So as you can see, the Ernst Gaede  has the following stats (at this point at least, since they're probably subject to change at this point)

AA: 18
M: 80
C: 85

with an artillery rating of 34, it has the best guns of any Tier 6 Destroyer
Though it's maneuverability and concealment is the lowest at 80 and 85 respectively
