STEP ONE

You need an apple phone and download the "shortcuts" app if you don't already have it

STEP TWO

Click on the + button in the top right corner of the screen

STEP THREE

Click on the "+ add action" button

STEP FOUR

Click on the search bar and then type "open app" and then click on that button

STEP FIVE

Click the "App" part of the "open app" and then select any app from your app library from the list that appears

STEP SIX

Click on the arrow next to the "Open App" at the top of the screen, and then click on the "Add to Home Screen" button from the drop-down menu that appears

STEP SEVEN

Click on the little icon next to the text and then select whatever photo you want from your camera roll, and it should let you crop it however you want once you choose it. Then you can name the app with whatever font you want (from a font app)

STEP EIGHT

The app should show up in your home screen next to the rest of your apps, and when you click on the app it should go directly to the actual app it's supposed to go to, and then you can remove the original app from your home screen and just keep it in your app library

⚠️⚠️⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: 🚨🚨🚨

DO NOT ACTUALLY DELETE THE APP, JUST REMOVE IT FROM YOUR HOMESCREEN AND KEEP IT IN UOUR APP LIBRARY OR ELSE THE SHORTCUT WILL NO LONGER WORK ANYMORE UNTIL YOU REDOWNLOAD THE APP. THIS METHOD DOES NOT RECREATE THE APP, IT JUST MAKES A SHORTCUT OR "BOOKMARK" FOR THE APP BUT IT WORKS BASICALLY THE SAME WAY THAT AN APP SHOULD. THE ACTUAL APP WILL STAY IN YOUR APP LIBRARY. THE SHORTCUT WILL ALSO NOT WORK IF THE APP IS OFFLOADED, BUT IT WILL START WORKING AGAIN WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD THE APP AGAIN.
