It was a cold freezing day out. Then again, it's always cold in fall. In an apartment, music filled the kitchen as Maya hummed and chopped some vegetables. It was currently six in the afternoon and was waiting for her boyfriend to come back from his classes. She finished hers about an hour ago and decided to make dinner while she waited.
