The bus had just stopped at the Brisbane airport, "Thanks!" I said to the bus driver as I exited the bus with all my luggage. Wow it's very windy out here, I'm glad I wore my warm hoddie otherwise I would probably be shivering!

I grabbed my suitcase, backpack, handbag and walked through the crowd of people and into the massive airport. Okay what do I do first, a Starbucks Vanilla Latte and some food or check in? Who am I kidding I haven't eaten anything this morning and I want food!!

I Immediately walked over to the Starbucks at the fount entrance just inside the airport and over to the counter,

"One Vanilla Latte and a ham and cheese croissant please, for Amanda" I ask the girl behind the counter.

"Of course! That will be $12.50" she replies, I rummage through my handbag for my purse, why is it all ways so hard to find?!

Okay here it is, pulling out the money I need I hand it to the girl "Here you go"

"Thank you, it won't be too long" the girl replies.

Its not the quietest time at the moment, pretty busy actually, but I'm able to find a seat. I'm not going to sit here and do nothing, so I open my laptop to check the new videos uploaded today and check if any of the fanfics I'm reading have been updated yet.

About five minutes later I'm watching a few of the packs  vlogs that were put up recently for the minecon trip. I had just started watching Lachlan's vlog and I have already needed to cover my mouth with my hand to stop me from bursting out laughing at 4:40! 

"Vanilla latte and a ham and cheese croissant for Amanda"  I heard some one behind the conter say, that's my order! I got up and walked over to the conter.

"That's me" I told her, taking my food and walking back to my set, I could smell how amazing it was!

*Mini time skip*

Ok I'm all done and It was so good! Now I better go check in so I'm on time for my flight over.

I walked over to the air port check in, "Hi I'm here for the flight over to California, I have my ticket right here" I told the man at the desk holding up my ticket I had booked online.

"For California?" he asked, as I nodded he replied "I'm sorry but due to plane maintenance the flight has been delayed for a few days" 

"A few days?! I um have to be there tomorrow, is their another flight I can take?" I asked stumbling "Sorry mam but all they are all booked out, your flight has been rescheduled to the 24th" he answered.

Without saying anything I walked away, I couldn't believe it!! My flight was changed to the 24th which is the first day of Minecon, and with the trip being 28 hours I wouldn't get there until the last day if I was lucky!

No no no I couldn't miss it! I just couldn't! I had wanted to go there ever since I started playing minecraft three years ago. I wasn't going to stay here any longer, I quickly ran over to the bus waiting area and got a bus that just arrived.

I gave the driver my card "Thanks" I mumbled as he gave it back to me. As I spoke I felt a lump in my throat, then I felt my cheek as a tear slowly dripped down my face. This wasn't fair, why does it have to be me? I have wanted to go for so long and...

I couldn't think about this any more, I need to do something else. I pulled out my camera from my bag and started looking through a few of my photos I had taken. I deleted some of the doubles and the blurry ones and edited a couple of my favourite pictures. Not much longer until I started feeling better.

*Another mini time skip*

Once the bus stopped at the bus stop near my place I had calmed down but I didn't feel like going back to my place just yet.  I'll just go for a walk along the beach or the park, yeah that sounds good! Maybe I could take some photos for my photography course  as well. But first (let me take a selfie! :P (Sorry I had too) I will take my bags back up to my place and put my sneakers on.

*Your probably getting bored of all these time skips but I dont want to write super boring things, let me know if you actually do though*

Okay I have my camera, runners, phone with my Spotify and earplugs. Now I think I should go walk through the edge of the city and to the park, yeah why not?

Walking out of my apartment block listening to my relax & chill playlist I wander past the markets and get a few cool vintage looking photos, continuing down to the end of my block I see a cute little stray dog . Poor little thing! I wish I could have a dog but I can't keep animals in the apartment. I took a picture of him to so I wouldn't forget him.

Once I got to the park I sat on the only park bench I could see that wasn't covered in anything disgusting. Somethings that people leave on them are just gross! I decided to take a few more pictures just to be sure before I pulled out my phone and started reading the newest chapters on some of my favourite fan fics.

Well its been a long day so far, that's for sure and its only 1:30 pm! I'll just chill out here for a while then maybe I will tidy my place and play some minecraft. I still want to make it to minecon even if its not for long.

A/N Thanks for reading chapter 2! I have never been to Starbucks before so sorry if Its different to how it would be irl and I have also only been on a bus with parents before so I had zero idea what was happening or how the whole thing works. ;)

I know it wasn't that interesting but Its going to get more interesting later on, so just keep reading to find out! :P The chapter didn't end exactly how I wanted it to, but I spent the day with my mum for her birthday tomorrow and I didn't want to leave it any later to post it.
