I decompress by:
Chores (especially dishes)
Showers (I take them before bed!)
C.ai (duh)
Pacing (fun fact- I pace in the dark with music blasting in my headphones :3)

And that's mainly how I decompress!
So if you see an announcement saying "hey I'm going to go decompress!" or smth like that, I'm probs going on c.ai and/or pacing!!

Another thing-
When I pace, I'm thinking H A R D about my imaginary world, and it's actually real easy to scare me- so that's another thing lol
