To say the sight in front of me is marvelous would be an understatement.

I was actually expecting something simple but what is staring at me is more of a typical  country mansion than a ranch.

"Man, this is fabulous". Sean compliments also staring in awe.

I agree, like seriously Sum, your uncle must be wealthy". Shawn chipped in.

"Well, what do I say?.I brought you guys here to be pampered. I saw the tension swooning around us especially two un admitting fellas so I thought you need some push". She stated overdramatically gesturing at I and Shawn.

He snorted.

What the hell is wrong with this lady. I thought to myself.

"Geez,I just don't know why you can't carry your damn bag yourself whenever you come visit angry bird, you should really thank stars you brought friends or I would have changed my mind".

I looked up to find a guy about our age approaching. Notheless, he is drop dead gorgeous but who am I to admire him when I have someone worth more than he is.

Shawn deserves it tho. I thought.

"Penny for your thoughts, beautiful". The assumed guy said with a wink.

His rich green eyes staring at me intently at me.

Tearing eye contact and looking towards Shawn's direction. I saw his right eye twitching, I think he does that when angry.

What is he angry at. I thought.

"Would you please help us into the house, I don't have time for your nonsense Jerkface". Summer said tiredly.

You know the way angry bird , I got an unfinished business here". He replied smirking.

I told ya tillion times not to call me angry bird again. Summer stated reaching to pull his ear.

Arghhh... and I told ya zillion times not to do this again". He shot trying to remove her hand from his ear.

Then, you have to promise you wouldn't call me that again, wait it is pointless promising because you do so every time I come visit. This time am gonna dump horse poop on that so called car of yours.

You dare not angry bird. He shot back.

Still proving sturborn huh. She said pulling his ear harder.

Alright, alright, I get it, you aren't angry bird. Please free my ears, they hurt, fuck!. He yelled as she pulled further.

These two are nuts, arent they?. Sean whispered.

Laughing at the sight, they sure are.

Releasing his ears, Summer proceeded to talk.

Oh my poor dear cousin, what have I done to you. She started wiping fake tears.

Gaping at her sudden outburst.

Such a drama queen. Shawn exclaimed.

Still wiping off her invisible tears, she didn't know her cousin was about to get his revenge.

Pulling her by her ear, he dragged hard smirking hard.

It is pay back time. He whooped.

Arghhh.... I swear Jake you would pay for this, am telling you I would report you to Uncle Ben. She screamed.

This is such a sight to behold.

At the mention of the name, the guy I guessed Jake stopped before glaring at her.

You are threatening me, you know he would ground me for months and make me pack poops with the servant. Actually, he always believes what you say. He said pouting.

You deserve it. Summer sings as she stuck out her tongue at him.

This is ridiculous. I said aloud.

We have to end this now. Sean facepalmed.

Would you two cut the crap already. Shawn butted in.

What are you two, five year old?. He dead panned.

He started it. Summer whined.

A lady who would certainly be in her 20's  wearing what looked like a maid's outfit appeared.

Welcome to the Jones ranch, Sir and ma'am  request your presence. She said gesturing at all of us.

Tell mum and dad we would see them soon and Aria, you look gorgeous in that dress, you should wear it often. He said to the maid with a wink making her blush.

Blushing harder, she replied him still with her head hung low.

Thanks, young master. Then she left.

Such a pathetic flirt. I thought.

You never change ways Jake. Still the same, I see. Summer commented slapping him upside the head.

Smiling cockily, he rolled his eyes at her.

And who do we have here, my I forgot my manners.

Excuse me people, what is he trying to do, hope it is not what am thinking of. I said to myself.

Throwing a flirtatious smile towards my direction, he moved towards me.

The name is Jake Jones, what about yours, mi amore.

I cringed at the endarement he used, I took Italian in school so I know what it means.

He is just the playboy type of what he wants, he gets.

Ignoring his question, I turned towards Summer.

Would You show us the way, am starving already.

"Like seriously, I felt like am watching an Indian movie where all talks would be done outside the door before telling you to come inside. This is ridiculous". Sean commented sighing hard making me to smile at him.

Shawn has been quiet ever since, wonder why.

"Oh well then,you can all come in but pretty lady I would see you later tonight". Jake said as he ushered us inside not before blowing a kiss my way.

Idiot. I stated under my breath.

I heard that, beautiful.  He replied me.

Opening the large doors to what I guess would be the visitor's  room.
It took me seconds to comport myself.

It is breathtaking,the decor I am sure were no doubt done by pros.The furnitures are of high quality and quantity.

I have to tread carefully in this house.

Just in a sum, everything in the room is breathing money and fortune.

And who do we have here?. I turned towards where the voice pitched from to see a man wakking towards us with a strikingly beautiful woman I guess would be his wife.

Uncle Ben, Aunt Mel!.  Summer squealed running towards their direction.

You have grown more taller and beautiful my little monkey. How time flies ".Uncle Ben said pinching her cheeks.

