She ran as fast as her feet could carry her carrying her long sniper bag where she had packed in her sniper and shouting;

"Maggie!!" "Maggie!!" in fear! As she ran towards the center of the field.

She had gotten Maggie's signal from the roof of the Catholic Church where she was well positioned with her sniper near the church bell.

She had counted the men, they were four in number. She could take them all out in a go because the range wasn't too far.

She had waited and switched the view into night mode, awaiting her signal just before ...

"Maggie! Maggie!!" she called as she got to where Maggie was trying hard to keep standing.

She had been shot twice around her lower abdomen and her hands were still there trying to put pressure on the bullet wound.

"Maggie listen to me, you've got to stay with me, do you understand?" she said grabbing Maggie in a tear filled voice and heading for the white Mercedes.

"Maggie!!" she called again trying to keep Maggie talking.

"I did it..." she smiled weakly. "I killed him, didn't I ?"

Roma felt hot tears leave her eyes. She fell on her knees with Maggie in her arms.

She was loosing way too much blood.

"Yes, yes you did... and we'll still get them all. You have to stay with me okay?" she couldn't hold it in anymore, she was trying to be strong but the tears were just flowing, she was clearly loosing Maggie.

"...no no... you get them now" Maggie said grabbing her hand and holding tight as they interlocked fingers.

"Maggie, I can't do this without you, we're a team nau, please nau.."

"Alpha Tango 455 Charlie Delta" Maggie says weakly.

"No Maggie, you gotta Alpha Tango that yourself...".

"Say it..." she interrupted grabbing Roma tighter.

"Alpha Tango 455 Charlie Delta"

"That's my girl" she smiled weakly.

"That's my password to everything"

"I'm at peace now..." she chocked a little and coughed.

"No... Please ... Maggie, no..."

"listen to me, Romanus Mbong Eket... She choked and coughed again, severally with clumps of blood escaping her mouth.

"... Avenge us. Avenge Nigeria." She said before she drifted into a forever sleep.

Roma Cried out loud. She could see vividly some people in white raiment approaching from the church – the reverend sisters, but she didn't care. Grief had consumed her.

"Come on Maggie let's go home, I can't leave you here" she said to Maggie's body as tears kept pouring out of her eyes.
She got up and dragged her into the back seat of the white Mercedes Benz that was already open with the keys in the ignition.

She remembered she still had to pick Cas' mother up from where she'd left her unconscious in the back seat of the Toyota Avalon Saloon that she had parked somewhere close to the church's gate.

But as the engine of the sporty car roared into motion, she burst out into another round of tears as Maggie's words kept ringing in her heart.

"... Romanus Mbong Eket... Avenge us. Avenge Nigeria."

" I say we take the money! That is what they need!" Chad began.

"Without this money, Medusa is powerless I promise you."

"But this is so much money, seven billion U.S dollars Chiadi..."

"...and...?"

"Financial authorities and so on? Hello?" Chinny argued.

"Besides, if they check this flash drive and find out we tricked them, you would be the first to die and you know it."

"and that's so bad because ...?"

"Chad, because Dr. Catherine Green is pregnant with your child..."

Chad was speechless.

"I did my homework Chad, I saw the doctor's report. Maybe she was going to tell you when you return. If ... You return"

"I'll go check on them." The scorpion excused himself and walked out of the classroom in haste.

"Chad, I know how you feel right now but there's no time for emotional dramas please. Those guys are probably in the school field waiting. Its time to think fast. Please, get over this we'll get back to it later" Ronald advised Chad walking over to him and touching his shoulder slightly with his right hand.

Chinny had just been on the laptop with the flash drive plugged in doing her magic - the stuff she was the queen of.

Chad had told them all what happened in Paris after Chinny escaped.

It wasn't the Police that came for him, it was The United Nations (U.N) that came for him.

