Adrian.

Realization came with knowledge of everything around you and what he had been missing, Greeneway Bay, was full of mystics, even the school, but no one needed to know he knew, he just needed to be the silent freak who talks to himself, and let them hate him rather than hunt him.

"Bye boys!" Adrian yelled as he left the boys at school, the twins waved back in-between sending kisses to Adrian, afterward they rushed over to the school building and slipped in, with the protection spell he had cast he knew they would be safe, even death couldn't touch them, so he worried less and walked back to where Johnny was. "Arent you supposed to be with the group of idiots that flocks around you all the time?" Adrian quizzed as they walked to school.

"Today is Monday Adrian, it's brother's day, meaning I will be on you till it ends, so suck it up." Johnny retorted with a smirk, though his sentiment was loving. The boy had just wanted to be around his brother more, it came as instinct to protect, not just Adrian but the twins as well, even if Adrian was stronger than him, he would still protect him. So they walked to school laughing as Johnny manhandled Adrian over a tree that had fallen on the walkway.

"Put me down Johnny!" He screamed to no avail, with the screams came laughter as Johnny tickled him. "Johnny stop!" Adrian burst out laughing still thrown over Johnny's shoulder until they got to the school parking lot. "Will you put me down now?" Adrian inquired as the school populace began to stare to which he just rolled his eyes and looked away. "Nope." Johnny smirked as his devious plan came into motion.  "Why the hell not?" Adrian urged on until he could smell him, feel his hands snaking their way onto his body.

There were no words spoken as he knew the man was part of the link now, so if Johnny excluded him therefore he couldn't hear it. He was suddenly taken off Johnny's shoulder and thrown over another large and broad one belonging to no other than Jax. "See you later big brother." Johnny mused pressing a kiss on Adrian's cheek before walking away. "Morning sweetness." Jax tapped his ass making Adrian heat up, his face was fire engine red as Jax got to his car, took his backpack, and walked to the school building like that.

"Morning Jax." Adrian mumbled as his blush was now going away. "Did you sleep well?" He questioned as everyone stopped to gasp and stare, he was the quarterback, treasured by the school and counted among the popular, and Adrian was the school resident weirdo, but  Jax's emotions made it clear that what he wanted was what he was doing so Adrian enjoyed every minute of it. "I did, how is your dad, did he like the muffins?" Adrian asked knowing well that Jax had taken a batch of muffins for his dad.

"He loved them, and appreciates the consideration." The man who had now moved him from his shoulders to his back with no effort replied with a kiss to his cheek, if that hadn't made his intentions clear, Jax didn't know what else would, though he would take it slowly with Adrian, there was an urge he felt to mark his territory, to guard what was his, so in that spirit, Jax ran his tongue across Adrian's cheek. "You taste like strawberries." He commented leaving a dumbstruck Adrian to hide himself in the rippling muscles of Jax Milford.

"Don't be shy, I just licked you that's all." He comforted but each word made Adrian even worse, he really needed to get under control, so he breathed in and out like he was meditating until he was sure he was okay. "Why did you lick me?" He asked with a lopsided grin. "I wanted to taste you, thought that was obvious, I could tasted you some other way if you wan—." Jax was cut off by a hiding Adrian. "No we're in public, this is already enough!" He protested as Jax climbed the stairs to the second floor of the school without even showing signs of strain.

Using the moment of silence Adrian pushed his magic into Jax, he could feel the second soul, the bind on that second soul, he had felt it on Johnny as well but on Johnny it was halfway broken, digging deeper he saw what Jax had claimed to transform into, though it was barely awake, it was aware, the beast looked at Adrian with happiness, it's eyes danced with joy, but when it tried to move chains restrained it, he felt sorry for the being, this was a part of Jax being cut off. Adrian laid a comforting hand on it and promised himself that he would break these binds, and free the spirit which was meant to be part of Jax.

Adrian pulled back from his vision, he heaved heavy breaths until he was calm, Jax had stopped walking but was still carrying him. "I think it likes you." He mumbled without looking at Adrian."You know it's there." Adrian uttered with shock. "Yes, I know it should be free, but the chains are hard to break." Jax replied sadly as he now began walking to Adrian's first class. "Don't give up, and I think I can help, when you're free we can do research on the seal and those chains, once I know how to break it, we will try." Adrian comforted the quarterback who had him on his back.

