; so I really didn't see the out of place cobblestone that tripped me up.
The books went flying and luckily, most of them hadn't landed far or hurt anyone.
"H-Hey!"
"I'm so sorry! Sir, oh my gosh I'm sorry!" I quickly retrieved all of the books and apologised to the man who had just been hit by the heaviest book there was.
"Languages huh, you studying like either languages at high school?"
"I'm at university, and yes, eight languages for my finals."
"Woah, that's a lot." I didn't quite see the mans face, but I definitely saw his long black hair.
"If you'll excuse me, I need to study." I picked up all of the books and left the man standing there.
/FLASHBACK END/
"That sounds so sweet! So you have a degree with languages then Levy?" Wendy asked.
"Well, I can understand lots of different languages and at the moment I'm studying Ancient Greek. So I'm trying to find out as much as I can about things like Atlantis." I beamed.
"Sounds interesting! Gajeel you really picked a good one!"
Redfox chuckled and continued with the conversation, whilst I felt like sneaking away.

"See you in two weeks Gajeel!" Natsu waved goodbye as he left the mansion in his limo, after Wendy had already left in her own.
"See you Dragneel." He waved goodbye, and once Natsu had gone, Redfox closed the front door and turned to face me. "What did the man earlier say to you?"
"Huh?"
"Well? What did he say?"
"He just said 'Miss McGarden, Mr Gajeel is waiting for you.' Then he shoved me into the limo and Juvia saved me. He had a silver suit on, is he a business rival or something? Why did he try to kidnap me in broad daylight?!"
"That'll be him then. Shit, didn't expect this so soon..." He muttered under his breath. "Levy, you can't leave the mansion without Juvia by your side okay?"
"What?!" As much as I liked Juvia, I wanted my privacy a bit more.
"No negotiations. That's final. Oh and only respond to Mrs Redfox from my servants now. If any of then say Levy or McGarden then do not trust them. If you're unsure about them, then ask them what is my favourite colour."
"What is your favourite colour?"
He smirked and responded with, "Toast. They will say toast. If not, then get out of there. But Juvia will be with you all of the time so don't worry too much."
"Toast?"
"In case some spy has a lucky guess and takes you."
"Oh, smart."
"I know, I came up with it. Now you should head to your room." With that, Redfox walked away.

I waited until midnight again when all the staff were gone to explore the library again.
This time, I was ready for all of the books an brought a secret stash of chocolate which I kept hidden in my handbag.
I decided to try and read a fictional novel and searched the shelves for the perfect read. In the end I found one, it was bigger than the rest and looked like it ha been read often since the others has a later of dust whereas this one did not.
Opening the front cover, I saw the title of the story and smiled. It was the tale of the dragon and the fairy. My mother used to read it to me all the time when I was younger, I yawned as I continued to read it.
This time, I fell asleep much quicker than the night before, however before I fell asleep I heard a voice sigh and say,
"Again? Shrimp, really?"
Then I dozed off.

since Levy's all "I can speak languages" what do you guys know?
I know English (since I am English) some French, some Spanish, and hopefully some Swedish! Oh and I know words and phrases for Japanese because of anime XD
