Trigger warning: blood, kidnapping, a cult, fireworks

It started on a day like any other in the orphanage. Elis and Kanaya were playing in their room, when suddenly 5 figures in dark cloaks broke through the window. Kanaya screamed for a caretaker, but by the time they got there, the children were gone. They awoke to the figures surrounding them, muttering to each other. When they noticed Elis and Kanaya were awake, they all stopped and stared creepily.

"Wh-what do you want from us?" Kanaya demanded, sounding uncertain.

"We want blood." the tallest figure answered.

"Why do you want blood!?" Elis asked.

The figures started walking in a circle, quietly chanting something. It got louder, and louder, and louder. They were chanting "blood for the blood god". Then, they walked faster, chanting even louder. Another figure entered the room, with a huge box of fireworks and a crossbow. The figures bowed.

'That must be the leader' thought Elis. The leader handed the crossbow to one figure, and the crossbow to the one beside it. They loaded the crossbow and returned it to the leader. The figures resumed chanting and walking.

The leader pressed the end of a firework to Elis' head, and fired. Blood splattered everywhere, painting the walls a fresh red. Kanaya silently screamed as the leader approached her.

*BOOM*

The crossbow went off again, and ended her life. The figures started screaming BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD as the leader returned to the dark.

(Meanwhile)

Technoblade was sitting on his throne, enjoying some potatoes. He felt a strange tugging on his arm. Then, he was pulled down to earth. As soon as he landed, he could hear his favourite saying, blood for the blood god. Now knowing what had happened, he stood up and looked around. The strange figures surrounding him began celebrating.

"Halloooo"

The figures stopped. They did not expect the blood god to be this.. Friendly?

"So... what do you need?" Techno asked. Just because he knew what was happening, doesn't mean he was happy about it. These insolent humans had ruined his potato eating!

The leader came back to the room.

"T-the blood god... he's- he's REAL!" the leader said. "Rejoice children, your sacrifices have not been in vain"

"You still haven't answered my question" Techno said impatiently, making a face like this; =_=

"Oh yes, almighty god, we were caught up in our excitement. We sincerely apologize"

"Ok..."

"Yes, we have summoned you to offer you something"

Techno considered hearing more.

"hmm... depends on the offer" he decided, unintentionally smiling creepily.

"Well then. We offer you everything you want, and in return you will protect us for all of eternity"

"Do you have orphans?"

"But of course, we planned for everything you could possibly want..."

"Ok" Techno said, reaching out his hand. The leader freaked out because he got the chance to shake the blood gods hand, the blood god himself!! They shook hands, and Techno returned to wherever he came from.

Alright, this is the first part of the story. Its going to have a lot of backstories ;-; I made a new plan though, I am very excited for the first chapters iv'e written, so the backstories will be randomly added when its plot convenient. Welp, I hope you enjoyed :) Have a nice day or night!