"Really?" Jax questioned with a smile. "Really." Adrian replied with a smile of his own making Jax lick him again, that was the closest he would be to a kiss for a while. "Stop licking me!" Adrian screamed and everyone around them turned to look at the two of them. "What?" Jax questioned with a dominance that washed over Adrian in a way he had never felt before, even those around them immediately cowered away. "I can't help it, you taste good." He replied with a smile that had Adrian melting yet again in Jax's hold.

"Sweetness your first class, and your bag, think of me." Jax took one last whiff of Adrian and walked away with a spring in his step. How could Adrian not think about him, he sighed with a wistful dreamy tinge in his eyes, leaning on the wall as Jax descended the stairs, he was so perfect. "Someone is definitely whipped, how in the world did that happen, hello Ari!" Zoe waved a hand in front of Adrian's face. "He's so whipped." Cooper commented as he came to stand by the two, he slapped Adrian's forearm for him to snap out of his daydream.

"Hey ouch, this is precious cargo." Adrian barked out and the two friends of his laughed out loud. "We know, but we couldn't exactly talk to you when you were daydreaming about Jax the star quarterback of Greene Academy." Zoe snapped back and he sighed, it was true he was daydreaming about the territorial jock. "Goddess you even smell like him." Cooper mumbled rolling his eyes. "Whatever, let me enjoy my moment." Adrian asserted as they walked into class where everyone wanted to look at Adrian but for some reason, they didn't and some even went as far as moving their tables back and away from his and his friends.

"Odd." Adrian mumbled looking into their minds, he realized why they had done that, and why he had never realized that his geography class was filled with weres who were now afraid of him because they didn't want to anger Jax. "Yeap but that doesn't matter, tell me how this thing with the tall and sexy Jax happened?" Zoe cut in making Adrian push away the thoughts that were circulating in his head. He explained what happened leaving a lot of details out, he trusted Zoe and Cooper but seeing as Adrian could now see past the glamour Zoe's facial features and Cooper's vampire aura weren't so glamoured therefore he had to withhold a lot of information from them.

"I'm glad you're trying to date again, I'm not gonna try set you up with someone now, Jax is a prime candidate with all the right things in the right places." She commented with a sly grin making Adrian blush. "Stop we're not even there yet, it's just flirting and hanging out." He defended but with Zoe, it never worked. "That's how all relationships start dear one, no one said you jump into it." Cooper retorted with an arched brow. "Okay okay, now can we focus on something else that's not my life." He argued but that went unheard. "My dad sent this for you." Cooper gave the envelopes to Adrian. "What are these?" He questioned but Cooper couldn't answer as the teacher walked in.

Jax.

"We can help you kid." The man in front of him offered, how they had gotten into the school astounded him, and their offer even more so, but he knew not to trust anyone who wasn't his family, and that included Adrian and his brothers. "I don't need your help." He replied moving away from his gym locker, another two men who were slightly shorter than him growled and stood at the door.

"I don't need your help, I don't need to be in a pack or whatever you call it, I have everything I want." He firmly rejected their proposal, Jax knew someone had told these men about him, they had come with an offer to bring him into their pack, to help him, but Jax didn't trust them, he knew better than to trust people in Greeneway Bay after what he and Adrian had discovered in the library.

"Kid we didn't make it clear enough, we're taking you with us, whether you like it or not." The man who had first offered him help lunged for him, Jax stood to defend himself but before he got close a     black shield appeared around Jax and flung the man away to the wall, the other two growled and lunged for Jax but it didn't matter, they never got close and were thrown away as well, crashing into several lockers. "Jax help!" He knew that voice, it was Johnny calling for help through the link Adrian had put. "Where are you?!" He questioned running out into the halls.

"Football grounds, the trees." Johnny replied and Jax ran as fast as he could, unbeknownst to Jax he broke a part of the seal as he ran, when he got there he tackled the first man he saw and knocked him unconscious, the others immediately scrambled away from Johnny as they took in the sight infront of them, a black aura had covered Jax, a tail had sprouted as well behind him, he lunged for the men in a blur of speed, each fell to the ground unconscious and Jax roared. "Jax, what's going on?" Johnny questioned as he came closer to the other man.

