i saw this AU in a demon slayer images book and i was like "woop time to make a oneshot"

anyways, on to the oneshot!!

Tommy and Tubbo love pretending to eb demon slayers, it was their favorite thing to do! Tommy would be the slayer with a fake sword, and Tubbo would pretend to be the demon. Phil love watching them play, it made him happy. But, he never thought it would become their reality.

"Come on, Tubs! Let's go fight some demons!" Tommy grinned and stood at the start of a thick forest. "Tommy, we're not real demon slayers, though!" "Come on, there's no real demons out here, it'll be fine!" "If you say so," Tubbo smiled and ran up to him. They pranced  through the forest, pretending that were slaying demons when they were really hitting trees. "I will best you, demon!" Tommy grinned as he cut a branch off of a tree. "Is that so?" said a new, mysterious voice. Tubbo hid behind Tommy. "Who's there?" Tommy held out his wooden sword. "For a child who seems to know so much, I'm surprised you don't know who I am." the voice was a tall man. "Go away!" Tommy yelled, trying not to show his fear. "Oh, fine. But I'll give you a parting gift." the man slashed Tubbo's shoulder, then, vanished. Tubbo screamed in pain. "Tubbo!" Tommy gasped. He started carrying him back.

"Phil!!" Tommy's voice rang out. Phil and Wilbur ran outside to see Tommy carrying a bleeding Tubbo. "My Gods, Tommy what happened!?" "We-we were playing in-in the woods and a man sc-scratched his shoulder!" Tommy cried, tears running down his face. "Why were you in the woods?!" Phil wasn't trying to sound pissed, he was just extremely scared. "I'm sorry! It's my fault, Phil, I told him to come play with me!" he wiped his eyes, trying to stop. Wilbur shushed him, rubbing his back. His long haori stemmed to the ground. "Tommy, it's okay. Phil's not mad, he's just worried. Now, what were you doing int he woods anyways?" "We-we were pretending to fight demons,, I ju-just wanna be a demon slayer like you, Wil,," he sniffled and hugged him. "Tommy, what did this man look like?" Phil asked as he oicked Tubbo up, carrying him inside. "Um,, he was tall, really pale,, and-and, he had black hair, it was curly. He was wearing a fedora I think, with-with a suit." Phil froze in his tracks, looking back at Wilbur who's face was shocked. "Tommy,, you're telling us that you just ran into the demon king?" "i-I think,, wait, is Tubbo gonna die!?" "No, no! He'll be fine but,, I think he'll be a demon too,," with that, Tubbo jumped out of Phil's arm, his eyes shining blue with a hint od red. His fangs were bared and he was ready to attack. Wilbur pulled out his word, still holding Tommy. "Wilbur, don't hurt him." Phil warned. "I won't," he swiftly hit Tubbo's head with the hilt of his sword, knocking him out. "We'll have to tend to him." Phil took Tubbo inside. "Tommy," Wilbur said as he set the boy down. "Hm?" "Do you really want to be a demon slayer?" "Yes! Wait- why are you asking?" "Well, I think now is a good time to start. What do you say?" Tommy grinned. "Yes!!"
