It was a normal weekday. Most kids were at school except Tommy, Tubbo, and Ranboo. Tubbo and Ranboo were currently 'taking Micheal on a walk' with Puffy. Kristian and Sky were working and Philza was attempting to both work and look after Tommy.

Tommy was playing in his room on a tablet, when he saw a small spider, The young blonde screamed at the spider though it was small. Philza ran in to make sure his youngest wasn't just stabbed and saw Tommy curled up in a ball as far away from his window as possible while not falling off the bed.

"What's wrong Toms?"

Tommy pointed at the small spider. Phil walked over and picked up Tommy.

"Shh shh, It's alright, it's only a little spider."

Tommy just sniffled,

"Do you want me to take care of it?"

Tommy looked back over at the spider.

"Just, don' kill it"

"I won't promise"

Philza put Tommy down on Ranboo's bed and went into the kitchen bringing back a glass cup and a paper towel. He placed the glass on top of the spider and bringing it on top of the paper towel.

Philza brought the cup over to Tommy, "See bud, a little spider won't hurt you.

Tommy looked at the spider. The small spider walked over to the edge of the glass closer to Tommy.

"Can I keep it?" Tommy asked

"Probably not bud, the little guy probably isn't to happy in the cup. We can see about getting you one when your a bit older?"

"I wanna spider now though" he said

"Having a pet is a lot of responsibility, especially at your age"

"I can take care of it! Promise"

"Hmm, how about this, we can do what we did with Wil, we'll get you a plush and you'll be responsible for taking care of it as if it was a pet. Then when you prove you can be responsible we'll get you your own pet."

"Okay! Can we go get it now!"

Phil laughed a bit "Sure, get ready and them meet me by the door."

Tommy got ready and waited eagerly by the door. Phil came down a few minutes later and the two went to the story.

Tommy bought a spider plush and named the plush Shroud
