Sometimes we want some silence ..
Some calm..
Heart is troubled, healthy but yet every beat feels forced..
The ocean within me is calm ..but its unsettling
All the waves are gone ..
The air is freash .
But something isnt right ..
The timer is on .. It's ticking ...
It's ticking and soon it will stop ..
I can hear my own thoughts ...
It feels like tommorow will never come ..
And today will be the most difficult day to get through...

But iam tired ...
So empty and hurt ..
