Michael and Jeremy have been dating for around three weeks now, and they revealed their relationship about two weeks ago. It was big gossip for about a day, but it blew over pretty quickly. One thing was for sure, Michael and Jeremy were pretty much the definition of couple goals.

The two went on so many dates already that it almost seemed like every time they were together it was a date. They were always there for each other, and most of the grade was jealous.

If they would have known that they went this well together, they would've done it a long time ago. But Jeremy was hung up on Christine and other factors happened which made Michael feel like the universe was against a relationship forming between him and Jeremy.

Christine was bailed and came back to school, but she left Michael and Jeremy alone. All was well in the universe, and Michael and Jeremy couldn't be happier.

One Friday, Jeremy had to leave school an hour early for a dentist appointment, so Michael made sure to drive to school that day. Nothing interesting happened that day, just a few quizzes and a lot of assigned homework.

During lunch, Michael huffed and sat next to Jeremy. "I think it should be illegal for teachers to assign homework over the weekend." Jeremy rolled his eyes. "Tell me about it, I got assigned an essay and a project, due first period Monday." The two talked about random things when the bell rang and they headed to their only class together. They didn't talk much in that class, considering their teacher wasn't in a good mood. When Jeremy had to leave, however, Michael whispered, "I'll text you later."

And so, Michael sat alone. He went to his final class of the day where he luckily had no homework. The teacher usually let the class do whatever in the last 10 minutes, so Michael texted Jeremy with a cheesy message as per usual.

Michael: Miss you already, you dork xx

Player 2 💕: Good thing you can't get rid of me!

Michael chuckled at his boyfriends response. He thought, "God, it feels so nice to call him that." Michael has always been a hopeless romantic, despite this being his first relationship- not counting that one girl in 5th grade. Michael set his phone on his desk and sighed.

The bell rang and Michael rushed out of his class and grabbed a few textbooks out of his locker. He reduced his pace and walked towards his car. He buckled his seatbelt and reached for his phone, when mild panic ensued. Michael left his phone inside the classroom. He sprinted towards his class to see the last few people leaving, including Christine. She looked at him a bit weirdly, but noticeably shook it off.

Thankfully, his phone was still on his desk, but it was dead. Just his luck. He walked to his car and drove home, but he couldn't find his charger considering Jeremy used it last. He sighed in defeat, opting to watch Netflix on his laptop instead.

A couple of episodes and several hours later, Michael saw his charger on his bean bag chair and plugged his phone in, waiting for it to be resurrected.

Jeremy was done with his check-up at the dentist and looked at his phone to see another text from Michael.

Player 1 💕: Date night in the park tonight? I got stuff for a picnic!

Jeremy: I'll be there, what time?

Player 1💕: It's kind of late, but meet me by that old maple tree at 8:30, I have a surprise for you!

Jeremy: See you then!

Michael's phone finally charged and he looked at his message from Jeremy, which was sent about an hour ago.

Player 2💕: I'm on my way, see you in 5!

Michael was confused at the message, but he realized that Jeremy probably texted the wrong person.

Then, Michael got a call from a random number.

"Hello?"
