No one's Pov:

"I'm gonna check on our flight Lukas. I'll be back."

Two guys known as Jesse and Lukas watched as a girl with overalls with a backpack was walking away. Lukas had that dreamy look on his face that it seems hopeless to remove it. Jesse noticed this and sighed while shaking his head in annoyance before looking at Lukas.

"Behave yourself toward Jessica Lukas." He said.

Lukas looked at him with a smug look, "Don't worry about it Jesse, i'll be good toward her. And watch out with those girls while we're gone. We don't want a repeat now do we?"

"Don't remind me...." Jesse looked at him then to where his sister disappeared to, "You've been giving my sister those love sick puppy eyes since the day you've met her. It's clear that you love her and she loves you. I want you to be gentle with her and if I find out you did something bad to her, well, you already know what i'm going to do."

"Noted." Nodded Lukas.

While the guys talked, Jessica made her way toward the guys with a smile on her face. The guys looked at her and Lukas gave her another love sick look which could have made Jesse facepalm, but he held on.

"Our flight shall be boarding soon. I think we should get moving if we want to make it in time." Jessica then turned to her brother, "Don't worry Jesse, we'll be back in a couple of days."

Jesse smiled and turned around to walk away, "Alright. I'll see you by then."

"Now boarding flight N2108 to Auckland at gate 3!"

"We better run to catch up! See you later Jesse." Waved Lukas as he and Jessica ran and Jesse waved at them as he left.

....

On the plane, both Jessica and Lukas were already sitting down along with many other people. Lukas would not stop staring at Jessica, she noticed, but decided not to get bothered by it. She was excited to go to New Zealand, she remembers going there with Jesse when they first traveled together alone, after their parents passed away in California.

"I love New Zealand. Jesse and I traveled there first and we pretty much got connected in there. We felt alive. Sorry if i'm blabbering. I'm just glad to show you what's over there." She smiled.

"Ah, don't worry about it. This is my first time there, so it well be good to sped sometime with you to know more about you."

"We've began our decent into Auckland! Please fasten your seat belts!"

"I can't wait! There is so much to see and we only have the entire weekend." She said as everyone began to put on their seat belts.

Jessica looked at the window and with Lukas behind her. "Am I glad to have a beautiful tour guide."

Jessica giggled and blushed, "I'll do my best."

The plane successfully landed and it was time for the passengers to leave the plane. Lukas and Jessica finished what they had to do and left the airport. The city was big and they saw many people going around doing their own business. The sun was out it was about 70 degrees Fahrenheit.  They walked around the city until Lukas found a bus station and suggested they ride one to their destination.

Once they waited for a few minutes, they went inside to pay and rode for at least an hour. When they got off, they continued walking. Lukas stopped his tracks when he saw a liquor store while Jessica continued her way. As she got further, the crowd was slowly disappearing. She continued to walk for ten minutes or so and stopped when she saw a small canoe shack that had a sigh that said "Canoe and Kayak" in which she saw a lady wearing shorts and a tank top outside. She smiled when she saw who it was.

"Good day mate. Glad to see you came soon. Is Jesse with you?"

"Hey there Petra, and no. Jesse ain't with me this time, he had to take of things back home. Just a friend who will join me soon." She said, clearly noticing that Lukas wasn't with her at the moment.

"Ah, I see. So you want a double sea kayak?" She nodded. "Alright, i'll get you one set up in shore for you and then you and your partner should set it up." She said as she went to the trail down which leads to the beach.

A few minutes later, she turned around when she heard a familiar voice, "There you are. Sorry I wondered around. I had to take of a little bizzo."

"Glad to know you're here. I figure you wouldn't go that far. Come on, I got us a kayak for the both of us."

Lukas looked at on of the kayak's  on the wall and looked nervous as he pointed at it, "I... Uh... Can't say that i've tried going on that before."

Jessica held in a giggle and a gave a pat on his shoulder, "Don't worry, i'll teach you. It will be fun. Promise"

"First time for everything I suppose." He said as they both made their way down the trail.

"You wouldn't mind getting a little wet do you?" At that statement, Lukas couldn't help but to smirk mischievously.

After a few minutes, Petra waved at them as she made her way back to the shop. Jessica grabbed one of the double bladed paddle and gave it to him while he wore an unsure look on his face, but grabbed it nonetheless. Eventually, Jessica wore her bikini and Lukas wore a tank top with swimming shorts and soon went in the ocean to peddle. Lukas stopped pedaling for a second when he saw a fish near him. He was about to grab it, but before he could, Jessica jumped out of the kayak and made it twist until it was now upside down. Lukas gasped for air once he got out of the kayak and Jessica looked at him with a smug look on her face. He smiled shyly when he showed her a little fish he caught and that made her giggle. 

They played in the water for hours, until the sun was beginning to set. Jessica placed a towel on the sand while Lukas was pulling out something from his backpack.

"Care to take a sip?" He asked as he held a glass bottle.

Jessica looked at him and smiled when she saw what he had, "Wine! So that's where you went."

Lukas smiled, "What's a trip to the kiwi nest without any wine by the water?" He said with the smile still on his face. However, he frowned when he realized something, "Dang! I forgot to buy some cups." 

"Don't worry about it Lukas, I think we can figure this out." Jessica smiled and took the whine bottle.

Lukas smiled and pulled out the corkscrew from his backpack. As time slowly passed them, they took turns taking a small sip on the wine and made sure not to drink too much. By the time the sun was almost down on the mountains, Lukas went around and collected some wood to create a fire. They watched the setting sun on their towels which were together with the wine bottle long forgotten on the hands of Jessica. Lukas stared at her with those same love sick puppy eyes. There she was, beautiful as always.

Jessica knew Lukas was staring at her, she knew from the very beginning that he was in love with her, she would say the same with him.  It was rather adorable how much he loves  her, even if she remembered him making out with his pillow one time when she caught his sleeping. It was rather hilarious.

They both slowly made their bodies come closer as if they were attracted to a magnet. They now felt their shoulders touching. They looked at each other and Lukas pulled her closer to him as he spoke.

"Thank you for bringing me here. Back over there in Bendigo is rather crowded in the beaches. Making it rather difficult to know someone, one-by-one."

Jessica simply smiled and placed her hand on his neck, "I wanted to take you here because it's special for me and Jesse. But also because the both of us feel safe and grew up here before deciding to move around the world when our folks were still around."

"I'm sorry..."

"Don't worry about it Lukas. I'm over it. I still miss them, but i'm over it."

"Hey, at least we're alone. And now we have all the time to ourselves. I've been waiting to have you all for myself since the day I first laid eyes on you." He wiggled his eyes suggestively which made her giggle.

"Yeah.... I suppose... I've been feeling the same with you Lukas. I know we don't really know much about each other, but you're the first... The first I want to-"

Jessica couldn't finish her sentence as Lukas leaned in and licked her lips with his tongue. Jessica put the wine bottle somewhere in the sand and let her tongue play with Lukas'. "This a hei matau. A good luck charm that represents good luck and determination. It was passed down by my family for many generations. Take it as a gift so you can remember us in this trip we took."

Lukas looked at it in awe before he looked back at her. "Jessica... I can't take this.... This belongs to your family."

"It's fine... Besides.... I have a strong feeling that it will still be around my family." She smiled.

Lukas smiled warmly and took the hei matau to put it around his neck. He grabbed Jessica from her shoulders and pulled her closer to him for a hug. Today was a night he will never forget, and he has something within him that will make sure he doesn't.

"Thank you for making our first time...Well, special." She smiled.

Lukas just looked at her with loving eyes, "First of many."
