Every story starts somewhere
I know I have to interview Ms. Luthor today but as I rolled over in bed I considered skipping it and becoming a full-time superhero. The last thing I want to do right now is talk to a Luthor. It's all their fault Mon-El died, The reason he's gone forever. I can barely think about him anymore, it's just too much to bear.
After a few minutes I finally climb out of bed. I get dressed in a light pink blouse and my favorite grey pencil skirt. After pulling my blonde hair back into a clip on the back of my head, I slip on my pink heels and head out. With the wind blowing in my face I rehearse my questions on the way to Catco Worldwide Media. The sky had turned a nice, gentle orange and is light blue when I arrive at my place of employment.
On time as always, I sit in my new reporter chair that I know I had earned. I can't help but smile a bit to myself as I type away on my shiny computer that is an extreme upgrade from the clunker near Cat's office. I begin setting up my desk for the interview, organizing everything to make me look less like a slob and more like a refined... and organized, reporter.
I could hear her snobby high heels tapping against the floor without having to use my super-hearing. I had seen her so many times on TV, flaunting her red lipstick and acting so strong. She'd spoken about last year's earthquake and suddenly everyone got up to help. There is, however a very good reason nobody trusts a Luthor. They are notorious for trying to kill Aliens such as my cousin, Clark.
"Kara Danvers?" Here we go I guess...