After the whole drama of abducting him to an isolated, bushy and remote place, they finally had 'the talk' with him before putting him on a plane to back to Australia, from where he spent a few weeks with Cathy ensuring she completed the adoption before finding his way to Nigeria, his home.

The agreement with the U.N was that he would disappear totally to Nigeria without signing neither the Armageddon deal nor the Trinity! And that Catherine would accuse Al Qaeda, Musarat, and Medusa for his disappearance and insist that the deal will only be signed by him hence, bringing the whole process to a halt.

However, on his arrival to Nigeria, he'd find enough proof and information that could take Medusa down and send it to The U.N no matter how long it took him. They sent him a safe email address to encrypt and send it to which he'd already told Chinny.

But, the crappy thing was that Medusa were already in possession of Troy and were using it to gain a lot of power and wealth in these few weeks.

"Chinny, my father died because of Medusa's money. Medusa cannot have that money..."

"but the issue is there is no time" Uche argued. "babe, how long would it take you to siphon the money out of those accounts inconspicuously?"

"Twenty four hours"

"damn!" Ronald cursed.

"but I can save the data in my Trojan and clear it totally from this flash drive..." she reported, plugging in Trojan which she hid in her underwear. She carried it around, where ever she went.

"how long will this take?" Uche asked with arms akimbo pacing around.

"Um.... " she was busy with her fingers moving to and fro the laptop.

" the WiFi here is a bit slow... but... I got it. It's done"

"Yes!".

She put back The device Trojan from where it came from and continued...

"I'm sending the rest of the info to the U.N..." she reported still very busy and concentrated before...

They heard a thud!

It was the body of scorpion on the floor.

It was thrown in there by some huge men in black as about five men in military camouflage stood at the door , making way for someone familiar to walk into the classroom.

It was a Caucasian. It was Rachael Roux.

She was dressed in a white suit with a wide white hat as usual, and a thick red lipstick plastered on her lips.

"oh well... " she let out, still as serious as ever, pointing a pistol at chinny. And then...

Kaaabooom!! Kabooomm!!!

On the laptop's screen causing a spark as the laptop totally went dead.

She smiled for the very first time, a smile of victory.

"This party is over. I commend your efforts in helping us so far. But now, if I can have what belongs to me..." she pointed at the flash drive that was still plugged into the laptop.

Everyone stood still, no one moved. Not even Chad. The were all bare, and any wrong move would mean death.

"Hands in the air please?" she commanded in a politely wicked manner.

They all obeyed as the five hefty men in camouflage pointed long AK47s at them .

"So..." she continued, beginning to walk very slowly towards where they all stood - at the opposite end of the class in front of the white board, with Chinny in the middle , standing in front of a plastic locker where the laptop was placed.

She made a gesture with her hand and one of her men came over swiftly and unplugged the flash drive, handing it over to her and moving back to the door where his other colleagues stood.

"...ou ést Monsieur Fisheye s'il vous plait. huh? (Where is Mr Fisheye please)"

She asked Chinny in French.

"il n'est pas ici" (he is not here) she replied looking her in the face as if she were to say "you bitch!"

"oh... I see..."

Kabooom!!

She shot Uche's thigh!

He moaned of pain and grabbed his thigh as blood started gushing out smoothly..

"Aarrhh!"

"No! Please please please ... I beg you " Chinny cried as Rachael Roux blows on the tip of her pistol from which light smoke was emanating.

"I am Fisheye!" she cried " it's me, take me!"

"no! I am Fisheye!" Ronald blurted out with a tear filled voice. He was tired of seeing people die and not him.

What was special about him that he shouldn't be the one to die instead of others?

Why should he be the one to always watch.

Kabooom!..

His thoughts were interrupted with a sharp pain in his arm! He grunted of pain!

"arrhh!! No! No! No!" Chinny wailed out loud. "please, stop. It was all my fault!"

"Ouch!" Rachael Roux exclaimed plainly, her face showing no emotions, and then turned to Chad, pointing her gun at him.

"Fisheye.." she said.

