This is the "poem" that has been drilled into me since kindergarten.
It simply means this:

I will forever be at the bottom of a dictatorship. 

This is not your average run of the mill "rebeal against the evil government" situation. No Mockingjay can save us. This is the real world, real people and real problems.

I'm Jami. And I'm living in a real dictatorship.
