I have no writing lately
but it doesn't mean that my mind has been silent

My mind has not been silent.
Silence is what I desire
a peace of mind
a slight feeling of comfort.

My mind has never been silent.
It's always full of thoughts and emotions
and sometimes I'm too full
so much that I'm afraid if I have anything written down I might just break.

So, I chose to keep it in
but I guess it's just too hard
because here I am
writing again
yet struggling to conceal.

Keep it in,
hold it back,
hide your tears,
disguise your lack,
maybe, with a smile?

Be silent.
Don't raise your voice if you know you're gonna sound like crying,
people don't even care about your tears.
Keep hiding it.