He didn't fear Jax, he was the guy who had made his brother smile, the guy who came to help him. "I don't know." Jax replied as his aura rolled back in, he stood up straight and walked to Johnny, and hugged him. "Thank God you're okay, Adrian would have a fit if you were hurt." He mumbled as he drew back from his mate's brother, that was a secret he wouldn't tell Adrian just yet, he didn't want him running for the hills when he revealed the truth that they were bound together in this life and the next, he himself hadn't  grasped the concept when he felt attracted to Adrian, and read on it, the more he became connected to what was inside him the more it became apparent.

"What did they say they wanted?" He asked Johnny as they walked back to the school. "The one leading said their alpha, I think, wanted to recruit me or make me part of their pack because I was strong, and that I couldn't control my beast, so they weren't giving me a choice, and just taking me." Johnny replied honestly and all through the link, Jax sighed as this was what he had been told as well. "I'm glad Adrian cast that spell now." Johnny mumbled as they got to school. "What spell?" He questioned. "A protection spell Adrian cast that hurt like hell, when I got jumped it protected me, that's why those goons couldn't touch me." Johnny replied with a smug grin and a thankfulness for Ari who always had precautions in place in case things like today had happened.

Jax knew he needed to get down to research and break the chains holding down his own beast, though he didn't understand any of what was going on he knew the best bet he had to keeping himself safe and the rest of the people he called family safe, was going forward with breaking his binds. "Let's get to school and the remaining classes, we can tell Adrian what happened later, he has work today right, so we'll pick up the kids and go meet him there." Jax instructed and Johnny nodded after he had been told, even though he was tall with muscle Johhny still knew to listen to those older than him, to be useful, and always be there when needed.

"Okay great then, meet me by my car after school." Jax finally added as they parted ways. He wasn't going to be the type of man who kept things from his beloved, he wasn't going to keep secrets those led to disasters more often than not, that's why he planned on telling Adrian everything. After jogging to the hall near the gym locker room he found his bag with everything inside but the men who had attacked him, gone. He swung the bag over his shoulder and made his way to class. "Jax wait up!" Conrad yelled, he was one of three people Jax considered friends, and they had proven that by being there for him when his papa died.

It was still a sore subject but with Adrian and his family, it was getting better everyday, the cracks of pain that had been left were being filled slowly. "Here, I got you an invite to my uncle's wedding, he would like it if you came, and I thought a social outing would help with I don't know—." He knew where this was going, he was trying to set him up with someone just because he came out and has a boyfriend, the rest of his friends have their own but he was the only one without one even when he came out as pansexual.

"I already have a date Conrad,  well once I ask him, he will be my date." Jax asserted and Conrad seemed to light up. "Who is this lucky guy, why didn't you tell us you're seeing someone you selfish bastard." Conrad accused and Jax burst out laughing. "We aren't official yet, but I'm sure in the future we will, now come on we have to get to class." He urged as Conrad kept ranting about keeping secrets. Jax knew he had a lot to do, but he was hoping the first social outing he'll have with his future boyfriend was one of many.

Leyton Carval Mansion.

"Did you give him the invitation Conrad?" The vampire asked as his aura suffocated the two other vampires in the room. "Yes uncle Leyton I gave Jax the invitation, you won't believe who he is coming with." He replied with a smile that pleased the ruling head of the vampires. "Five foot seven, beautiful golden locks and the most exquisite violet eyes you'll ever see." Leyton replied with a grin. "Adrian." Conrad grinned with his response.

"The wolves made a move on them today, but you should've seen the kind of power Jax showed and it was only a flicker, Adrian put some kind of protective spell on them, they couldn't even get close to him." Cooper finally spoke no longer being suffocated by his dad. "Interesting, the wolves can sense power as well so they tried to take Jax and Johnny, they know not to mess with kids though, what has them making a move already." Leyton mumbled to himself as he looked out the window of his mansion.

"I don't know father, but if they are shouldn't we be making our own, a witch as powerful as Adrian, a firstborn kitsune, and an alpha wolf, if they are under our protection they will be powerful assets." Cooper asserted looking at his father with a smirk. "Don't worry my child, we've already made our move by inviting them to the wedding, with the other mystics coming to the wedding it will be a public show of who they belong to." He replied turning to face the two boys who had glee etched on their faces.

"Conrad, Cooper find the mutts who tried to take what's ours and kill them, make sure to eradicate them permanently." He ordered and the two boys vanished leaving only words floating in the air. "With pleasure."