Chad smiled;

"I was born ready for this" he said.

"hmmmph, I would have loved to send this bullet into your skull, but, your not mine to kill..." she said and turned around to leave slowly in her proud steps as some fat guy in a hood walked in briskly, took the gun from Rachael Roux and pointed it at Chad.

"you think you are smart right?" he said and unveiled himself, it was Mac Donald! Himself!!

Chinny screamed!

"Shut up!" he yelled at her, his eyes brimming with anger, and hate!

" it's not possible" Chad said as tears filled his eyes. " I saw you die..."

"you did? You did? Were you sure about that!!?" Uche interrupted yelling at Chad.

Chad was speechless as tears flowed like rivers down his face.

"but how?"

" twenty four fucking surgeries!! That's how. Twenty four!!" MD cried, he'd always been the weak one, their teddy bear.

" they took me in, saved my life . now I serve them for life..." he cried.

" you simply refused to die and have peace. For what? For what?!!! For this petite little revenge of yours?!!"

Kaaabooom!!!

"aarrgghhh!!" Ronald cried. MD shot his thigh! He fell on the floor.

" please MD! Please!" Chinny begged earnestly in tears reaching for Ronald who was grunting and purring in pain on the ground.

Rachael Roux laughed, she loved her handwork. Her manipulations were good, she enjoyed the view.

"Chinny, I don't have any business with you. It's these two motherfuckers I'm here for!"

"it's this Chad!" Uche cried! "it's this Chad !! He killed my father too! We should have gone for him, we should have saved him! He was our friend!! We should have...!!

"we should have what!? I saved your life on that day!"

"no Chad! No, you did not!! You took it from me on that day..."

Chad fell on his knees and wept bitterly, it showed all over him.

Bitterness, pain , remorse , regrets!

"MD, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry for everything' He wept.
"I was young and I was trying to be brave. The truth is I'm not as strong as I appear to be. I saw you there and I freaked out! I was just a teenage boy.

" I could have saved you, I could have, but I freaked out and was to scared to, despite Uche and Chinny's pleadings.

"please, leave them out of this. It's me you want. I'm sorry... please forgive me? Please?"

Mac Donald was visibly crying and quavering.

"end this please. Its boring me already." Rachael Roux commanded.

MD Donald tried, but he couldn't shoot! He couldn't get himself to shoot his friends... he was shaking and crying.

"Arrhh! I can't!" he cried.

"urgh! pathetic loser" Rachael Roux retorted gesturing at one of the men in military camouflage and...

Kaboom!!

Kaboomm!!

Mac Donald fell again.

"Nooooooooo!!!!!!!" Chad shouted in pain and ran to reach for him but...

Kaboomm!!

Chad fell on the floor, grunting of pain as his hands still reached for MD who was already lying lifeless on the floor

"Chad!!!!" Uche shouted! Trying to Reach for him but, Chinny dived at him holding him down.

"No! No!!! Not Chad!! Not Chad!!!" he screamed like a wounded lion!

It was Ronald who was crawling slowly to where his friends lay, grunting in pain, crying. He was always the quiet and more reserved one.

"Chad, MD" he called out under his breath, sobbing , crawling as his blood made sketchy trails on the white floor tiles of their Goldstar (yellow) class.

"take him too..." he heard Rachael Roux say as his guts told him a gun had been pointed at him, but, he didn't mind, life is a scam and he was tired of it.

KAAAAAAAAABBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!

Came an explosion at the door!!! And with it came chaos, bodies flying! Voices shouting! A war cry!

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!!! Po! Po! Po! Po!!!!!

Kaboo! Kaboooom!!

Came the continuous sound of a heavy machine gun amidst the smoke everywhere.

Boom! Boom! Boom!!!

It continued with a war cry! A voice of a woman shouting! Screaming!! Filled with pain and hurt.

The Calvary had arrived, but this time, it wasn't Maggie.

It was Roma!