Watch it uncle,you are embarrassing me already. She whined glancing at us.

Oh dear, you know it has been 5 years you last visited us. The woman said smiling.

Believe me, aunt Mel, I missed all your cooking. I promise I would eat everything you would prepare this weekend. She grinned hugging her tight.

And Aunt Mel, Jake is becoming more unbearable. She complained.

Mum, pay her no attention, she is full of lies. He shot back.

Shut up Jake, your cousin came for a weekend and all you do is pick up a fight with her, for the uptenth time,you are the guy, you should use your senses. His dad cautioned.

Come on dad, am trying my best, you know that. He whined.

Alright this is it no chocolate mousse for you two this weekend. His mom stated with seriousness.

Aww.... Pretty mom, please both pleaded giving her puppy eye.

Aww... you two are so cute when you do that, alright ensure you don't cause trouble again.

We promise. Both stated.

I felt I needed a popcorn that moment, I was indeed in a house of cinema. I thought.

Notheles, I smiled at the affection showed. My mom does that sometimes with I and my sister also.

No worries dear, ooh forgive our negligence fellas. She said referring to us.

We are always this way when we see each other. She continued moving closer to us.

Aunt, Uncle these are my friends, Yna my bestie, Summer introduced standing right beside me and this two twits are Shawn and Sean. She stated making both boys roll their eyes.

"Oh right, so the name is Yna, a beautiful name for a beautiful lady". Jake chimed in smirking  at me.

Rolling my eyes at him and earning a snort from Shawn.

What stuck up his ass?. I thought.

She is indeed a goddess, right hun?. Aunt Mel said with a smile.

"I must admit she is, a perfect match, don't you think love?. He answered back with a smirk.

A perfect match for who, I hope they are not trying to pair me up with that asshole they call a son.

Looking at Summer for an answer I saw her looking away from me chewing on her bottom lip.

What is happening here. Trying to act causal I decided to change the topic.

It is nice meeting you both . Both I and Shawn said simultaneously surprising us both.

Glancing at him, I caught him staring at me with a smirk.

Dimwit. I cursed under my breath looking away.

The maids I guessed came to pack our bags into the house.

I can see you guys are stressed out. Your rooms are prepared, you should take a refreshing bath and take a rest. When dinner is ready, you all would be summoned and please call us Aunt and Uncle or by our names". Both couple said with a smile.

We are grateful for accommodating us in your ranch. Shawn chipped as they directed us towards our room.

No worries fellas, your are here for the weekend so you should all feel at home, feel free to ask anything from either of us and their would be an intercom in every room in case you need anything ". Mel said as we reached a large stairway leading to another.

Can't we just get to the room already ". Sean whispered only for me to hear.

Chuckling at his word, I told him to shut up.

Finally, the everlasting stairs had ended". Sean snorted making everyone chuckle.

This people are really wealthy, am telling you.

Reaching the third floor, there were outlines of rooms with mahogany doors.

So here we are, hope you guys like it, make yourselves comfy ". Were the words the couples made before descending the stairs.

Oh what a pretty coincidence, you have your room beside mine, then I can sneak into yours without anyone knowing". Those green eyes am starting to hate its gut stared at me with a smirk displayed on his damn face.

That snide remark didn't go unnoticed by Shawn as he tightened his hold on the door knob to his room.

Eyes twitching as well. Then, it all  made sense to why he has been acting weird since we arrived. He is angry at Jake's comments and advances. He knew he was being flirty with me.

I really need to have a serious conversation with this Jake guy. He is getting on my nerves already.

Guy... Get in you have to see this video game, am telling you this place is just the best". Sean shouted from inside the room I guess he and Shawn would be sharing.

Throwing a daring look at Jake, he made his way into the room shutting the door in the process.

Should I be worried?. The idiot mocked glancing at the just locked door with that distasteful smirk I have come to detest.

Seems it is high time to give him a taste of his own medicine. He is adding to my problems already when I was thinking this weekend would serve as the great opportunity to set things right with Shawn.

You really are dense aren't you?. I see you don't really get the hint that I am not intrested.

Oh well sweetheart, we shall see if you wont be intrested when am done. You should have some beauty sleep pretty". He replied blowing me a kiss before entering his room.

The nerve of this twat. I really hate him... Arghhh....

Hell no am I gonna sleep in the room next to that annoying brat, moving towards Summers room, I opened the door to see her snoring really hard.

Biting back a chuckle,I immediately took a picture. I know I would get a earful of tantrums when I show her.

Dropping the phone, I took turn to cool my nerves after an hectic day.

I gawk agape when I entered the luxurious jacuzzi. This is wonderful. I thought aloud.

Enjoying all it offers,I took a soothing bath, closing my eyes enjoying the feeling of the warm water on my skin.

Recalling all events today, I have a feelings things are somehow shady, the way I was welcomed, Jake's flirty approach and Summer's defening silence and cocky smile.

Maybe am just melodramatic. I thought aloud. But still, it all looks shady.
