YAY! Early chapter release for Valentines Day!

It was about a month after Pikachu's plan went into motion. Croagunk was still being reclusive as ever, while Buneary was blinded by anger. She was so blinded that she barely noticed Pikachu's sudden kindness. There were times that Croagunk did come out of his Pokéball, but that was only too eat and too talk with Sudowoodo for only mere minutes at a time. It took a while, but Dawn's Pokémon finally got Buneary too tell them why she was acting so angry lately.

"Ok! Ok! Let me get this straight!" Piplup said as soon as Buneary finished talking. "You believe that Croagunk only pretended to love you, just to see how love feels!?" Buneary nodded, growling at the sound of his name. Mamoswine shook his head. "Are you sure that sounds right? I mean, Croagunk isn't the best actor and his feelings seemed pretty straight foward. You sure Pikachu isn't just trying to trick you?" Buneary nodded. "Of course I'm sure. I know Pikachu, and it's completely out of his nature to tell a lie." She said, confidently. Cyndaquil looked like she was about too say something, but was cut off by footsteps approaching.

Zoura: Wow! Only two paragraphs in, and it's already dramatic!

Sudowoodo emerged from some nearby trees. Buneary hid behind Mamoswine, not wanting to see anything that reminded her of Croagunk. "Hey, Sudowoodo! What's up?" Pachirisu said in her normal excitement. Sudowoodo looked down, clearly concerned for the one he calls "Big brother".

Plusle: Oooh, Onii-Chan foreshadowing? 

"How's Croagunk?" Togekiss asked, earning her a silent growl from Buneary. Sudowood looked up. "Well, I finally got him to tell me whats bothering him, and he just cried himself too sleep." The word "Cried" woke Buneary up from her anger trance. She slowly hopped into view. "Y-you mean he's....been crying?" She asked almost in a whisper. Sudowoodo turned towards Buneary, giving her an uncharacteristic glare. "Yeah...oh and don't worry about admitting, Buizel already told Croagunk everything." Sudowoodo said, turning away. Now Buneary was confused, in fact, everyone was. "Everything? About what?" Piplup asked, speaking for everyone. Sudowoodo looked back at the group. "Oh, like you don't know?" He said, moving his arms into a crossed formation. "Buizel said that Buneary used Croagunk too make Pikachu jealous." 

Sudowoodo's statement shocked everyone. "I told ya he was lying!" Mamoswine said, not missing a beat. Pachirisu whispered too Sudowoodo what Pikachu had told Buneary, shocking him. But before he could comment, Buneary spoke up. "W-where's Croagunk!? I gotta apologize!" She asked in a begging manner. "He's just east from here..." Sudowoodo responded, visually sorry for his actions. Buneary thanked the rock type before quickly bouncing off too find the Pokémon she loves. 

Deerling: Yeah Buneary! Go find your lover!

Just as Sudowoodo said, Croagunk was east from where she originally was. Buneary found Croagunk laying on the ground, fast asleep. But something was off, his face was practically caked with tears, and he was whimpering in his sleep. Buneary sighed at the sight, but knew she had too fix it. She knelt in front of Croagunk and began to slowly shake him awake. It took awhile, but Croagunk finally opened his eyes wide enough to see Buneary. "B-Buneary?" Croagunk mumbled as Buneary stopped shaking him. Once Croagunk was conscious enough, they began too talk. Buneary aloud Croagunk too share his side, while he did the same. Once they got all the facts, they realized, what they heard were lies. 

"So you...still love me?" Croagunk questioned nervously. Buneary smiled and nodded. "Of course I do silly!" She answered, pulling Croagunk into a hug. It took a few moments, but Croagunk hugged back. "C-come on Buneary...your gonna make me cry again...*heh*..."

Cubone: Was that a Undertale reference?

~A few hours later~

Pikachu was standing by a hillside, waiting for Buneary to show up. "This is great!" Pikachu thought to himself. "I'll tell her my feelings, we'll start dating, maybe get married, and then-!" His thoughts were cut off by a pare of foot steps approaching. He turned around too see not only Buneary, but Croagunk too! and they seemed mad! "Um...h-hey guys...w-what's up?" Pikachu asked, laughing nervously. Croagunk wrapped his arm around Buneary. "Oh ya'know, we got back together. But that wasn't part of your plan was it?" Croagunk said nonchalantly. Pikachu was stunned, they figured him out! "Do you really think were that dumb?" Buneary asked, in a similar manner to Croagunk's.

Mew: Busted!

Pikachu began to sweat. "Um...g-guys? Let me explain! Y-you see-!" Suddenly, a huge net came from above, capturing all three of them! As they were lifted in the air, the sound of all too familiar laughter was heard. "Team Rocket!" Pikachu, Croagunk, and Buneary shouted in sync. "Daw, come one you guys.~ Did ya dink we wouldn't show up while you where all alone?~" Meowth asked while Jessie and James laughed evilly. Pikachu growled, but turned too look at his friends. Croagunk turned too glare at Pikachu, but turned back too Buneary when she sighed sadly. Pikachu look away as Team Rocket's balloon began to fly away from their trainer's campsite. As the campsite began to get smaller, Pikachu sighed. "It's gonna be a long night."
