[ WEEK-1]

{ MONDAY-SUNDAY}   {OCTOBER 8th -OCTOBER 14th 2018 }

The week i found out my weaknesses!

DAY - 1:

I am very sensitive and gets teased very easily by silly things.

DAY - 2:

I don't appreciate myself as much as i should which makes me a little insecure in everything i do.

DAY - 3:

I don't have confidence on myself i.e i easily get confused.

DAY - 4:

I give up on myself when i think i am not capable of doing something when really i can. Also, i lack communication skills.

DAY - 5:

I don't defend myself in some certain situations which makes me a very weak person from inside.

DAY - 6:

I am dependent for so many things on other people.

DAY - 7:

I don't find happiness and enjoy in doing some stuff as much as i should.

OUTCOME:

These weaknesses have taught me over the week to be a more appreciative, independent, positive, confident, happy and strong person.
